Met the owners through my work and decided to try them out.Super cool market/wine bar/restaurant with a counter order, deliver to table style. Their concept is all organic, all the time.Busy - a good sign - when I got there and was recognized by owner and offered and friendly greeting.Got tomato basil soup and the Herban Smash burger minus pickles (just not a pickle fan) and water - over $20 with a tip.The soup was good - really pale Orange/yellow with not much basil flavor. It was a good soup just not very tomato or basil. But good.The burger was good too. Nice cook, plenty of cheese, house made burger sauce (maybe a touch too much) on a killer bun.This one is hard for me - I’ve met the owners, like them as people and really wanted to give them 5 stars because of it - 4 is fair if a little generous.Here’s the breakdown:Cool concept and vibe +1 star; a tasty burger +1 star; yummy soup +1 star; tons of food options +1 star; genuinely nice people that own it +1 star; good soup that wasn’t tomato basil and very expensive -1 star.I would go back again because it was good and there were other things I wanted to try.

Organic restaurant, wine bar, coffee shop, olive oil and balsamic vinegar tasting bar, and grocery market all in one! You can sit indoors, outdoors, or take your food to go. The food and items are carefully sourced and food is great quality. I personally appreciate the macadamia nut milk availability at the coffee bar. The tacos are amazing, salads, pizza, and frozen wine at the bar!

I had the Apple Kombucha and the Cajun Salmon Tacos for lunch and I loved them both. I also liked the vibe and the layout. Ill definitely be coming back to try some other items on the menu.

Quickly became our favorite spot to grab food, drinks at night, and breakfast and coffee in the mornings. I would put their burgers up against most in town, so good and natural ingredients!

I am hooked! Have eaten there several days in a row just because I couldn’t decide which awesome thing I should order! I love that they bake their own breads, everything is healthy & fresh, AND they have complimentary sparkling (and flat) water on tap!The vibe and decor are spot on, it’s no wonder this place is so popular!

A good taco in general can transport you to beautiful places. Our genetics scream taco. The taco is something that we have practically tattooed on our hearts. It can be vegetarian, it can be vegan, it can be protein. It can be expensive. It can be cheap. It can be cold. It can be hot. So I think its the perfect dish. And fame is not in vain. That is why the concept of the taco is all over the world. Every person who discovers the taco falls in love with it. The taco is folded in such a way that it ends up being a hug to that delicious stew that you are going to taste and it reaches the depths of your heart.

A MUST stop in Franklin, TN. They have items you didn’t even know existed! And their food is CLEAN! Super informative staff and even better coffee. Highly recommend their chai latte with hemp milk. Don’t forget to take a look at their wine and hard cider selection too! One of our favorite places for sure.

Amazing market! Love their breakfast burrito/tacos. Their burgers are very good, we’ve also wanted to try their tacos. Great place to sit outside for any meal of the day. Service is always friendly and very healthy options exist. Very convenient to Brentwood and Franklin.

Literally the best market on the planet... my wife and I grew up in California around amazing health food markets but Herban is a slice of heaven. We love their selection of organic wine and are a huge fan of their coffee, juice and new wine bar!! Weve been going through their menu for months and have LOVED everything!! One of the best burgers Ive had, great pizza (especially their cauliflower crust) and Cobb salad is packed with protein. Everyone who works there makes you feel like family. We HIGHLY recommend Herban Market and love supporting this family owner business!

Food was fine, not super well seasoned. Healthy and affordable are things worth celebrating though! The market is awesome and the brands available are all excellent.

Went here with my husband for our wedding anniversary. It was our first time there, and we didn’t realize that they didn’t typically serve tables, it was more of an order at the counter style. BUT one of the bartenders offered to serve us anyways. She was great! I ordered the steak and my husband had one of the burgers on the menu and everything came out tasting amazing! I asked for a well-done steak and they cooked it to perfection. The sides that came with the meals were really well done as well. I will definitely be back here, as I hear they also have really great breakfasts!

Im giving 4 stars because I really appreciate Herban Markets commitment to serving fresh, organic food. We need more real food in our lives!I have a sensitivity to sunflower oil, and requested my burger be cooked with olive oil instead. I didnt specify it as an allergy, so other items of my meal still contained sunflower oil. If you have specific needs, make sure you communicate those at the register. Otherwise, it tasted delicious and one day I may be brave enough to go back and try the pizza.

