Staff is very friendly and helpful. Better deals can be had elsewhere, unless you need it right now.

Employees are always ready to help you, They have everything you could need and we get most if our tack there.

This is an awesome, local, tack store! We received excellent customer from Lindsey and Emma who went above and beyond fitting my daughter for a new riding helmet. Looking forward to visiting again for future purchases.

Person that was in the store was friendly and helpful. The item we bought here was more expensive than another place we found later. Limited selection, especially for saddles and other gear. We had to go out of town to find a place with a larger selection. From a convenience standpoint, this is the good local shop.

Would not recommend doing business with this company whatsoever. I Had some of my saddles on consignment there, In the process of that they had me arrested saying my own saddles were stolen, they never asked me once if items where stolen very sad and pathetic to do that to someone. I also had my infant child with me when I was arrested and takin in a police car to the police department. I’ve lived in area my entire life and I’m a business owner. I highly recommend Tennessee tack exchange to have any tack consigned. I’ve never have a problem selling saddles or tack with them. They are not wreck-less and treat their customers with respect and dignity. They were directly involved and called the police on me when I came to store and had my saddles Hidden and wouldn’t release them to me.

Great store with wide variety of tack, apparel and supplies. Best part was the wonderful customer service.

Great selection and staff!

I’ve been riding for 49 years and buying riding stuff around this area for about 40. This place won me over in one visit. Why? Because the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I can order anything I need via computer BUT there is nothing like having help in the store with boot fitting by people who want me to have the perfect fit. I highly recommend this store for equestrians who enjoy riding English. For those of us who also like to ride Western, Bedford Tack is our place.

I will buy all of my tack from them! They are so helpful and happy to find me tack, if they even if they dont have it in store. Plus shopping local is the best!

They have great clearance sales and the staff is very knowledgeable. Great product selection when it comes to English riding equipment and horse care. They also have a lot of really cute horsey merchandise.

We went to Franklin Horse Supply looking not only for stuff my daughter needed for horses, but also Western show attire for her upcoming IEA shows at the time. They did not have any Western attire the store focused more on English riders. However they did say that they were having more customers coming in asking for Western and were considering carrying Western attire as well. Overall the store was clean and had lots of different and wonderful products.

I love the staff here! Whether in the store or on the road the staff is so wonderful! Kelsey and Emma are always fun to shop with in the store! Kristin is a doll & always helps me at the shows! LOVE this store!!!!!
