I got my nostril piercing redone by Shelby. She was very knowledgeable and advised me on placement and then did the piercing very quickly and efficiently. She was super nice and friendly, and she made sure I had aftercare information. My piercing is doing really well; I love it! I wouldn’t go to anyone else for future piercings and have recommended several others to go see her.

Shelby did my daughter’s ear piercing about 3 weeks ago, My daughter didn’t even Finch. My daughter said it wasn’t painful at all. Super fast. My daughter’s ears are healing without complication and didn’t even swell after the initial piercing. I’m a nurse. I used sterile saline to clean her ears.

I came in without an appointment and was greeted immediately. I wanted a couple of memorial tattoos to honor my dad who recently passed away. I explained to Sarah what I wanted and she created two amazing pieces of art that blew me away and she promptly and permanently attached them to my body. Ill be going back so that Sarah can design me a jack-o-lantern. Highly recommended.

I’ve got my nose pierced here around 2 years ago and had an amazing experience then. And a month ago I got my cartilage was amazing. They are consistent, clean and very nice.

This place is great. Pretty welcoming staff. My daughter got her nose pierce there and she was very happy with the process and the piercer. You need to bring a birth certificate if your child is under 18. The prices are fair and its right there by the bowling alley off of 96 and 65. Thats a pretty cool tattoo work as well.

Well, I can’t give this place a fair rating on their tattooing ability since I didn’t receive a service from them, however I wasn’t impressed when i went in trying to get a hand tattoo and they turned me away after telling them many times I was 100% sure I wanted it done. So I took my business next door to battleground tattoo and so glad I did!

Sarah is absolutely amazing. Ive been to many different piercers and she is by far the best. I dont know how she does it, but every single time its so symmetrical and perfect. I recommend her to anyone that ever needs a piercing done.

What a great experience! I just got my belly button pierced and was pretty nervous but I was in and out in 10 minutes, which was nice but it also didnt feel rushed. Sarah was so sweet and explained everything and I love the piercing!

I went in to get my ears pierced, the place was very clean and after filling out a paper with my information and where the piercing would be I went, without wait, to the room they do piercings in. Everything used came oit of sterilized packages and were cleaned with antibacterial before use. The woman who did mine was very friendly and let me ensure the piercing would be where I wanted and even before starting. They did a wonderful job and explained very well how to take care of it and even provided and information sheet and their contact information for any questions. My the small amount of redness after getting my ears pierced went away after around an hour. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a clean, well done piercing.

I hate giving one star reviews...but what I hate even more is horrible (or should I say lack of) customer service.I stopped in a few days ago because I just needed to see their selection of nose rings. I had just walked in behind another girl, but was prepared to wait to be helped. The girl at the counter assisted the first customer who was getting a bilateral nose piercing and then walked right by me to go do whatever. I waited 10 minutes. No one even acknowledged I was there, so I asked a gentleman who was there if he knew if there were anymore selections available (there were only a few showcases). He told me he didnt know and that the girl could help me.Well, long story short. He quickly asked her if there were any more options in the back and she whispered something to him and then asked the first customer to come back in the piercing room. She never said Hi, Can I help you? Or Hi, I will be with you as soon as I can. Nothing. Nada. Period. Total time in the shop? 25 minutes...so I feel that I was more than patient.There is nothing like feeling like you are invisible especially if you are going to give your business to someone. I had a similar experience when they were in their old location. Needless to say, I wont be back, for any ink or piercing.

This place may be great, I wouldnt know because they didnt want to work with me because I got there 90 minutes before they closed, and were too busy painting the walls of the studio to deal with a paying customer. Evidently the desire to leave at closing time is more important than the primary purpose of a business, which is to make money.

