We have shopped in the Cool Springs store for ten years. I went in yesterday to have my ring cleaned and was told that I needed a mask. I said that I would wear one, but I needed to breathe through my nose, to which the woman responded, Im sorry but you have to put it over your nose. They (who is they?) have told us that it has to be over your nose. REALLY? Jared is having meetings about masks and noses? So I didnt stay and will not return until they operate with just a smidge of common sense and better customer service.

I looked all over when buying an engagement ring and had a difficult time at a few stores since I was using my own diamond. But when I talked with Jared, Elise was extremely helpful with how the process would go. My wife (fiancé at the time) and I spent weeks with her talking through details and designs, and Elise was patient with our requests and uncertainties. She was very informative about how things would look and work. We couldn’t be happier with how the custom ring turned out, and so we went back and worked with Elise for our wedding bands. I will not shop at another jewelry store again, and I will always deal with Elise!

I took my Tissot watch in on 4/30 to have the battery replaced. Typically, this process involves shipping the watch to the manufacturer since they have a proprietary process for changing the batteries. The employees at this location went rogue and attempted to replace the battery themselves. In the process, they managed to scuff up my watch and break the wrist band. And now it still has to be sent off to the manufacturer.I was assured that this process would be expedited due to their mistake, but that was also a lie.Do not trust the GM Charlie Brown, or any of the employees at this location to actually care about you once you have given them your money.

My husband and I couldn’t have been happier with our experience at Jared in Cool Springs. We used a family diamond to create a custom engagement ring and Elise helped us through the entire process. Elise was so helpful and the easiest person to work with! I had the hardest time deciding all of the details and what I was envisioning and she was soo patient and kind! We also purchased my wedding bands through Elise as well and again she was so helpful. Her attention to detail as well as how she intentionally learned my style made everything so easy! We are so happy with the finished product and will for sure be using Elise for all of our purchases at Jared in the future!

I frequently visit the Jared Galleria in Franklin, Tn. I will say that they truly care about their customer and want them to find the right ring for the right price. ONLY RATING 1 STAR BECAUSE I HAVE TO!The Murfreesboro location had always been my “go to” jewelry store for years, but kept getting terrible service and we found the Cool Springs store to be much better run and could handle the inspections and servicing in store rather than sending off for 7-10days. UNFORTUNATELY, that feeling of comfort is NO LONGER FELT!Due to the current COVID-19 crisis, they are now only allowing inspections or services to be done on an appointment only basis. That’s great just as long as you can still take care of your previous customers needs instead of only your new customers and making money on those customers...So I set up the appointment for 4:00pm 7/25 to have my wife’s engagement ring and wedding band inspected, cleaned, and re-plated. I got the email confirming that date and time 3 days later, but oddly enough received an email 2 days after that confirming the appointment at 3:00pm... BUT when making the 30 min drive to the Cool Springs branch, we tried calling to confirm the appointment as to not make any difficulties for our appointment. NO ANSWER after 6+ times of calling... ok...Got to the store, not a single customer in the showroom... They explain the email was just an automated email and apologized, but will accept the drop off at 3:00pm when we arrived. But admitted they heard the phone calls, but couldn’t answer due to being so overwhelmed with customers... keep in mind we we calling

I cant describe the top level of service, attentiveness, and concern Charlie showed when assisting me with my purchase. The display of professionalism from Charlie and the intent to find our perfect ring paid off. Ge had to ship it from another store but It was perfect when it arrived. I will ship here for our family going forward. Keep promoting Charlie Jared, he is customer focused.

I came in for our 6 month annual wedding ring check today. I was told by Elise the sales associate that due to Covid they werent doing them at this time and I started to ask questions in regards to our lifetime warranty and why we werent notified as we have to drive 40 minutes to their store and she told me,... Well, the sign is on the door. She started huffing when I asked other questions and was down right rude. No customers were in store and she obviously didnt want to be bothered to do her job.

I went into this location to purchase a battery for my watch. At first, the lady who helped me said it would be no problem and I followed her to the center of the store where she was discussing it with another employee there. Her initial no problem turned into me being told they wont touch it because if they break it they cant replace it. I would understand this response if I were asking them to physically install the battery or repair my watch but I was simply wanting to buy a battery I intended to install myself, which I made very clear. The employees at this location are not professionals and I will never return to this, or any other Jareds location after this experience. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

When I went and was dealing with them in person one of the associates was rude and kind of insulting. So when they asked for a customer survey I expressed how I felt based on my experience. Then the manager called to follow up and left a voicemail to speak with me about the survey. I have tried several times over the span of 2 months to call back and speak with him. He is always out of town about to come back, they leave a note for him to call, and I never hear back. I dont know where the breakdown is but based on this experience I will never do business with this location or any other at this point. Find somewhere that values you as a customer when spending this kind of money.

If I could give less then one star I would. Bought a 4 thousand dollar engagement ring about a year ago. The engagement broke off so I went to try to sell the ring to multiple jewelers. And not a single person wanted to make an offer on the ring. They said they couldn’t believe I paid 4,000$ for this ring. They said I was scammed. So I call Jared to figure something out. And the managers response was. “That’s not our fault” please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here.

The Franklin Jared location took my wifes engagement stone and mounted it in a new ring set for us. Did an amazing job when no one else would do the job.We just took the set back to have a lost stone replaced. We were promptly taken care of and left feeling like we had known our sales person all our lives.

