Cutest little bookshop in Franklin! Its a real gem in this town. The owner is warm-hearted and loves her community. This woman owned business is one that needs supported and loved. Perfect place to find good reads and gifts for any occasion. The staff is knowledgeable about the selection of books they have and helpful in finding new favorites for you too. I love looking at everything in the shop because there are new things all the time. Thank you!!

Literally my favorite bookstore of all time. Even though its small, its so well curated with such good use of space, I could still spend hours there. A must visit for any book lover or even anyone just looking for a unique gift!! Theres lots more than just books at this bookshop!

The quintessential small, independent book store with local charm. We were so glad it was open to browse, and will definitely be back. They have a good mix of current bestsellers and small indie gems, plus some great gift items if you need something book-adjacent like bookmarks, mugs, tea, shirts, socks, etc. They also had a beautiful hand-painted tote bag featuring their book club picks for the year, and are hosting virtual book club meetings through this pandemic season. Give them some business and support local!

This is the best bookshop! It is clear a ton of planning and care goes into their selection. The shop’s social media posts do a great job of highlighting what is new and exciting. I live out of state and try to shop here as often as I can when I visit.

A small but well-stocked shop with friendly and helpful staff! I love stopping by anytime Im near Franklin. In addition to (of course) the books, Wild Geese also has a lovely selection of candles, literary paraphernalia, and stationery.

A gloriously small space elegantly packed with hundreds of titles ranging from the essential to the indulgent. Quirky accoutrements curated by, and for, the booklover. A 20 minute browse is complete with patrons of all ages and types dropping by to grab the latest obsession. The staff is more than helpful and courteous, they are more like book evangelists spreading their love of the joy they hope you find there. Truly a community bookshop.

This is a book lovers paradise. The owner has intimate knowledge of the stores offerings and strives to provide unique literary opportunities for her community with authors visiting town. Truly a breath of fresh air in the world of Big Box or online book sellers. We are independent book store lovers and Wild Geese hits the mark.

They have all kinds of books and a good verify. Love this store. It has a home town feel and the owner and staff are so very willing to help you find or recommend books. They will also order books for you.

This shop is everything you’d hope an independent book store would be! The owner is so warm, personable, and knowledgeable. Her assistant is equally lovely as well! The selection of books is amazing and her non-book items (locally made candles, thoughtfully sourced gifts, unique stationary...) are just as amazing. A true must see in downtown Franklin!

Great little bookstore! If you have a title in mind they are happy to order it. 19 Minutes to Live ordered as a gift. Not only did he like it, he talked with a good friend who was in Viet Nam as to the events. His friend made the story even more poignant through his additional experiences.Worth a visit when in Franklin.

Fantastic place. Tiffany & the rest of the staff are awesome. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced and a great selection of books and gifts. The shop also does a lot to give back to the community!

I have had many fantastic interactions with the staff of this store and I just love their friendliness and hospitality along with the homey atmosphere and great selection of books. There is one specific instance that proves what a special place this is—not just a soulless big box store. I dropped by after work a few weeks ago and had been struggling with understanding why a certain book had received lots of attention in the media even though I’d read it twice trying to understand its appeal. I asked the owner Tiffany about it and she took the time to show me other perspectives of the book and help me see why it appealed to some others and yet understanding my point of view as well. That personal interaction and my own 5 minute “Book Club” really makes this an amazing place that is worth returning to again and again!

I loved this place because while things were expensive, they were only expensive because they were trying to get off the ground and expand. It was also a cute little bookshop and had nice goodies, like journals, cards, blankets, mugs, pens and pencils, and even a few sets of hand-knit winter accessories!
