The service department was great and so helpful! We gave them the task of using our Jeep points from the credit card for some services and accessories. They were able to fit me in and give me my car back sooner than promised. The dealer even had a courtesy shuttle take us and pick us back up from one of the local restaurants. I will be back for sure.

The people were very nice but the labor rates are OUTRAGEOUS!!! If you can take your car to a mom and pop shop, I highly suggest doing so! The labor cost was significantly more than my parts.

The build process was super easy and Thomas kept me informed every step of the way as my Jeep progressed.When it was time to pickup my Jeep, Thomas had all the paperwork prepared. Got a regular oil change for my Wrangler. All good. But they checked rear brakes and quoted over $1000 for brakes and rotors. $450 for reputable shop in town. Lost my business except regular maintenance. Nice place but overpriced on work.

The staff is always welcoming and helpful with anything you need. Came in to have a paint blemish looked at (under warranty). They immediately brought it back to the detail area and tried to correct it. When it wasn’t solved they immediately took it to get an estimate done and work towards a solution. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate their help.

Took my Jeep here to finally get the TSB done on the steering. Friendly staff, clean facilities and lobby. While they worked on it I requested a loaner for the day. Besides the long drawn out process to verify my insurance for the loaner, everything was great. I am glad to report that with the new updated steering box the Jeep drives great.Update: TOOL Found In Engine Bay! WOW!So after a couple of weeks from taking the Jeep in for the TSB update, I wanted to give an update from what I have found. I opened the hood to wash the engine bay today and I found a wrench from when the service tech worked on my jeep at the dealer. This is part of the many reasons why I don’t like to take my Jeep into get serviced and why I do it myself. Initials BA engraved on it.As an aircraft mechanic, and any mechanic should, all tools should be accounted for after every job.Now there is paint that has rubbed off from where the wrench was vibrating against it. Luckily that is all that has happened.

Setup an appointment a week ahead of time and brought it in for service, waited 4 days and they still hadn’t even looked at it. Not sure how they expect people to just have their vehicles parked in their lot, like we don’t have jobs or need our car…they kept telling me “oh man it will be looked at tomorrow or maybe this afternoon”…what’s the point of setting up an appointment if it doesn’t do anything??

I was so impressed with my saleswoman Stephaine in helping me find my new car! She was extremely helpful during the whole process and made me feel very comfortable the whole time. She helped me trade in my Jeep Wrangler for a new grand Cherokee Jeep and explained all the features and benefits of my new Jeep! This was the worse experience at a dealer ever. Wish I can leave 0 stars. They had my Jeep twice to fix a blown speaker. Once for 5 days and once for 4. It was never fixed. Complete incompetence with everyone I talked to. And dont expect to ever get a call back. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

I had the worst car-servicing experience of my life at this dealer. It took three weeks to fix my car. My repeated calls for updates were ignored. Look at the reviews from others who have had a similar horrible experience!I had my car towed to the dealer because it wouldnt start on Tuesday, September 7th. . After getting a welcome text from my service advisor, Mike, I heard nothing for a week. I made repeated calls. Most of the time I was told that Mike left early. He did not return my messages.In the second week, I received a text with a list of everything wrong with my car. The total was over $4,000. I rejected everything except the repairs to my starter and new front rotors. Progress, I thought.Wrong. Nothing for several days until I finally was able to speak to Mike who told me that I hadnt approved any of the work required. Wait, didnt I do that online per your request? That never works, Mike told me. Guess thats why they use it. Never works. Anyway, I told Mike what to fix.Crickets again. My wife called the service manager. All he said was he couldnt tell what was wrong with the car and had no update. Thats what service managers do, of course. Nothing.Finally, I get a text from Mike. Your car will be ready on Tuesday, September 29th, 22 days after I brought it in. I was not able to come by on Tuesday, so out of an abundance of caution I called Wednesday morning to check the status. Give me an hour, Mike says. Picked the car up at noon. Did they do all of the work that last hour? Who knows.Wait, theres more. You know that little survey you always get after your car is serviced? Man, was I going to unload on them.. But after clicking the link in the survey text, the response was thanks for your submission. I never could submit a word. Every time I tried, all I got was a thank you. Clearly, someone at the dealer knew my review was going to be a bad one and intercepted the survey text and rendered it useless. I even tried to enter the web address on my computer. Whoops, something went wrong, was the response. Yes, everything went wrong.Stay away from this service department.! Not even one star, unless the stars are negative. Black holes, like this service department.

