I first discovered Big Frog at the beginning of the month and they had a couple t-shirts ready for me in 2 HOURS! The shirts were wonderful and I couldnt wait to go back... Fast forward to today. She was able to help me revive a T shirt design (a 22 year old shirt that I love). She actually helped the improve the original design by adding a few different artistic elements. The turnover time on getting my product was very swift.The owner cared about my satisfaction emailing me to make sure I was a happy. Customer service tends to be a lost these days but not at Big Frog. Happy customer! Ill be back.

So personal! I can explain the graphics I want on a tee and within 24 hours, Big Frog sent a design to my email to approve! Example, I am running in the Elvis 5K next August and I wanted a dri fit Elvis tank to be as close to the cotton tee that we will receive on the day before the race. It will be August and I thought the tank would be perfect. Big Frog did their magic and hooked me right up!