Loved it! Its a great little restaurant where everything is cooked fresh. You can also shop for organic groceries too!I got the homemade bread pudding. Mmm Good!

Stopped here on a whim and I am glad we did. This place was bustling with people ordering lunch and coffee. Ordered the cold brew and it did not disappoint. Was also able to pick up some organic treats for our car ride. They also have a great selection of flavored oils.

Nice upscale market like a mini Whole Foods with a restaurant, wine bar and coffee. Their prices are a bit high for my liking but they provide good quality. Large patio table area in the front. I dont go in as much as I want to despite living nearby because its usually a madhouse. Busy is fine but the layout inside leaves minimal room to move around and youre looking for any space to get out of the way once youve ordered. Theyre better off without the gigantic olive oil/vinegar section which Ive never seen anyone use except to taste free samples. Overall friendly staff and clean place. Id recommend a visit.

Everything on their menu is organic, that is a win-win situation! My family and I drive once a month to Franklin, TN. It is a bit over 2 hours drive for us, that is how good Herban Market is to us! Staff is friendly, caring, and reliable. Great atmosphere to eat inside or relaxed setting with outside seating. I love that place so much, I would move to Franklin if I could 😊

Ive never had a meal here (full disclosure) but my review is for the OLIVE OIL and the BALSALMIC !! Great selection, opportunity to sample and discounts for returning with your recycled glass bottle. They also have a small market with healthy products and food.

Cant say enough good things about this place! The owners are a sweet local family and care so much! Fresh and delicious healthy food can be hard but Herban Market does it SOOOO well. I travel a lot so trust me when I say this place is AMAZING!!!! I wish I could give it 10 stars. I had the Cajun salmon tacos. They were ridiculous!! I shopped olive oils while I waited for my food. Franklin Tennessee itself is amazing but I would consider moving here just for this store. LOVE IT!!!

I am a growing fan of Lachosa hot sauce and it seems the only place I can find it is at this market. We happened to be passing through, so I made a stop and picked some more up. My son is a huge fan of Nashville Hot Sauce’s Chipotle sauce and since he ran out, it was great to pick up another bottle for him.My wife and I tried some of the olive oil and balsamic vinegar that they have for tasting. There are a ton of flavors and profiles. Some were not my taste, but others were fantastic! None of us are coffee drinkers, so we can’t comment on that.But prices in there little market part are pretty good I was surprised given their location. Seems a little pretentious to me. Definitely will stop by again if I need more hot sauce!

This place is Amazing! The food is one of a kind.( Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner ) Best salads & Pizza ever! Everything they make is so good. Fresh, Organic, Local Farm and produce. A cute little store too! From organic groceries, to all natural health products. They also offer many varieties of Oils & vinegars. Staff is always helpful and kind! Great atmosphere & my most favorite place to eat & shop in Franklin!! Wish there were more places like Herban Market, truly the best!

We came in for dinner last night and breakfast this morning. I have come here a few times and it was always good. Both times this time the food was sub par and they were out of a lot. The picture below is what was delivered for $15. I ordered it without steak and then had to argue with the food delivery person and show here on the menu where the potatoes were suppose to come with red peppers. This place needs management bad.

This is one of the best places to eat! I am fully organic and they even offer grass fed meat! Everything here is organic and it is on the pricey side but IT IS WORTH IT! We live 2 and a half hours away in KY from Franklin, TN but it is worth the drive! They also have an organic market inside the restaurant like a tiny whole foods. I always go with my mom there and family and it is literally the only place I will eat at. They also have organic wine and a frozen wine mixer so instead of having a margarita you can get frozen slushie wine ahhhhh!!! *chefs kiss*

This store has a wonderful selection of high quality, flavored olive oils and vinegars. Three size bottles and tasters for most. Staff is helpful and friendly. There is a very limited grocery section too. Mostly organic labeled. But beware, the prices are not supermarket. Three large bottles of vinegar and a couple tomatoes and a bit of fresh ginger was just under $100!

