Good quick service

I could not be more thrilled with my experience today with Dennis at Southside Tire. My husband and boys were camping locally, when my husband called to tell me there was something wrong with our vehicle (Ford Flex). It was shaking while driving and pulling significantly - he did not feel safe driving it, nor towing our camper. I drove to the campground to get the vehicle, and searched for a local tire shop. I called Dennis and explained the problem, and though it was near the end of the day, he told me to come on over, that he thought he knew the issue. He met me at the door and immediately found the problem. Though to the untrained eye (mine) the tire looked fine, Dennis explained that it had separated and that it needed to be replaced. Once he took the tire off of the vehicle, the problem was obvious. He did not have my tire in stock, but found one at another facility quickly, and another employee had it at the shop within about 20 minutes. Within an HOUR of my initial call, I was back on the road. The price for the tire and service was more than fair, and Dennis went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of quickly, and that my vehicle was safe to drive. Thanks, Dennis, for saving the day (and the camping trip)!!!
