We were doing a job in the area so I stopped in for breakfast and got a PB Wrap. Love sir enough to come back for the Turkey sandwich at lunch. Very friendly service, delicious food, fair price, and welcoming decor. 10/10 recommend. Will be back if we work in the area again.

Been living in Franklin for 10 years. Dont know what took me so long. For the last 2 days I have had their scrambled egg, cheese and bacon on a bagel. So delicious!! I also tried their muffins, so fresh. Not to mention the nicest people. Im a regular now - its about time....

The BEST coffee shop in town. Art (Barista) is genuinely kind and attentive. He notice that we’re new visitor to town and greet us with the sweetest Southern hospitality. Been here a few times, its kinda like a last minute breakfast stop when Im coming down this road. I have never had an issue with the employees, theyve always been courteous. The location is kept clean and it is super laid back. I do like that they sell local arts and crafts type things so it feels very close to home. I personally have not seen anything that peaks my interest to purchase yet but I do like to come and look, so maybe one day my wife or I will will get something.I usually order lattes and they have been consistently good. Another item I really like is their breakfast wrap which actually feels light but helps me get through great part of the day without getting too hungry. They dont have a lot of variety as far as food goes but what they have is simple and decent to get your morning started.

Shoddy Chic with sloppy indifferent service. Cannisters of self-serve spigot coffee but nobody watches and no backup when empty. Run Right theyd have backup cannisters with fresh coffee and swap them out as needed.Cupcakes n cookies n oatmeal on a slow serve go with the oletimey frills. Not for me but might be your cup of tea?

My personal favorite spot to grab coffee in Franklin! The baked good are on another level and so is the food as well, its so good! Love the atmosphere as well and the always friendly nd upbeat staff! Always a consistent cup of solid coffee!

I visited on December 31st and ordered a peppermint mocha (like I have done many times). I was told “we have discontinued our holiday drinks” by the barista. The cashier asked the barista if they could still do it since they still had the ingredients out, but the barista again said they had discontinued the holiday drinks. Fine. Seeing they have many flavor bottles for making their other drinks, I asked for one of those flavors be put in my mocha and the barista kept repeating the same line about the holiday drinks being discontinued. This was my first terrible experience at the coffee shop. The barista was incredibly rude and unwilling to even suggest an alternative or have any empathy whatsoever.I will be VERY reluctant to visit again if she is still the barista.

The Good Cup is a good vibe... so many interesting people flow through there everyday. Ive been going there since it first opened, and though its changed over the years, it still is full of charm. Amanda always has a great staff who always are personable. The food is killer. Whether its sweets or soup and sandwiches its all excellent.The best part, its disconnected from Franklin and Nashville. Its a nice little hideaway from the fad coffeehouses that are popping up everywhere. Good Cup is my fav throughout the entire area.

Bad customer service and it seemed like the employees weren’t treated well. I also saw an employee vaping inside. Disgusting! I don’t want their nasty vape breath in my coffee, especially with a pandemic going on! I try to support local but I’d rather go to Starbucks than this place. Absolutely terrible!

They have a great menu of soups and sandwiches, fresh pastries, great hot and cold drinks, and I LOVE the atmosphere-very cozy and homey with a little kids’ activity area. They also have a great selection of unique gifts and jewelry. The frozen chai is my teens fave drink.

There are no prices listed and Ive been overcharged a couple of times. Either that or a reg cup of coffee is $5?The people are really nice, the decor is fun, just wish you could see what things cost and then get charged the actual price.

Just ok coffee. The space feels put together as well. I wanted it to be better because it is so close to my house, but after many attempts and with so many other good options in the area I must recommend trying other coffee shops.

HORRIBLE customer service.- only giving 2 stars because the frozen drink was delicious. I ordered 2 drinks and a bagel- got the drinks almost immediately, then proceeded to wait 25 minutes for the bagel. The wait alone would have been totally fine, as I understand that on a Saturday morning a coffee shop is crazy busy and the baristas are swamped. It was the attitude that made this review worth writing. I went to make sure the bagel had not been forgotten, since entire meals were coming out that were ordered after mine. Before I even got a chance to tell her what piece of my order was missing, the clearly annoyed employee cuts me off and says We have a lot of orders, maam, yours is coming. Taking the hint that she did not want to speak to me, I stepped back and took a seat. another 15 minutes passed and still no bagel. I inquired about it again and she scoffed, rolled her eyes and stormed off to the kitchen. No more than 45 seconds later she comes out with a stiff, luke-warm, microwaved bagel and slides it across the counter to me. It was clearly forgotten about, yet still no apology and didnt even make eye contact. Extremely disappointing experience.

Excellent local coffee shop. Try something from their speciality Good Menu. The Good & Evil (a cayenne mocha) is my favorite. Their muffins are excellent (especially the Harvest and Chocolate Chip Espresso). Other breakfast and lunch options available. Funky, laid-back vibe. Sells local wares. Has a childrens corner for entertaining the littles.

Enjoyable baristas and fast service with good coffee.The espresso pulls can be a bit wide-ranged (Ive experienced 15s - 35s times) but most of them stay within the optimal 20-30s range. I cant speak for any syrup-flavored drinks but ive noted other people enjoying them so they cant be all that bad.Quiche was good when ive gotten it there. It had to be reheated once i ordered it but that is normal for the smaller coffee shops that arent keeping items under heat lamps or serving fast enough to keep food coming out fresh.

Good coffee, lousy WiFi. I couldnt access many websites I rely on, including Slack and my own blog. I ran a diagnostic from my laptop and saw a few different error messages on the firewall and DNS security... Staff wasnt able to help, I left.