This place is awesome. They have an impressive array of oils and vinegars to choose from. Check it out and go crazy! Also there’s kombucha on tap! It is delightful as it has great flavor without the overpowering vinegar taste. I recommend the Apple flavor :) The staff was super friendly! Lastly the burger had a great flavor profile & did not disappoint.

Amazing store with lots of organic and local options. They also have many infused olive oil that you can get a bottle of that we found tons of uses for. There are also multiple types of Extra Virgin Olive Oil with different robustness to choose. Their kombucha is wonderful and definitely worth it.

Welcoming market with a passionate, knowledgeable staff. Full of tasty oils and healthy fare expanding soon to be able to delight more taste buds with their unique, nutritional, gourmet cuisine. AND THE COFFEE IS REALLY GOOD, too! Usually three types of kombucha on tap along with the other healthy drinks, produce, breakfast items, snacks, and health and beauty products available in their grocery section. Worth the time to check it out and taste the drinks and enjoy the food!!!

Herban market is absolutely incredible! Everyone who works there is so kind and helpful. They are great with adjusting the menu to fit food allergies and sensitivities. We came twice, once for lunch and once for dinner, and both meals were spectacular. I highly recommend!

I love this establishment with the fresh food, olive oil, CBD products and selection of spices. That said, on my most recent visit, there was no mask signage at all. Not a single customer wore a mask, even those standing in line for food or browsing the store. I try not judge people because they choose not to wear a mask in more open spaces. However, this location gets easily crowded because it is so popular and its obvious that people just dont care if theyre asymptomatic and infecting others around them.

Love this place! Excellent coffee (try the golden milk latte) and even better food. I always stock up on the truffle salt, Garlic olive oil, and Honey ginger balsamic vinegar. Plus the owners are as sweet as pie!

Absolutely love this place! Weve never had a bad meal. Coffee can take a while to get if youre getting anything other than drip but its phenomenal and Im an absolute coffee addict. Staff is great, friendly and helpful. Owner keeps running around all over the place and keeping everything running smoothly, someone figure out how to get him paid! 😉

Herban Market is my favorite restaurant in middle TN because I always feel AWESOME [mentally and physically] after eating there. Really cant truthfully say that about many restaurants these days. The food is consistently nutrient-dense + delicious, the atmosphere is warm, inviting, + relaxed, and the staff are always so kind and helpful. Dining in is a treat, but if I dont have time, I just order online (super simple process). I cannot more highly recommend Herban Market! My favorite menu items are the Matt special, breakfast burrito, maple cardamom latte, house hazelnut latte. ENJOY!!!

Awesome atmosphere! Fun wine bar! Ok coffee (compared to a good coffee shop). Great place to take your wife and mine loves it here. Careful :). What drove my three star rating was that the burgers were cold twice! Not on a busy nights either. Also the burgers were cooked to incorrect temperatures on two separate occasions. I will still return, but unfortunately will have to avoid their meat options.

A business associate invited me to lunch here and it sounded too healthy to be good. I was wrong. I had one of the best arugula chicken and cranbery salads, with other yummy things in it, that I have ever had. It was a generous portion too. I had a vanilla latte which was really wonderful. I cant wait to go back. My friend said they have a great bakery too. I highly recommend.

Holy moly how have I never heard of this place?! Its so delicious! My wife recommended it and I took the whole family. The meal was incredible as was the coffees we ordered. Also the staff was kind and Im looking forward to coming back for some healthy groceries.

I was bummed that the owner was so nonchalant about mispriced items. These rang up as $4.79 and there was no effort to correct the label, even after I offered to get it for them and bring it to the front. I tried to shrug it off as tough times for business, but clear pricing is something I kinda obsess about. If its wrong, fix it.

It was my first time here. I ordered avocado toast with balsamic and the balsamic was overpowering and the bread soaked in balsamic dressing. I did not like it at all . I went to the chef and wanted to exchange it with something else. She kept on arguing with me about that we put everything in the description of the sandwich. She embarrassed me in front of the other people who where behind and kept an arguing about the sandwich. I hate arguing over sandwich. She didn’t want to exchange with something else. She made me pay for something else which is breakfast burrito. I paid for something that I didn’t like and paid for the other order.

