I recently brought my bike in for repairs. I hadnt used it in 10 years and was not sure of how much longer it would last These folks did a great job in tuning it up and making it like new again. Everybody I met there was courteous, helpful and really knew there stuff. Special thanks to Cooper who worked with me through the entire process. I think if a new business every wanted a template to follow, spend some time with Bicycles Plus, they are terrific and really take time in helping their customers.

This is an overdue review. Like some of the headline comments mention, the ownership and team (staff) offer completely fair prices for parts and service, treat customers with respect, and are very responsive and helpful. I really appreciate what they offer for parts, service, and advice and highly recommend doing business with them.

Ive been buying bikes and gear from Bicycles Plus for probably 30 years...my daughter has long taken over my first hybrid from there.During my last trip in I bought a Saris H3 bike trainer...bring your ride inside. Scott did all of the mechanics/assembly work, told me what to do when I got it home, reboxed it and put it in my car. He had a knowledgeable helper as well that answered my questions.Im reluctant to buy from anywhere else...you know what its like when you trust a business?The Saris H3 trainer by the way, such a good workout, entertaining and motivating. I bought it because I needed to do something off season. Scott said some people just ride on them through bad and good weather. I can see why!

I have been going to Bicycles Plus for many years. Scott and family run a great shop. Their prices are very fair and they have my bikes ready when they say they will and most of the time before. Great work and nice folks.

Weve always been completely satisfied with this shop. We had our recumbent bicycles tuned up and they did a great job at a very reasonable price. Ive purchased helmets & clothes too. They have a wide variety. Today I went in to purchase shoes for riding the stationary bike. The owner spent a very long time with me and was so professional and patient. Turned out I need a special shoe and he gave me advise on where to go. I highly recommend this shop.

A family run business that treats their customers with respect . Your not a number here. Never had a negative experience throughout my 15 plus years of shopping here. This is a family store and they run a great business.I bought my first and only road bike there about 7 years ago. I always go here for gear and maintenance. The price on the bike and all of their services and gear is always less than other shops. These guys are super!

I’ve been going there for over 20 years. Have bought many parts and accessories and have had bikes serviced, wheels trued, etc. Always leave feeling like I’ve been treated fairly.

It is hard to find a good shop with experienced and present owner(s). This is one of the best shops in the country. Very few places I trust completely with wheel building to proper bike fit. Scott is knowledgeable and a elite rider who does a excellent job of conveying his expertise to match his customers needs. Pay a bit more for good retail, you will not get that kind of support on line.

Love these guys. People need to understand that they are running a business that they want to sustain. It is not a high volume shop so dont come in expecting them to drop their drawers on price. Their prices are fair, their services are exceptional. They take care of their customers. I cant tell you the number of times that they have proactively sought out warranty repairs for me - they found issues and engaged the manufacturer without my even asking. This alone has probably saved me a few thousand dollars and likely a number of more serious mechanical problems had the issues not been addressed.You will get great service and loyalty from these guys. BUT, dont come in expecting freebies - they have a business to run.5+ Stars!!!

We bought 3 bikes for Christmas. We were told we could keep them at the shop until we were ready to grab them. We were unaware the shop is closed on Mondays; Christmas Eve fell on a Monday 😬Guess who opened up the shop for us to make sure we had bikes under the tree? Awesome. THANK YOU!!!! Bravo!

This is your go to local bike shop. Been a customer for 15 years. Great owners. Consider them family. Been there for tires,cassettes, chains, tubes, shifters, tune ups, lots of gear, rims, bikes...Oh and by the way, I pay for their service and depend on it. Dont want to be broken down 10 miles into a ride and think I saved $10 by half a**ing it. Focus on your ride, let them make it happen.John

The service was so-so but everything here is overpriced. I asked for a simple tune-up for a road bike and was given a estimated price of $130! Each time I asked about buying something I had to specifically request the reasonable price of the item/service, otherwise theyd quote me the most expensive cost, even when they knew I didnt need it. Dont come here unless you like wasting time and money. These guys clearly only cater to bike enthusiasts with cash to blow (i.e. waste) on overpriced products and services. Also, the selection is not great either.I am editing this review to take it down to 1 star for bad service after all. Even though this shop is close to me, I will go out of my way and DRIVE my bike to a shop that is further away to avoid giving them any further business. It is apparently going to take them an entire week to give my bike a simple tune-up. This is a huge inconvenience for me because I use my bike to commute and every day without my bike is another day I have to walk to work. Terrible service, terrible shop. Do not go here.

Needed a new tire for my daughters bike. Expected to have to leave it and come back. He was done with it in 10 minutes for a reasonable price!

This guy is a complete rip off . He charges 170.00 for a BASIC tune up!!!!!!! THATS NOT INCLUDING PARTS ! Most others INCLUDING LL. Bean which I would rather bring my bike to are 45.00 !!! Anyone who brings there bike here deserves the beating this guy is dishing out. Fellow down the street was only 70.00 . Disgraceful way to do business .

I bought my first mountain bike there and one for for my son. There prices are fair and there service is top notch. As a new rider I have had problems and questions and they have been great. After my skills improve and it is time for the next mountain bike I will be buying it from them.
