I loved this place! I had just like 1 hr to get souvenirs in 2019 and I found cool stuff. From Franklin apparel, to hand made soaps, stuffed animals, notebooks, stationary, you name it!. It is larger that it looks from the outside. Prices for all pockets.. clothing is not cheap but it is of great quality.

First time visiting this location and ENJOYED it with all of the unique gift items from local, pets, clothing etc...Would have given a 5 🌟 rating had there been any customer service interaction while looking around, but was GREAT once getting to check out as they added a little bit of flare (tissue/bow to bag) after knowing it was a gift! I will definitely be back again and THANK YOU for providing a cute store in downtown Franklin for us to shop! 🛍 🎁

Got some really cute stuff here plus it’s pretty affordable! The only thing I’m not a fan of is the customer service. I got snooty vibes from the cashier. It’s always a good idea to greet customers and check in with them. For example, if you see someone looking at an item, ask them what they’re interested in or offer some more details. The one girl at checkout was nice, and smiled a lot, but the other girl was a little sour. Kind of an off putting vibe from the staff but I really Like the merchandise.

Went to this store when I went to Tennessee over spring break last year, it was amazing! They had soooo much cute stuff and the employees were super friendly

If youre looking for a unique and beautiful gift store, Tin Cottage is your place! It is decorated so well... this store just gives off positive vibes! There is also a great selection of merchandise. Greg is the owner, and his customer service is impeccable. I asked him to look for a discontinued Mud Pie item; not only did he find it, but he regularly emailed me with my order status. An absolute pleasure to shop here... a must visit destination when youre in historic Franklin!

Fabulous store for gifts. Sadly employees were not wearing masks which directly translates to lack of concern for their clientele’s health.