Called in 25 min ahead to put in an order for pick up. Asked for an Arugula Pizza, the person on the phone said she didn’t know what that was (even though I was reading it directly from the menu under Signature Pizzas) so ended up getting the pizza she suggested over the phone...Summer Harvest I believe it was called... Showed up and the food still wasn’t started. Waited another 20-25 min for it to finish and then it wasn’t even good tasting! Sad experience. Was hoping for a lot better! We also got the Cobb Salad and that was definitely better than the pizza, but still not super good.

Herban Market is AMAZING!! The food is always on point, every staff member I come in contact with is so kind and attentive. Im also so impressed with their response to the ever changing circumstances with the Covid pandemic. I have watched them take their service to the next level the last few months through providing non contact deliveries, curb side food/groceries, among several other things. Ive visited practically every day because I know they truly care about the safety, health and well-being of every customer that walks in and I feel completely safe eating there. Thank you Herban Market for everything you do to serve our community.

This is our favorite place when visiting Franklin for biological dentistry! Wish we had a place like this in our state! The food is fantastic and organic! The baked goods are amazing! The olive oil bar is awesome! I love the ambience of this market! We make sure to plan a visit each time we are in town!

Staff is ultra friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. A good assortment of everything from hemp based products to vegan items. Found the turmeric I was looking for and an inexpensive bamboo toothbrush. Oh, yes, and super yummy vegan choc chip cooke. Whats not to like? Always easy parking too!

Love this place. Now my go to for lattes and lunch or dinner out. Literally everything I have tried on the menu is outstanding. The chance to create your own pizza or salad from all the healthy choices is wonderful. So grateful this place is in our community. Real healthy choices in abundance here.

I just walked out of the store and I am completely disgusted. I have to explain because I did have three experiences. When we first walked in we browsed for a second and the first female worker walked directly in front of us and the item we were looking at. She never said excuse me nor a simple hello. We moved over to the olive oil section and were questioning to ourselves a bit then a another female worker came over and stood in front of us filling bottles. She never said excuse me nor did she even speak. My counterpart did ask if the size description and she gave a quick response. Never did she seem to want to engage. There was a young male worker that did speak and stated if we needed any help to let him know. By that time we were done and had already made up in our minds that we would not be purchasing. It was a huge disappointment because they seem to have some good items but customer service determines where I will spend my money. I still give kudos to the young male worker. I just hope that this was indeed just a bad day of customer service and certainly not because we were two African American males.

Such a great addition to Franklin/Cool Springs restaurant options and much needed and much welcomed. Service was great today servers were happy and helpful. The food had quality ingredients and it was delicious. Such a treat to get fresh ingredients with a gourmet touch. We love it and will return. I highly recommend.

Franklin has needed a restaurant like this for a long time. Fresh, high quality organic ingredients are the focus of this grocery and restaurant. Their approach is creative and fresh. All of the condiments are made from scratch in-house. We recently enjoyed the charcuterie platter, pork chops and house wines for our anniversary dinner. This is the perfect place for foodies who value quality and originality over quantity. This is an offering distinct from many other restaurants in the area.

This place is an ABSOLUTE must if you’ve never been! It doesn’t matter what restrictions or diet you’re on, they have something for you! The fact that I don’t have to worry about quality of anything I eat there for me and my family is huge! There’s nowhere else in this area that I have that much confidence in! Lastly, remember the show, “Cheers” where everyone knows your name? That’s this place. Granted, I go in almost daily, but I’ve never walked in without being greeted and taken care of. In fact, if the owners are there and you ask to meet them, they will come on out to personally greet you and possibly become your new best friend. They’re that great! Hands down my favorite place to eat!!

Absolutely love this place - the owners are wonderful humans, the people who work there care, and everything is delicious, organic, pasture raised, grass-fed, wild caught, etc. etc. Portions are huge. Were here 2-3 times a week. What else can I say? We very much appreciate this place. Highly recommend.

$9 for a 12 oz fruit smoothie. The owner claims it is 16oz. Maybe if the cup was actually full. Sorry but it wasnt.

Herban market is such a lovely place for my wife and I to go on chill dates. The grocery is good Im sure but we go there for amazing meals. Our favorites are the burgers and the tacos. Mamma alma burger and the al pastor tacos.
