I want you to know that I’m no stranger to leadership and management styles and techniques. Also be advised that I do work for a federal agency and my degree is in Human Resources. You may rebut in any investigation that may arise.These “ladies” that own and manage this place should look into the Fair Labor Standards Act enforced by the Department of Labor (a federal enforcement agency, for your quick reference). After the witnessed treatment of their employees, it’s rather apparent their management style is to be an intimidating bully, which is never an effective approach.

I went to the Cool Springs Galleria store and was blown away by their beautiful clothes and wonderfully friendly staff! It’s definitely not a store I feel pressured or that the staff was trying to get me to purchase something that wasn’t perfect for me. I feel like that in other stores but felt so comfortable at Hollie Ray! I got several adorable pieces and can’t wait to go back!

Great boutique with a wonderful selection of clothing, jeans, jewelry and gift items. Love all their candles too!! Wide range of clothing and sizes. Great for all ages!! A hidden gem in Westhaven.The owners are great with customer service!

I have made several purchases online at Hollie Ray Boutique. Their clothes are not only gorgeous but their customer service is exceptional!
