I have been coming here for years and have always just loved Dr. Nance & Dr. Simmons! I saw Dr. Hart today for the first time, and she was extraordinary!She explained to me how one other medical issue that I have affects an issue having to do with my eyes, and that understanding made a world of difference!I love how personable & genuine they all are and appreciate their time & care.

The doctors did just fine giving me a standard eye exam. When I scheduled my appointment I was told they accepted my insurance when I asked. After the exam, I found that they are out of network. That added $35 to the cost of the appointment and would have added a lot to the new frames I need if I had Sams Optic fill it. I wont go back. Im very unhappy about what I feel was dishonesty by omission.

I had a busted blood vessel in my left eye. I did not know that at the time I just had one eye that was very red. I wanted to get it looked at asap. I want to thank Dr. Nance for seeing me on short notice with no appointment. ***** Paul
