Sadly I had an unfortunate event driving in the hospital parking lot. A car came head on to me. I swerve to not hit the car. I hit the sharp edge of the Curb. It took a chunk of rubber made out of my tire. My tire deflated almost instantly. I called around to price a new tire. Monroe was ever so helpful. They were so understanding and willing to work with me to get me what I needed. Got an appointment in under 24 hours. They quoted me I might have to have an hour wait time. But in fact when I got there at 10:30. They took my car right in took care of everything that needed to be done. And had me on my way in 45 minutes. David and the crew at Monroe youre amazing. These guys were lifesavers this morning! I was on my way up north to hike and my drivers side rear tire was 10PSI under the others. I pulled in at 7:30 and was greeted by a friendly gentleman who had me back right up so they could take a look at it. A young man removed my tire, found a nail, plugged it, and reattached the tire in less than 30 min. A small troubling detour that almost ended my hike ended in complete success. Thank you both so much for helping me out this morning so the pup and I could continue on an enjoy our hike. The plug held up great through a very rough stretch of dirt and pot holed back road!Thank you soooooo much!

Got a real nice set of used tires for $100. They were straight up about the reason why they had them from the start(some chop on a couple of them). Was worth stopping in and asking.

After a really uneasy visit to Nucar and especially after being quoted a price for both axels brake job... We order tires and a front end alignment for next Tuesday we went there today to see they can fix the donut tire. We were there in person and told me their tire machine was broken wile they were doing someone else tires. We cancelled our appointment.

Dave at Munro was fantastic. They were pretty busy, but he still got me in right away to replace a tire that I needed unexpectedly. A different location installed my winter tires the wrong way, and he corrected the direction for free. I live an hour away and dont have a spare, so it made a huge difference in my day, especially waiting with my four-year old. Thanks so much!

Monro Auto did a wonderful job with my car! I had a cracked valve stem and my tire kept leaking air. They were able to look at and fix my cracked stem in the space of an hour and even replaced my missing valve caps. 5 star service for sure.

I started going to Monro in Franklin when I lived in Andover and had been to several other garages where I had bad experiences (oversold on marginally or completely unnecessary repairs). That was about 10 years ago, and I continue to go to them for tires, oil changes, inspections, brake work, exhaust repairs, check engine lights ... you name it. They are great, they fit you into their schedule in a reasonable amount of time and are straight talkers.About three years ago I moved and am now an hour away from this garage but still go there because of the great service.Thank you!

Went back again an regret it car needed front brakes after driving down the road the breaks were grinding and squeaking non stop. An honest mechanic can be hard to find but I have truly found some at Monro in Franklin. The front wheels on my mothers car were getting really loud, and I diagnosed the sound as aging wheel bearings, something my personal car recently needed replaced with very similar symptoms. Turns out the sound I heard was actually a bent rim and degrading tires. Dave and his team made the corrected diagnosis and repairs, and the car is running quiet and smooth once again, proving that his diagnosis was correct! They were 100% honest and up front with me every step of the way and I couldnt possibly be happier. I will be bringing all of my vehicles here for their servicing needs.

The mechanic was rude. The guy at the counter was rude. They seemed genuinely upset that they had to do work. If this was the last place to get an oil change on the planet, I would let my engine seize and my car die.

John is the manager and is very knowledgeable and honest. I came in for an alignment and oil change and asked if they would check my vehicle out for other problems. Upon inspecting my vehicle he informed me it would not be a good idea to do the alignment since I needed a lot of front end work which is what I kind of knew. He let me know what else was wrong with the car and make my decision based on waking into the bay and having the tech show me everything. I would highly recommend this place to anyone for services.

Monro in Franklin saved my wife’s van from breaking down on her way home with groceries. They took her in late Sunday afternoon and waited for me to arrive after their normal hours. Just went to this place in Franklin NH and had a great experience. Their customer service was phenomenal and their prices were way more affordable than anything Ive seen. They added in free tire rotations to a simple oil change and checked my car for other safety hazards. I left the auto body shop satisfied with my experience and still has enough cash to buy a coffee on the way home. Very impressed!

When I need to have my car serviced I drive well out of my way to come to this location because the manager Dave is fantastic. He runs the shop like a well-oiled machine and always makes sure Im well taken care of. Ive been taking my vehicles to him for years because hes friendly, honest, and fair. Hes gone above and beyond to help me out more times than I can remember. I can do most basic maintenance on my own vehicle, but usually I just take it to him because its a positive experience every time and hes a genuinely great guy who Ive learned I can trust.

Im sad to hear that John Santos stepped down as manager at the facility. However, David Devine proved me this week just how amazing he is. I hit a massive pot hole this week and blew 2 tires and completely destroyed 2 rims. My vehicle is a lease. I was very concerned with my Rogue being my only vehicle how I was going to get back and forth to work for the remainder of the week. David went above and beyond for me. He got me into a rental car on company payment (which he did not have to do). I was in absolute shock he knew i was so concerned that he took it upon himself to help me!
