Publix is a very clean and presentable store. Prices are a bit high, but they have good quality. I like the kids car carts as they make it easier to bring my young ones. Went for chicken sandwiches and sides and found what we needed. Check out was quick. Will return.

Love the fresh fruits and they have one of the best bakeries with all kinds of fresh cakes and sweets. The deli has hot soups and hot food to feed your appetite! Definitely shopping is a pleasure!

Publix is always clean and well stocked with a variety of selections. Staff are welcoming and friendly always will to help. Have tried other grocery stores in the area, but Publix is superb. Lots of parking and lighted well, somewhat off the main road, but easy access.

I love Publix! You cannot beat their customer service and the quality of their meat and produce. The customer is important mindset goes from the manager all the way down to the baggers. You feel like you are welcome there and that you matter. No other grocery store in town does this. Keep up the good work Publix!

Hi. Had a great visit at Publix. Wasnt too busy went about 11:30 in the morning, on a Friday. I got some pork from the deli to make Cubans, it was nice and fresh as always. I also got some nice Cuban bread that was just baked that morning. The store is very clean in the people were very nice and helpful. Thank you Publix.Oh and by the way, LOL the sandwiches were amazing.

Between the two largest chains of grocery stores on or near Murfreesboro Road, Publix is my preferred purveyor of groceries and prescription medications. The staff are always courteous and attentive to my needs. The store is well kept, always clean, and well organized.The floral department also has good sales if your looking for something to pick up in a pinch.

Like many people, we had to postpone and reschedule a wedding because of all the travel restrictions and health concerns during May 2020. We originally ordered a cake based on 150 guests. Well a year later the guest list was much smaller and the cake design had to change too. Publix Bakery was just amazing throughout the whole process! They scheduled a free cake tasting, listened to my daughter’s ideas, offered cost saving suggestions, estimated to within 8 slices how much cake we needed, baked the best tasting cake we’ve ever had, and scheduled a late delivery (on a Sunday!) so that the cake would not have to sit out too long (outdoor reception). Everything was beautiful, tasty, and fresh. Every employee we spoke with was patient, friendly, and happy for the bride and groom. You can not find a better cake at a better price anywhere!Five/Five Stars!

Staff was helpful, just couldnt find everything I was looking for. This was my first time visiting a Publix. Enjoyed the bakery for fresh bread and store made hot sausage was good as well.

UPDATE: I spoke with the manager and it was very positive. I love shopping this store and have shopped here since it opened. And today was the first time I had an issue with an order placed in the app for curbside pickup. Now I understand the app is powered by instacart, but I am still shopping with your store and there needs to be better customer service around app orders with missing items. Having an attitude with a customer is never right.

Clean store and friendly staff. The majority of the store is fully stocked. It had all of my essentials. Theyre low on staff, but today that didnt affect my shopping and check out time as it wasnt busy or crowded.

Very nice place - staff was very friendly and helpful.

The manager was kind of rude, I was not allowed to bring my cat inside the store even tho she was in a plastic carrier that was covered with a towel. I was told I couldnt even have her in the shopping cart! I am temporarily homeless and I just wanted her out of the 90+ degree heat, while I shopped.

Clean, well lit, well stocker store. Friendly, helpful employees, great quality produce and store brand products, excellent selection and good prices! I mean seriously i cant say enough. This is not our usual store but whenever we are in franklin we stop here. Oh, and everyone was wearing masks!!!! Thank you!

Average Publix supermarket. Bright, clean. Pretty well stocked. Cashier was having a bad day but the bagger was friendly and I could even detect a smile from under her mask.

Very organized and one of the best publix they do birthday cakes that you can choose from a catalogue and wedding cakes as well very nice customer service! I also love their milk section it shows that it have a very well maintained variety of healthy choices that not any other publix has!

I have always loved this store and feel it is the best. But Im stunned to see them now failing to enforce the mask mandate at my local store. Also was very disappointed to learn they operate a political action committee. Lots of info lately that seems inconsistent with the Publix I have come to know and love. Im thinking twice about where Ive placed my loyalty. Not sure where else Id go, but not willing to support some of what Im seeing under any circumstances.

Im impressed with this store. However Publix has some major issues. First The prices are just too high. And their meats especially their beef and steaks are not that good. You can find better beef at Walmart. Much better. Other than these two issue its a good store.

Not my favorite publix. Employees are nice, the store just isnt as well laid out as others and the produce always looks a bit less fresh.

Hardly ever have to wait to check out. Isles are not crowded. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It is exciting to find items we usually buy at BOGO free. The salad bar is open. Parking is easy. It is truly a pleasure shopping at Publix!

The man at self checkout was paranoid not even help with anything. Seemed like a man that needs to be fired. And had an attitude when I accidentally didnt scan a 6 pack of diet coke. Even though I recognized it right away. He stepped in as if he were to arrest me.. Im a white middle aged man.. Someone like that does not need to be working. Time: around 7pm. June 25th 2020. It might be because Iam a Publix girl but this is a great Publix! What sets them apart is they always ask are you finding everything ok today they actually offer help if you need help finding something, its like home. Comforting, friendly, safe and happy. I dont shop anywhere but this Publix and have since we moved here

This Publix used to be the best grocery store in the world. It has suffered noticeably under new management for a few years. If you shop here, you MUST be diligent to check ALL expiration dates on EVERY single item you pick up. They prominently display the expired items, hoping that you won’t notice. Not just one or two items....this is storewide and on purpose.

I love your international products that I dont find any where else. I drive 45 minutes from Lewisburg to buy the products!

We havent shopped here in a year because everything you pick up is out of date.Stopped in this evening for coffee beans. They had four bags of the coffee I wanted.All four had expired in May 2020.

This store is the best! Ryder helped me today and he was courteous and polite.

Publix is like any other large grocery store... Except for their amazingly friendly and helpful people. Totally different experience than some of the Krogers Ive been to where the employees seem to hate their job. Good job Publix!

This is an okay publix location. However, the one in Brentwood near the Sallys is better. This location normally does not have enough items in stock especially popular sale items. It is still a nice grocery store though.

This one has great deli choices ! The bakery has lots of variety, and real good, too ! Ive always been able to get all I need here. Very friendly staff, clean bathrooms, plenty of parking.

I love Publix! That being said, their deli needs a lot of work and better managing of the employees. I went in to pick up a sandwich and had the worst service. Employees ignoring me and when asked to help me by another employee, rolling their eyes. Ill go to the Moores Lane location even though its farther.

Stores are clean, uncluttered and well lite.The key to saving money is the buy one get one (bogo) specials.You are not required to buy two to get the reduced price.They carry reasonable priced organic.The also have a mystery item (penny item) on Wednesday.If you bring the coupon from Wednesday Tennessean you can receive the item for one penny.

The cashiers and baggers there are so nice. Until we moved to Spring Hill, we shopped this Publix all the time. I have discovered though that they seem to have fewer items I use on sale and they have less variety of items available.

Every time I go there they always smile and say hello. They are kid friendly no matter what. I wish other grocery stores were this nice to everyone

The pharmacy is absolutely horrible!!! They wait almost a WEEK before contacting your doctor when your insurance requires a pre-authorization. DONT GO THERE IF YOU TAKE MEDICATION THAT YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON!!! Dont know if I can leave 2 reviews so I will add here that other than being a little high on prices the grocery store itself and the employees (excluding pharmacy EEs) are outstanding!! The store is always clean and the EEs are always friendly and helpful.
