Sherwin Williams Paint Store in Franklin is my go to store for all my painting needs. The associates are very knowledgeable about their products and are always anxious to assist in any way. Will continue to use this store for all my projects.

Ive had a couple really good experiences here. I needed a painter on short notice and the guy there spent a lot of time calling painters and helping me find the right person. Then last week I came in with a small, probably nickel-sized chip of paint from my sons wall and asked if he could match the color. The paint he gave me was perfect; I used it to touch-up his walls and it dried to EXACTLY the same color as what was already there. His room looks beautiful now.

When I went to my local store I was greeted by a lovely young lady who helped me immensely. She was interested and attentive to each and every one of my needs. During the time I was there a couple other customers came in and she greeted them but then continued to finish my order giving me the utmost attention and help. She was a pleasure to work with.

Had gone in to purchase several cans of paint for a construction project. The location was out of stock for that current paint line and instead of telling me oh well, an employee went to another Sherwin Williams location, picked up the cans I needed, mixed the paint, and called me to inform me when it was ready for pick up. All done before noon that next day.Very impressed with customer service.

This was some of the best customer service Ive had in a long time. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I brought in a sample of a cabinet stain I was trying to match and they matched it for me perfectly. A lot of places wont match stain but they took the time to make sure the colors were right and I couldnt be happier with the results.
