Kerry Stamey is an excellent partner and very responsive. Only issues we have had is with lifts arriving with issues (battery dead, leaking fluids, etc.), but Kerry is quick to help out when it is urgently needed.

Will never do business with these people again. They wouldnt allow me to take the trailer I reserved over a month ahead of time, saying my vehicle was not capable of pulling the weight of the trailer. When in fact according to United Rentals website, the weight of the trailer was LESS THAN HALF of my vehicles towing capacity, with more than enough room for the additional weight of what I was hauling. After four different conversations with various representatives of United Rentals (both in Franklin and Nashville), I was never told about any restrictions on the towing vehicle other than the hitch and ball mount had to be permanent and not attached to the bumper. That is, until today when I showed up to pick up the equipment and was given all sorts of excuses (misinformation) about why I couldnt rent it. Luckily, a competitor had something I could use and I paid half the price. Previous dealings with this United Rental location resulted quotes that were twice as much as Brentwood Rent-all. Never again will I even consider renting from United Rentals.
