If you’re in the market for a boat, or if you need your boat serviced I highly recommend doing business with Clark Marine! I searched high and low for new pontoon boat, made at least 15 phone calls to dealers all over over Tennessee and Alabama on a Friday at 4:00. Everyone that I called had sales staff that were unavailable so I left a message for someone to call me back. The only person to call me back was Trent Peterson at Clark Marine! Wow where do I start.I’m in my sixties now and have owned bass boats since their inception. Through the years I’ve dealt with many boat dealers, some good and some bad.I recently decided to buy another boat and specifically a Ranger aluminum so I visited some dealers and got estimates on a boat equipped the way I wanted it. Although I loved the boat, I was not happy with my shopping experience so I decide to put the purchase on the back burner.A few weeks later I Googled the boat I was interested in and a YouTube video came up. As I watched the salesman go over the features of the boat I thought to myself, this guy seems like someone I could do business with. The problem was the dealer was in another state and a good 200 miles away. Nevertheless, I called Clark Marine and asked for Trent Peterson. I gave him a rundown on the boat and accessories I was interesting in ordering. The first thing that stood out for me was this guy knows the boat and the accessories, unlike the previous experience from a few weeks before. He also was quick to point out issues I might run into with accessories and how to avoid them. More importantly, he took the time to understand my needs and desires. After a few days of configuration changes I placed an order with Trent.Little did I know that this was just the beginning of a great experience. Each time Trent received information from Ranger on the order, he would in turn advise me. Ranger ran into several issues with the configuration and rigging and Trent was quick to notify me and suggesting the best to solve the problem.When negotiating the deal, Clark Marine was to install several accessories and make an adjustment to the engine height. Everything was done as promised and I was on my way home with the new boat by noon.When I arrived home I realized Ranger had not sent all the parts for the custom cover. I called Barry, the service manager at Clark Maine, and he had Ranger ship the parts overnight.To sum it up, I found Clark Maine have experienced people in sales, front office and service. They are customer focused, do what they say and best of all they have very competitive prices.

Clark Marine is a first class business! Over the years I have gone to them with many (MANY) questions. Every single employee of Clark Marine has always taken the time to listen to my questions/concerns and provide valuable feedback. Tim at the parts desk is always willing to offer suggestions on products/parts. Trent has offered great advice when Ive posed various questions to him about certain lines of boats or electronics. Barry knows boats (and more importantly motors) inside-and-out, and has always left me with the utmost confidence in the level of service I was receiving. The fact is that no matter who you speak with at Clark, they will take the time to listen. Most importantly, they stand behind their work/products. Boats already cost a lot of money to own so it is so important to feel you have someone you can call to provide quality work or offer suggestions. I would recommend Clark to anyone looking for a partner when buying/servicing a boat.

Bought my first Ranger 520c and now have a new 521c being rigged now . If you are in the market for a new or used boat these people are top notch .

I dropped my boat off at 10am on friday memorial day weekend.I am a new boat owner and know very little about outboard engines. I had an alarm issue which led to having to replace an engine mounted oil tank. The service manager explained it to me and made the whole process super easy. I was able to go out and fish the same day. They definetly have my business from now on.

Spent $550 to have my lower unit seals replaced. Took the boat out and it quit on me and was locked up. Took the boat to a guy I know and turns out there was water in the lower unit that locked it up. I guess Clark marine charged me $550 and didn’t fix anything. Will never do business there again.

I purchased a new Triton 20TRX Patriot from Clark Marine and had a great experience and got a great deal. What a pleasure to deal with Trent and Eric. Boat was ready on time and everything worked perfect. I have since upgraded to an Ultrex trolling motor and added a Helix 9 to the dash. This required dual mounted HDS9s up front. All the installs were done very professionally and completed when promised. I travel from Mt. Juliet to Clark Marine because I trust Clark Marine with all my boat needs and have never been disappointedSteve D

Service was okay. Had them put a new radio in my boat. They said it worked but when I brought it home and tried it the next day radio came on but no sound out of speakers. Took it back and they looked at it didnt know what was wrong could not fix it. I could not do nothing sign on gate in storage area says not responsible for any damages.
