Rachel was so wonderful! She was very patient as I tried on many dresses. What I wanted was going to require quite a bit of altering so Rachel facetimed the seamstress right then and there so I was able to make sure she could do what I wanted before purchasing. I ultimately found my dream dress and it was at a great price. Im so excited for our big day!

Its hard to find the words to describe just how wonderful my experience was at Fabulous Frocks Bridal of Nashville.From the minute Rachel answered the phone, she made me feel 100% comfortable and like she was genuinely excited to help me find a dress for my Wedding day. This was the 3rd (and final) place I went dress shopping and it was by far the best experience I had, even if I hadnt found my dress there! Talking with Amy to schedule my appointment was quick and very pleasant. I actually had my appointment with Lanae. She was extremely helpful and so friendly and excitable! Her first pick was the dress I ended up getting! She also helped me find all the accessories I needed to make that dress the dress of my dreams! I really enjoyed working with both of them and being the only appointment in the shop! My only complaint would be they need a larger selection of off the rack dresses in larger sizes. This was my first official visit to a bridal shop to start the search for my wedding dress. Amy (the owner) met us at the door and sat down with my maid of honor and I to go over some more details about my wedding and my likes/dislikes. She was very conscious of my budget and kept me informed about the dresses I was looking at trying on. The first dress I had Amy pull and the second dress she had me try on ended up being the one. I also purchased my veil from this shop. The veils are hand stitched to order by a partner company. One of the best parts is I got to take MY dress home with me that day. No waiting or worrying about shipping or anything. All the dresses are discounted from the designer price and although the starting prices were at the upper end of my budget, I ended up coming in under budget for my dress and veil. I highly recommend Amy and her beautiful shop. She was a delight to work with and made me feel right at home and made finding my dress an absolute blast. As she said, finding your wedding dress should be easy and fun! And at Fabulous Frocks it was all that and more. My maid of honor said she wanted to come back when it was her time to find a wedding dress.

As soon as we came through the door Amy had a smile and a positive attitude. She first went over the store and how everything is set up, and then asked what I was particularly looking for. She pulled some ideas herself and then also let us have some time to look through and pick. I automatically fell in love with the first dress I tried on, but still tried on a few after. Amy didnt rush nor try to convince me to buy any dress, but she was very complementing to the one I absolutely loved. Being she only books one appointment at a time, this made my time being there more one on one which I really appreciated. She made it overall a wonderful experience. Amy spent several hours with my wife and I looking at almost her entire inventory. Satisfied with the wonderful selection, we then Skyped our son and his fiancee, who are living and working in Japan, and showed her the dresses. She was able to pick the one she wanted and it will be ready for her when they arrive. This complexity was made necessary because they wanted to be married in Franklin and only had one week around the holidays to do so. Amy understood our circumstance and bent over backwards to make it happen. Every positive thing said in the the other reviews is true. You absolutely owe it to yourself explore this option. This Saturday, my mom and I had our first appointment to look for wedding dresses for my wedding next year. I did not know what to expect but had heard stories of pushy, opinionated saleswomen and feeling rushed in the process. I was expecting a busy, disorganized store with many brides trying on dresses. Megan and Haley were informative, thoughtful, soft-spoken, encouraging, helpful and wonderful. They gave my mom and I time to look around the shop, after explaining how it was laid out.There were no other brides in the store, and Megan made me feel very comfortable as she let me try on the wedding dresses myself and only helped after I came out of the room. As I am very shy, this was something I had been quite nervous about. Megan was right around the corner and immediately was there to pin the dress to fit me before I could even see it too loose.The women did not offer their opinion, negative or positive unless I asked. I did not feel as though I was pressured for time or to make a decision. I had a wonderful experience at Fabulous Frocks this past Saturday. Having been to several different stores both in Nashville and Knoxville, I can honestly say this was the best experience I had. Carol sat down with me to go over every detail of my wedding (not just what I was looking for in a gown!) and then allowed me and my mom to look through the gowns. Many of the store Ive been to dont allow you to choose your own gowns, so this was a difference I greatly appreciated. Throughout the entire appointment I had Carols undivided attention, and I loved that even on a Saturday it was just my mom and I and one other bride (who had an entirely different seating area than we did) in the store. It was much more intimate than anywhere else I had been. I cant say enough wonderful things about Fabulous Frocks and Im so excited to say I purchased my wedding gown this weekend!

We walked in by word of mouth not realizing you had to have an appointment. The lady allowed us in, even though she was preparing to go home. She took her time with my sister and assisted her with what ever she wanted to try on. This is a discount bridal supplier and had some nice dresses there. Still higher that the Davids Bridal chain. Very pleasant experience.

I had the absolute best experience at Fabulous Frocks! Amy and Lanae were very responsive to any questions I had (and I had a lot!) prior to my appointment. I booked a weekday appointment as a I had a large party coming with me to the appointment and as soon as we arrived we all felt so welcomed and comfortable. The boutique itself its cutely decorated and clean. We spent the first several minutes of the appointment talking about what I was looking for, and Lanae pulled exactly what I had in mind! I believe I tried on 4-5 gowns but the first one couldnt be beat. I was married last month and everyone complimented on how beautiful my gown was. Thank you Fabulous Frocks!!