I took a large gold chain bracelet to Jared as it was falling off my wrist and I was afraid of losing it. They replaced the clasp and charged me $300. It did look the same as my old clasp, but they assured me it was better. Within two weeks the bracelet fell off - a lady behind me in a checkout line handed it to me saying it had fallen on the floor and she noticed it. I took it back to Jared and they kept it for a week. Two weeks after getting it back it fell off again. I returned and left it for another week. Same thing happened, so I returned it and asked for an owner or manager. The young woman told me that the clasp loosens so you just have to stretch it and then it will be tight again. If this is the case, why were they keeping it for a week for repairs and why didnt they tell me that about my original clasp? Will definitely not be going back.

I went in October 2013 for a wedding band, bridesmaids necklaces, a watch, and repair work and found the service to be excellent. The particular assistant I was working with remembered not only my name but my partners name each time I returned to the story. The quality of jewelry and service was better than I had received at Genesis earlier in the year!

My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from the Jared in Franklin. It was absolutely beautiful. A couple days after I had it, I was looking at it closely and I noticed there was a scrape across the edge of the diamond on one side. So I took it in and they confirmed that the scrape must have been done when the diamond was mounted. They were very apologetic at first and assured us they were going to find a wonderful replacement that was as good- if not better than the diamond we originally purchased. We live over an hour away so they stated when they received diamonds that were equivalent to mine they would give us a call and we could go check them out. We ended up taking about 8 or 9 trips out there over a period of 8 months and every time they showed us diamonds that were less quality than the one we had purchased. Tammy and Brianna were the managers we dealt with in particular. They kept saying how they were trying so hard to find the right diamond but all they ever did was beat around the bush. I had to persistently call nearly every two weeks to find out what was going on. Towards the end I was honestly so tired of driving out there and being disappointed, that I just settled with the last diamond they showed me. They claim the diamond I have is much better quality than the original, but I absolutely disagree! You can see inclusions with the naked eye, and I couldnt even see them in my original one under a 10X microscope! You dont have to be a gemologist to notice the difference! This place claims they care about customer satisfaction but I do not believe it for a second. The whole situation a nightmare and if I had to go back, I would have asked for my money back in the first place and went somewhere else!What makes me the most upset is that you know they noticed the diamond was damaged and they sold it to us anyway- hoping we wouldnt see it. Then, they assured us they would find us a replacement that was as good-if not better and they failed to do so. They seem to think that I wanted something better than the original, but all I wanted was something that was at least comparable. My diamond was a square, 1 carat, G, VS2. They NEVER ONCE showed me a square, 1 carat, G, VS2. It was either a different shape, less clarity, or it was an H or an I in color.I hope that no one else ever has to go through this sort of ordeal over something that has sentimental meaning that you spend your hard earned money on - hoping for a quality product. That is the only reason I am writing this review. I WOULD NEVER recommend the Jared in Franklin. If you want a quality diamond from people who care, then I would suggest taking your business elsewhere!

I bought a 5 diamond gold anniversary band along with a warranty. I live in Denmark and was so sad when diamond fell out of my ring. But all I had to do was send the ring back to Jared in Cool Springs, where I dealt with the manager, Michael. They fixed it right away and fedexed it to me by the next week. Now my ring is as good as new. I am so impressed with their commitment and how efficient they were. Yes, it is quite sad that a diamond fell out less than 2 years after I purchased it, but they made it right again. I will continue to buy from Jared.

Took my wifes ring in for repair after it lost a small diamond. I had the extended service protection but after two years I expected there would be hoops to jump through or some drawn out process. I was wrong. They took care of me as if I had just purchased the ring that day. The associate that helped me was Jane and she did a great job communicating to me what to expect during the repair. Everything was completed in just twenty-four hours and the ring came back looking fantastic! Good job guys!

Since 2016 my husband has bought jewelry from here. Last year he bought another expensive diamond ring. They have no record of the purchase, I wanted to match earings to the ring, no luck, the ones I wanted were not available, they cannot produce the sales # or anything. I took the items back to be sized in Feb, 2018. They searched for over an hour before they found them in the computer. This time, less than a year, they have no record of the 2017 purchase, WHAT? Now how can I take it in for the 6 no checkup? Not happy, Charlie Brown is a nice mgr but he was as confused as we. Do u have an answer to this?

Poor customer service. Went for a watch battery. Purchased a lifetime plan years ago which they no longer honor. They charged me $54 for a battery and the lady laughed loudly at how old my watch is. It is a 20 year old bulova and was a gift. I am offended and will NOT return.

I stopped by to pick up a ring that I dropped of 3 days ago around 1:40pm. There were 3 customers in the store and all someone said when I walked in was “someone will be right with you” and I told them I just needed to pick up a ring. I waited about 25 minutes and no one ever helped me. I walked right out very upset and without my ring because they didn’t have anyone to help me. Not buying anything there again.

Unfotunately, when I proposed, I made the mistake of trusting the ring would fit. I was very upset when this wasnt the case. After visiting many jewelers in Atlanta and Nashville, I received an average cost a $1,200 to reshank my engagement ring (2.5ct antique European Mine Cut in platinum). Jarods, in Nashville was not only to give me a very fair price, but far exceeded my expectations. This ring has been in my family for over 100 years, and has never been outside of our familys jeweler. However, I was unable to visit our jeweler due to work constraints. Though nervous the entire time the ring was in the shop, I was extremely relieved to find the reshank done exquisitely (and also relieved to inspect the diamond to ensure it was mine after the reshank). If I ever need further assistance I will not hesitate to bring the ring back to them. They were extremely kind, professional, and had my work done in a timely manner.
