Ive placed several orders of screen printed shirts with Twine - each time they delivered quality products with helpful and patient customer service. These folks do good work and I recommend doing business with them!

Overpriced and cheaply made.

Went to Twine in person and spoke to a woman at front desk and couldn’t find my account asked me what I needed and told her a reorder on a t- shirt that I had in my hand with a minor addition on the sleeve. She went towards the back and told me “that they had two designers but both were unavailable and that they were both going into a meeting and that I should tell her what I wanted or send in a email. Also I needed to call for appointment. My first order required a minimum order which I gladly gave them plus the cost of the design of which I gladly paid. All I wanted was a reorder with an addition to the sleeve. They acted like they were doing me a favor and didn’t offer to make an appointment I told them I would come back and walked out. I guess if your not a big business or a high school your not worth their time.

Stopped In today while in town. Met Marcus, what a great guy. Pet friendly with dog treats and water. What a true gem. All local artists and products made on sight. Great designs. High qaulity shirts and merch. Will be back. A must see if you are in Franklin!

I have worked with Twine graphics for many purposes from a small order to very large orders including design. I have been extremely pleased with Twines professionalism, enthusiasm, and pricing. I will continue to utilize their services and will encourage my colleagues and friends to give them a try.

Had a small t-shirt order with a bunch of shirt variations. Guys up front were super helpful with getting the right shirt material/style/colors picked out, and were able to accommodate a really short lead time, actually got the order faster than anticipated. No upselling on the front end. Most importantly, the finished print looked killer. Will definitely use again for any future projects.