I had my septum and rook pierced here and was very pleased with the service(and the piercings themselves of course)! The piercer Devin is quick and made me feel at ease during both piercings. I brought three of my younger siblings to get pierced after that and he was excellent with them! Will definitely go back to him in the future:)

My husband and I both had piercings done Saturday. By Sunday night, his was in infected. By Tuesday I ended up on antibiotics because my rook piercing was so infected. I have many other piercings and have never had an issue with them. Did everything they said to do regarding cleaning and taking care of it. Such a waste of money.***update - turns out I got a staph infection from the piercing. ***

I have gotten three tattoos from the Franklin Lone Wolfe. It was not my first time getting tattoos but it was at this business. The first I went for my first set of tattoos there was a bit over two years ago. When I stopped by to talk with someone about what I wanted and to make an appointment. Everyone was just sitting around doing nothing. The place was dirty and it smelled like pot. I got set up with Phil and I had to wait over week for my appointment. I got two tattoos that day. One is really great the other on my wrist is only so so.I decided to come back to Lone Wolf again as your prices were pretty reasonable. My previous two I got the one on my wrist wasn’t the most complicated compared to the one on my shoulder that was much bigger.I used Phil again, the place was a tad bit cleaner but not much. I can in very late summer or fall of last year 2018. I had a verse with a small wing and claw on my right inner bicep. He pushed so hard when he did the tattooing that my whole are turned black within two hours. Fortunately I am a CBD oil user and was able to get down till the regular bruising started. UNFORTUNATELY for me now the excessive pushing in doing the tattoo caused a blowout and now my arm looks permanently bruised and some ink blurred.I also had to pay MORE for that tattoo that didn’t take very long and the two previous I had done at one time I was there for four hours.

LOVE THIS PLACE. The atmosphere is great, everybody is so nice and incredibly talented as well. Jake has been working on my arm and Sarah has done all of my piercings, would recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve gotten a few piercings here, one including a daith. it’s been nearly 6 months and it’s still bleeding and hurts to touch. i’ve tried everything and this is the second time a piercing done by sarah has done this. she didn’t mark my daith nor did she reply to emails asking her what further actions i could take. very unprofessional and doesn’t know what she’s doing at all

I had an appointment today with another shop. We wont mention names as they dont deserve to be in this awesome story. However for the viewers who have been to Lonewolf its the shop before this one on the left. I had been waiting for my appointment for awhile and was looking forward to finally getting it. When I walked in and told them I was there for appointment they said it was next week. I said nope Its today: the artist was right there who Ive never talked to and he said oh man this isnt my week. Then tells me with attitude he is gonna be an hour behind.I picked up the phone and called Lonewolf as I was at this point obsessing about it. An awesome guy named Devin Kent aka the hole puncher answered. I told him my situation and he was so cool and told me to head down. They listened to what I wanted and Jake Snoddy executed it with true school. He even added some free hand.What I loved about today is the environment was chill, music playing, and friendly artists. I definitely wasnt going to allow someone with attitude to put his gun on my body!Thanks to all of you for making my day and making this tattoo even more special then I imagined it!

I went for an ear piercing. It had been awhile since I got my ears pierced but the staff was great and the experience smooth and painless.

Got my tragus pierced there several months ago and it is still not healed. Called to see if they could see me to see why it was healed and they had no time for me. Happened to drive by there and the parking lot was empty and all the guys were standing outside looking at there phone. Went to a different, more experienced pierced and was told the ear ring he used is incorrect and way to small that is why my ear will not heal. And my piercing is crooked. Very unhappy and will never go back there again.

Nice addition to the lonewolf family. I havent been to this shop since it split from the other shop down the street. Great service and pricing. It feels like until recent years female tattoo artists were few and far between and possibly none at all. I must say that Sarah Weese is a great addition to this group and the middle Tn tattoo scene in general. I had to come home and count and this was my 53rd tattoo and well over half came from lonewolf. Enough said!!

I suggest not going there to get your septum pierced because I asked the lady to make sure its a little higher so that I can flip it inwards for works she did the complete opposite so Im probably going to have to take it out and that was a waste of money.

I got my tragus pierced there on wed. The guy that did it was rude & talked about his experience of getting his done & how bad it hurt & the sound it made ALL BEFORE I EVEN GOT IT DONE. Then once I got home, I realized it is super crooked & not even in the center of my ear. Wth! Very disappointed & will never go back. I wish I had read the recent review about her experience.

Been wanting a nose piercing for two years. I got it done today!!

So i went to get my nose pierced with my friend and i had called prior to make sure that they should peirce on someone under 18 and they said as long as you have a legal guardian with you so we went the same day and they said that they couldnt do it unless we had a birth certificate so we went home and came back the next day, very disappointed and let down, with a birth certificate and they said they still couldnt do it, simply because they just couldnt go through with it.Will not be back!