The experience at the store is really laid-back, and Amy was wonderful and really wants to make sure you find the right dress for you thats also affordable. Fabulous Frocks is just that, absolutely fabulous! I bought both my dress and veil from there and I love them both! Amy is wonderful! That was one of my most favorite things, as well as how personable Amy was. I honestly felt like she was one of my best friends helping me pick my gown. You have found the jack pot!I stumbled into the store while running errands and in minutes of talking with Amy she pulled out a gown that I had everything I wanted. It was perfect! Needless to say, I brought my mother back and I said yes to the dress! I cannot wait to wear my gown and veil at my wedding next August! Such an awesome boutique! It is a little special because there are only sample dresses to choose from. So what you see is what you get! I found my dress, and it fit perfectly. I loved all the attention from the store without being overwhelmed.

Go here before you go anywhere else; thats what I did. As a result, I wont need to go anywhere else! Not to mention, the experience was so much more magical than I could have ever imagined. Amy made sure that we had the store to ourselves and made me, and everyone I brought with me, feel so comfortable and welcome. She really listened to what I wanted, as a result, Amy was the one who picked out my dream dress and bolero combo.My very first bridal salon and it took less than an hour to find the dress that took my breath away. I cannot recommend Fabulous Frocks and Amy any more highly. It was the best decision I made (besides saying yes to my fiancé of course)!

I fell in love with Fabulous Frocks the moment I walked in the store. Amy was SO friendly and helpful and she knew exactly what I was looking for! I purchased my gown from her and I could not be happier with my decision. Amy really knows how to pick em. :) The best part is, you get to walk out of the store with the dress the same day, no waiting! This was my first time trying on dresses and I tried on a handfull. I was between two dresses but totally knew I had found the one when I tried it on again. Amy was wonderful, very friendly on the phone, very attentive and knew what she had in stock so she could pull the perfect dress! Amy did not hesitate to give me time to think everything over and let me try on the same two dresses 2 times so I didnt feel rushed! I ordered my veil and a custom sash piece there too that she got into contact with the designer to see if we could custom order the sash. Very, very customer friendly and I could tell she loved her job and business!! Thank you so much Amy for making my dream dress a reality!!

I stopped by to schedule an appointment for my daughter to try on dresses. I could tell the sales person was already judging me because I was not dressed up; I was out running errands when I saw the store. She asked about the budget and immediately suggested that I go home and discuss it with my daughter, even though they currently have dresses within $200.00 of my stated budget. She basically refused to schedule an appointment! All I could think about was the scene from Pretty Woman when Julia Roberts goes back to the rude store clerk with all her purchases she made elsewhere. Needless to say, I’m with Julia on this one!

I love my dress!!! It was such a great atmosphere and they had so many beautiful dresses! I picked the third one I tried on! :)

I had a great experience here. Lanae was friendly and helpful. I found my dream wedding dress here and it was such an enjoyable experience.

I am so glad I found this beautiful boutique! Amy was such a joy to work with and made me feel such at ease. I had originally bought my wedding dress at another boutique and though I love it I just didnt feel bridal and regretted my decision soon after. Amy was patient and gave me a variety of dresses to try on so i could narrow down the style I liked on my body. She was honest but always polite and I just loved that about her. At one point I attempted to zip up a gown on my own and caught some fabric on it, Amy was so sweet and told me not to worry. I also had my 2 yr old & 4 yr old nephews with me n she made them feel welcomed. Needless to say i found my FABULOUS dress! And with it being such a great price im able to wear both gowns one for my ceremony and the other at the reception. I also love that you can take your dress home the same day.I totally slipped it back on as soon as i got home lol. Overall BEST experience and wish I had found this boutique first! ♡

I first saw the dress on Instagram, right away I knew it was the one. I called and made a appointment right away. The owner is extremely helpful and really makes your bridal experience special. Needless to say I said yes to the dress. Great prices for quality designer dresses for a fraction of the price.

Appointments preferred is what the door said. We walked in to see what they had to offer. We were stared at and I had initiate the conversation. They said that they were double booked and that they could get me in next Saturday. I think they should have Appointments Required on the door instead.

Based on the reviews here, maybe I shouldve had Amy, but my experience wasnt magical as some of you have described. It was simply okay. I had to wait upon arrival, and the someone showed up for an appt scheduled thirty minutes after mine. The assistant who helped me was often distracted and even once left me standing around in a dress to talk to the other girl and find a dress she thought would be great on the girl. I dont know...maybe I shouldnt have gone on a Saturday. I just didnt feel the attention Id have liked to have had. It was completely indifferent. Needless to say, I did not get a dress and wont likely return.However, I will say that during the limited time I had with Amy before she elected to assist the new appt and left me in the hands of the other associate, she was nice and seemed interested. Also, the dresses were nice and the prices were reasonable. Id suggest you at least try it because theres nothing to lose even if you dont have that magical or perfect experience.

Left thinking i found my perfect dress. It was a sweetheart dress and i wanted to add sleaves to it. They said i could do it and even ordered me extra lace to match the dress. I was so happy! They were very nice. Until I brought my new dress somewhere to get my altered. I found out the lady that sold me the dress lied to me. The particular sweetheart dress I got did not work with sleaves. IF they added a bunch to it to get the sleaves to hold on, even then it would look hideous. I took it to three different places because I thought that sounded insane, but nope. Wasted $1,600 on a dress that I dont feel comfortable wearing to my wedding. Wish i could return it and get a new one but I called and they said they wouldnt be able to let me get my money back. I would never recommend this place. 😠
