I was tinkering with my bike trying to resolve a shifting issue on my own. I realized that was not such a good idea. I researched where to take it based on location and other factors. I decided to bring my Trek road bike to Crossing Cycle. I walked in and explained the issues I was experiencing with the bike. He invited me to bring it in to have a look. We discussed possible outcomes and solutions. Lou let me know when we would talk again for repair completion and pick up. I was happy that he followed through with everything he said. I called Lou to see if he could tune my wife and my bikes up and he sure. I ride a tricycle and my has a Trek. So I dropped of the Trek on Thursday and he had it done on Friday. Great shop great service, great personality. Cant wait to get my tricycle repaired and to get back riding.Lou has an awesome shop amazing service. What a great find. Btw I live in Milford.

Called to get an estimated turnaround time for a service and the guy started complaining to me about how he’s the only one there and that it’s hard for him to get any work done with people calling and him having to answer the phone and how he’s staying late and blah blah blah. Poor customer service approach, making potential customers feel like a nuisance and talking them right out of supporting your local business before they even step through the door.

Trustworthy! Excellent Service!This guy sells you what you need for your bike. I have been to so many other bike shops over the years and a lot of times they try to sell you things you dont necessarily need.If you are looking for a department store bike for your kid, dont do it! The bikes are heavy and components are horrible and are hard to work on! Crossing Cycle can sell you a decent bike for your kid!

Very rude he insulted my bike he asked if I got my bike from a cave and he was not nice in General a refused to even try to work on my bike or to fix a small problem not good service at all would never recommend yes my mom does know and my bike is not from a cave it 300 dallors u know nothing as I can see
