In February I ordered a sign for my Goddaughter’s 1st (Quarantine) birthday party. With me being deployed overseas, I had my ApplePay connected to my overseas address. Once I realized that the sign would be sent to me vs to the states, I messaged the owner and I INSTANTLY got a response stating he would cancel the order and ship it to the new address that I gave him. I was so grateful for the exceptional customer service, I will most definitely order from them again!

The banner looks great! I was very impressed with the customer service, too. The USPS sent my package back (not due to anything the seller did...it was an issue with my post office). I offered to pay for him to reship the banner but he said it would likely take awhile for him to receive it so he would print and send a new one! And, at no cost to me! Amazing service!

I ordered a banner and when it arrived it was extremely poor printing, I took a picture and sent it to Nick, he apologized and said he would get it done right and shipped out next day. That was on Feb. 26th 2020. A month later no banner and has not replied to 3 emails. I hate leaving a negative review, he gives me no choice.

I have been ordering vinyl banners from Milweb1 for over a year and the product has always been great. The color profile is very accurate and I never have the banding issues that I have with other printers. The prices are great and the delivery times have always been met. Rush jobs where handled perfectly. Go ahead and order and you wont be disappointed.

I feel lucky that I found this company. You would think with their low prices, you would at best receive average quality. This is not the case here. The quality of their product surpasses any and all competition online or brick and mortar. The customer service is outstanding and the shipping is faster than a speeding bullet. BUYER BEWARETerrible customer service. Ordered 4-yard signs from MLWEB1 through their site. I was charged for the order that was supposed to take 4-5 business days. Two weeks after the order, none of my email and phone message communication has been responded to, and I have not received any product.

I sent a deposit to have a logo created and have some signs created. It has been months now and I have no product. I have called an enormous amount of times to determine what if and when I may get a product for my money. Never never a returned call. There was a cursory effort on a logo once and then nothing. More time past and nothing. No follow up ever from them at MILWEB....Huge waist of time. Beware

I would like to say first, I am not this type of a guy. I do not rate companies, if I have a bad experience at a place or with a company. I just do not go back there or use the company again. However, I was so WOWed with the professionalism of a support operator at Milweb1 that I have to say something. I have gotten a few banners from this place before, and I have never ran into a problem. This time was different, upon trying to check out I keep receiving system errors. Now, if this was any other day I would have just found another company and went on about my day. However, I saw the live chat pop up asking if I need assistance, so I said why not. I Nick the problem and he was on it, he set up a different payment gateway for me. He also answered and put to rest my question and concerns. And by the way, some of my question were in the middle of the night, and I would get a answer almost immediately. I would think to myself, does this guy sleep. Outstanding! Thank you again Nick.

My first order was fine. Ordered 3 banners and was happy with the quality and price.My second order was disappointing. I ordered another banner. Milweb1 did not print or ship the banner. They were very slow to respond to emails. They wouldnt ship me the banner even after I said I still wanted it. I only got a refund after opening a PayPal dispute.Disappointing.Edit: Just read the owners response.They never printed or shipped my order to the US shipping address I provided. After many weeks passed with no updates I asked for them to ship it to my home in Canada and never got a response. They never acknowledged that after many weeks they had not printed or shipped my order. They never replied when I asked them to ship directly to me in Canada to make it right. No reply.... so I opened the paypal dispute and got my refund.No reply, no apology, nothing......

They are always helpful - Nick was fantastic to work with and the banners I have have lasted since 2013, look great, and are still strong! Just ordered more today.
