I love shopping at Publix. This location is my favorite because it is not very far from home. The place is always very clean. The people working here are always very nice and helpful. They have things that other grocery store do not.

This is the typical good experience in Publix.The staffs are very helpful and very nice. Here no one was asking me any questions when I When I took pictures. This review hopefully will help other customers to choose this Publix. So, it will helpful to Publix too get more customers. I love Publix because,1. The people who are working always nice2. They always understand customer’s perspective3. For them customers satisfaction is #1 priority4. You can return your items or products even though you don’t have your receipts.5. They usually help customers to bring their items to the car irrespective of the age and gender6. The vegetables and fruits are always fresh7. Bakery is fantastic. They have some nice cakes. My favorite is Tiramisu. They have some great breads and lots of verity’s you can see.8. Also, the protein is fresh. You can find some fresh sea foods. Also, you are able to see some fresh Pork and beef. I only bought chicken here which is cheap. They will cut it whatever the size of the pieces. They have verities in chicken, beef and pork9. In total, its a good place for shopping. I recommend for everyone.

Its a grocery store not sure what to say, they have lots of food, people are nice, really nice. Always out of the Starbucks dbl shot espresso and cream 😥🤬.Otherwise easy in easy out love it.

I love Publix but I moved out of state so I’m never in town—I went to grab a chicken tender pub sub and was definitely disappointed. The chicken didn’t get chopped and there wasn’t many veggies on it. I ended up buying more bread, some veggies and cutting & re-tossing the chicken myself at home. I basically remade the whole sub. I think it was the employees first day but not my best experience.

We love our McKays Publix! Everyone- literally everyone- is always so pleasant and helpful. Cashiers are very personable as are most of the staff and the pharmacy staff too! They have gotten to know our family and are very friendly and welcoming to us! Have to commend Alex (customer service) and Chris (produce) this evening for really helping me out today with a last minute boutonnière “emergency”. They really went above and beyond!! Thank you!Had to add that the bakery team: Alex, Vito and Lori did an amazing job to help create my son’s graduation cake. He’s headed off to WestPoint, and I wanted a specific design. It came out adorable!

Smaller Publix with good selection of dry foods, but their meat selection is slim and always expires quickly. Friendly staff are always kind. No self-checkout options.

Smaller than most Public, but generally has everything I need. Very clean, fresh produce and helpful associates, but I will not be shopping there anymore.This morning (9am on 11/22) for the 3rd time in 2 weeks, there were 2 customer service employees without masks( not chinstraps, not mouth only, but no masks). The 2nd time I encountered the maskless employees, I challenged them and they claimed they forgot.Its a few days before Thanksgiving with Williamson Countys highest positivity rates yet (and our county hospital on divert for Covid patients)! Both Williamson County and Publix have mask mandates! Unacceptable!

I thought senior hours were 7-8 on Tuesday & Thursday. This morning the sign said 7-9 for first responders, etc (which I think is great). But when hours are changed... put it in the weekly flyer, etc. The asst. Meat mgr told me senior hours are Tuesday & Wednesday. Otherwise, I like the store and all the employees.

Needed chocolate covered strawberries. They were sold out but the super nice guy in the bakery offered to make some for us on the spot!

Publix stores are always great, but this one is even better than the rest. Nestled in McKay’s Mill, it’s a bit smaller than some other stores, but it’s not lacking anything because of the size.What sets the store a part is the people who work there. They make you feel welcome and at home from the minute you walk in the door. There’s a friendly face around every corner, and they are all there to help. Add in the buy one get one deals on the foods we like, and it’s the perfect store.

Publix has done a great job of creating a culture of hospitality. Like every other Publix I have experienced, this one is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The first time you walk in, everyone greets you like an old friend. Each employee I have talked with has helpful tips. Shout out to the fish man in the back - who taught me how to cook fish!

This store is always clean, the staff is friendly. Just wish they would carry a better selection of salads at the Deli, instead of the canned potato, macaroni and slaw. Low carbohydrate options such as broccoli salad, bean salad, etc would be nice.

Best pharmacy ever!!! These wonderful people always go above and beyond for me and they will never understand how much it’s appreciated on the other side of things. I always have so many issue with insurance, and Doctors not writing my prescription properly Multiple times. I know it’s been a total pain in the a** for them and annoying to me but no way to avoid it. Appreciate all that they do to help me with the frustration of doctors and insurance company’s.

They are super friendly here and super clean. The pharmacists are awesome in particular. The managers and employees always ask if you need help and they keep it well stocked.But their baggers are poorly trained. They frequently put every heavy thing in one bag rather than spread it out. So I usually end up with one 20# bag and two 1# bags.Also the produce is pretty bad compared to Kroger, Whole Foods and Sprouts. Everyone has better produce than the MM Publix.

I always find what I need here, and at a reasonable price. The staff at this particular Publix make it a very nice place to shop. They are friendly and considerate and the store is kept very clean and well organized.

The staff is very friendly and always very helpful. I wish they would reduce their food prices. Extremely too high!!I only go to them for small shopping or last minute items. I go past them to Kroger or Walmart for my big food shopping for the house.

More likely an issue with store location than anything else, this store has had an issue every time Ive shopped there with long checkout lines. Publix prides itself on quick and pleasant checkout, but this location falls short on that expectation. Everything else about the store holds up to Publix standards including quality meat and produce, excellent customer service, and competitive pricing.

Amazing staff. Friendly and helpful every time. My wife dropped raspberries and they were so kind to get her more and clean the mess.

Had a bad experience today at this Publix. The cashier her name is Shelley was rude and very unprofessional. I was in another cashier line and the couple in front of me were waiting for the person in front of them to finish up. When the person behind me taps me and says the cashier next to us is open you can go over there. So I did, as I put my items down Shelley looked at me and in a loud voice said to the couple that was in front of me at the other cashiers line Sir you are next you can come over here you were first its not fair you are next. He declined because he had all his items out. As she took my 6 items she said that is only fair he was next like I was at fault and that I did something wrong. I could not believe she was acting in such a manner. I have many choices when shopping for groceries and I do expect better then this from Publix. The time of day 15:42 2/18/2015

I love publix! Its my favorite market place. However, at this location, I rated them with 3 stars because the cashier was horrible. She did not speak, and she was not pleasant, at all. She bagged my deli meats with household cleaners....

I miss this Publix so much! I worked there two years ago as a grocery stalk clerk and every body was so friendly and nice and we all were like Family! Shout out to our co worker Fedya who passed away recently. I love and miss you all!!!!!!
