The people at the Franklin location are always nice, helpful and friendly, way better than Green Hills. I will always shop at the Cool Springs location because of the way I am treated.

Really would have preferred to buy my copper cookware in Europe, but with covid not a chance. The next best thing is Williams-Sonoma. I bought a set and several extra pieces. They always carry the top of the line everything. I couldnt ever be disappointed in them, just sour I wont be going to Europe anytime soon. I cant leave this store without buying something. The staff is eager to please and if you want it they WILL find it, hell or high water. You are all very appreciated.

Beautiful store with wonderful items. Kids love the lollipops and the wife loves all the cooking utensils. Some wonderful knife selections. Sadly the prices arent marked well, I dont feel. Got to the counter and spent about $40 more than I thought I was going to. Still, loved the products we took home, even if they were a bit pricey.

Im a real fan of this place when Im on the lookout for something special. Always fun discoveries here.

Staff was very helpful and diligent in helping me find the perfect wine glasses for a Anniversary gift. Then helped me with my own Anniversary gift to my husband and myself. They were very helpful and I love he products I purchased!

I LOVE THIS STORE!!! Would definitely give the store a 5 but the employees werent very friendly and could care less that we were in there!! When we walked in there was a lady standing by the register and was looking at us, so I smiled and said hello and she didnt say anything back!!! As we were checking out she didnt ask how we were doing or anything!! She rang us up and that was it!!!

Free to wander, left alone after asking if I needed help, smelled great.

If I could rate them with less than one star - I would! Horrible customer service from Williams-Sonoma furniture division. If you expect to get any support after an expensive furniture purchase - good luck! After 5 MONTHS of the run-around related to a sectional that I purchased and after numerous escalations to their lead customer service supervisors, there is still no resolution. No one returns phone calls or emails as promised. I will not buy anything from them ever again.

I love this place and Ive shopped at this location for 20 years. The prices are even more outrageous than they were years ago. But I still choose to shop here because the quality is excellent. And they behind their products. Staff is very friendly and accommodating if youre there to spend money :-) shout out to the manager who apparently did me a favor by having one of his staff members gift wrap the items I purchsed. Kitchen towel sets, Peppermint bark Scottish cookies and a bundt cake mix that used to cost $12.95 and now costs $19.95 same thing. I will gladly play extra whats support the star as well as Cool Springs Mall. Traffic seem to dwindle any shops really need our support.

I walked in looking for a Mothers Day gift. I had questions about the Jura coffee machines but I was completely ignored by the employees. A young lady and a tall brown haired young man in plaid looked in my direction as I was going to ask a question and then seemed to roll their eyes. I guess customers are out of line for Williams Sonoma. I went to Sur La Table instead and bought the Jura.

Took my Soku Japanese knife in today to get it sharpened. Supposed to be 24 hours but they sharpened it right away. Awesome service at Cool Springs Galleria, Franklin TN.

Nice selection but more of an idea store...wares are purchased less expensively elsewhere.

We were able to find a perfect wedding gift here. Disappointed that gift wrapping was going to take all day but next time well plan ahead.

So pleased with my experience here! Cashier was the kindest, worked with me to make me happy, and even wrapped everything.

I like the Green Hills store better, but the staff at the Cool Springs store has always been very nice and incredibly helpful.
