The gentleman working in the printing/marketing station was very friendly and professional. Unfortunately he is not equipped with the necessary technology to accommodate. I asked to have a couple 8.5x11 brochures printed and I used the example brochure staged at your print station as an example of exactly what I need. He stated that those can only come from your printing center and cannot be done on site. I couldnt believe it! I stated that its simply 11x17 paper folded and binded with staples. I then asked if he had 11x17 paper and staples to which he again insisted it needed to be done off site. Your company is named STAPLES and apparently you do not have staples and 11x17 paper.
