The Staff was attentive and knowledgeable. The new location is lovely. I found what I was looking for at a price I was willing to pay. The best part is I was able to set up my new Saris 2 trainer all by myself. My future self will thank me !

Aaron was a great help in looking through the choices we had. We settled on a recumbent electric assist Sun Seeker Ero-Tad. The bike was adjusted to fit, We were able to take it out on a trial ride and loved it. He answered all our questions quickly and accurately. We picked it up 2 days after we bought it. It was ready and waiting. Aaron spent some time explaining the electric assist, brakes and brake locks and then helped me load it into our trailer. Great bike, great service, great sales experience.

You guys did an excellent job restoring my trek marlin 7! it was left in storage for some time and needed a lot of work, but now it rides and looks like new! thanks again for repairing my bike in a timely fashion. time to hit the trails!

Ive been visiting Wheel and Sprocket for years. Second time in the new location. Got some great help finding the Kegel Alpha trails and then ended up buying a pair of gravel biking shoes. Definitely coming back next time Im in Milwaukee.

Everything you might need and more is in the shop. Staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. Awesome location, clean store, easy to find what you are looking for. I have never seen so many cycling shoes, probably the hardest thing to find. A good assortment of womens clothing as well which can be hard to find at most LBS.

Absolutely loved the customer service at Wheel & Sprocket in Franklin! We were shown several bikes that fit our style and price range and the staff are very knowledgeable about all the bikes in the shop. The price you pay for a bike here is well worth the cost! It’ll last you for years! We highly recommend shopping at Wheel & Sprocket!

The Franklin store is nice but there’s no parking per se. There’s very limited parking on the street and the spots are always occupied. There’s a lot off to the side and across the road but by the time you find a spot open it’s a long walk to the store, dropping off and picking up your bikes is very inconvenient. I will have to drive to the Bay View location from now on, they have dedicated parking there.

We were very impressed by the customer service and the inventory selection at the Franklin, WI location. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and were asked if we needed help. Patrick was very knowledgeable and helped us out even with the impression that we may not be ready to buy anything. We did end up purchasing a bike and are very pleased that we made the trip from Chicago to Franklin, WI. I would definitely recommend.

I have an ICE Sprint Trike with 21,000 Miles which I love. It kept dropping its chain so I took it to Wheel & Sprocket to see what they could do to fix it. They had the trike less than 24 hours and had it running better than new, it actually is about 1 to 2 miles per hour faster than before. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, definitely experts and there pricing for repairs is very reasonable. The manager gave some advice and I am considering taking the trike in to Wheel & Sprocket for a major over hall this off season.

The service department has very competent, responsive and friendly staff. Service on a front derailleur replacement and two new tires and tubes was done as scheduled. Prices are reasonable. Would highly recommend seeking out this W&S location for service.

We have used these guys from picking up a last minute kiddo bike, to shoes to a last minute service for a jammed up bottom bracket going into a beautiful weekend without having to miss my ride. We have been very happy with all of our interactions and will continue to support our LBS

Website says they follow government Covid-19 guidelines of 10 people to a store? It was very busy and they had well over double that number of people inside.Maybe it was an off day but last time they had knowledgeable staff. We spoke with two different people. Each of the young men who helped us kept giving wrong information on different product specifications and how to use them. Had I not clearly known better Id have bought the wrong items.Beautiful store, but seems to lack management. Nice if they train all staff on product specification and basics of customer service. Not even a simple thank you after both of our purchases.

This location has really great product but their customer service is horrible. I called about a pair of shoes, was told they did not have the shoes and were unable to order them. I called another location literally 10 minutes later who said the first store in Franklin did have a pair in stock or they would be happy to special order them for me if I wanted to go through the Brookfield location instead. I have had this same sort of thing happen on MULTIPLE occasions where I was given info by assosicates at Franklin regarding product, policy, or returns that was just plain incorrect. I dont understand what is happening at that location.

I was so amazed and super pleased with the system in place to protect their customers from COVID19 virus. They did this to very best of their ability! Being a Rheumatoid Arthritis patient and very compromised immune system because of the strong medication I take I am very thankful for the safety procedures in place!!!!!Thank you Wheel and Sprocket for caring!

The staff is very knowledgeable of all there products and accessories. Aaron in the service department was polite and friendly. I was searching for a certain brand of product. They didn’t have the brand in stock that I was looking for, but they had a different brand of said product. My wife wasn’t happy with the replacement. Aaron quickly searched surrounding stores and was able to bring one in in a timely fashion.

I have always had great luck at W&S Franklin (and Hales Corner). I recently purchased a bike which they assembled and then purchased a bike GPS and sensor. Collin was patient in explaining all the different options for the GPS and what to understand with my new bike since it has been 7 years since I had a brand new bike. All of the staff is professional and work hard to help with answers and suggestions. I highly recommend them for your biking needs!

Easy to order online. Stuff that I ordered comes in quickly, like a couple of days. I found it easy to talk to the one employee about fat bikes and then he asked the other worker to enter the convo when it came to tubeless and fat bike tires. All so talkative and helpful. I like that the first worker got those Muc-Off tubeless valves and the Sub-Zero Orange Seal, so fast, no long discussions about what sealant was trending. Very positive time in the minutes I was there. The tubeless is going good so far but my used tires are like Swiss cheese and it will take a few more re-inflations to get every hole sealed. Thank you.

Very safe and social distanced. Purchased many bikes (5) at Wheel & Sprocket over the years and always brought them in for service when needed. Brought my old Trek 830 in for service and was surprised at price to replace all cables and tuneup. Very high. Decided not to due servicing there. Service price was higher than cost of bike.

Called to inquire about a bike being in stock, which was not. Upon asking if I could come in and get help finding something similar, I was told, “Not in that price range.” I was looking for a Trek just for casual riding with family. Made me feel like my price point was too low and not worth their time. Super bummed. Really looked forward to finding a bicycle.

Most recently, Steven from the new Franklin store helped to outfit my new Trek Dual Sport 1 with a taller stem, kickstand, bag, light, mirror, and better grips. He took the time to ensure my handlebars and seat were properly outfitted for me, making my ride that much more comfortable. It is experiences like this that keep me and my family coming back.

Great experience working with Chelsa and Aaron over the weekend. They did a great job finding me exactly what I was looking for in a new bike a Burley and a bike rack. Another sales rep, cant remember his name, think it was another Aaron, helped show me how to get the new bike rack setup. Prompt service, every consultative and very friendly. Store was very clean and well laid out. Taking Covid precautions very seriously with distancing, only allowing 10 customers in the store at a time and all employees wearing masks.