I went to this dealership after being misled at Freeland Jeep. The difference was night and day. Very pleasant experience in Franklin, straight dealing, Ians bought essentially the same Jeep Wrangler for the advertised price. The other dealership changed the price they advertised by roughly $5,000. I would recommend the Franklin dealership to anyone.

Came in to get my tire sensors replaced and then did a great job tell me every step of the way what was going on and made me feel welcome. Even found a recalled part and they are going to fix that soon. Glad to have my tire sensors all working I hate having lights on the dash. Amazing facility, and even better staff. Matthew Snow was my sales associate, and he was beyond professional, courteous and informative. I briefly told him what I was interested in, as well as my target payment. He brought the vehicle I was interested in right to me within the first 5 minutes of my arrival. Satisfied with my selection, he began the paperwork process in regards to trade in valuation, and credit apps, knowing I was pressed for time. Not only did he expedite the process, he outlined all fees included in the sale. He made this process effortless, comfortable, and overall enjoyable. David Tran, in finance, locked me in at a rate and payment lower than I initially anticipated, and fit my budget perfectly. In addition, he added a dent protection plan that fit within my payment range. These two gentleman worked seamlessly to provide me an overall Amazing car buying experience. I cant speak to the sales department but the service department was horrible. We took one of my cars here for a diagnostic. They quoted me $800 just to take a look at it and then ~$200 an hour for any repair times.I towed the car to a different dealership, had it looked at, and had it repaired with transparency and affordability that this dealership was unable to provide. Highly recommend shopping around before you get serviced here.

I took my Dodge Ram in to see if there were any recalls that had not been addressed and they said there were three. They said they needed to order a part (tie rod end) and it would take a month to get it in. I scheduled a 7 am appointment and called to verify all was ready the day before and they said it was. I showed up and they said it may not be done that day as they were “backed up”. An hour later, they said they were complete. I came back to see that absolutely nothing had been done to it. They said they didn’t have a computer to do one of the three and couldn’t get the mechanic to tell about the other two. Paperwork said there was a full review of my truck and all details were in a separate report. Said report was nowhere to be found and the kid who signed me in was still on the phone, 45mins after I arrived. I decided to leave and wait for the link to leave this survey.

My sales man Keith was wonderful. A pleasure to deal with actually. After hours of setting around waiting for management, Keith paid for my lunch out of his own pocket while I waited...As far as management goes, well... I suppose they are the typical sales management. Haggle....I showed them my email from the Kelly Blue Book person that showed what my truck was worth. Thedealership still offered me way less even after haggling.I have buyers remorse after trading in my 2012 Ford f250 xlt with 97k miles. And to make me feel even worse about my decision, i got a call from another dealer offering me what KBB said it was worthright after I left with a new to me diesel truck.My fault! I know. Im not even excited about mynew purchase because I feel that I should have held out for a dealer that would had offered me what my trade in was worth.

They fixed my issue and took care to get the part in quickly when the original issue suspected turned out to not be the problem. Took a star off though because I would have appreciated a mask policy. I know Williamson county doesnt have a mandate anymore but no one goes to the service department of a car dealer as an optional activity, and you often have to wait inside, so it would be nice for them to be proactive to protect their customers and staff. I was the only person wearing a mask among staff or customers.

Recently spoke to their internet sales rep regarding a 2021 Ram 1500 and literally could not have been more uninterested in making a sale. I was told it would have to be a 2022, couldnt really lock in a price, inflexible, and just apathetic about everything. I was supposed to hear back about searching for a 2021 that matched what I was looking for, never happened. I realize demand is higher than supply, but what is wrong with Sales/Business Dev these days?! Crazy if you think Ill drop 50K+ on a truck with that kind of experience. Went to another dealership, and they found a direct match within 24 hours!

I purchased a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee March of 2020. I had a good experience with the purchase. I went back the next day with my sister and co-signed with her and made a purchase of a Jeep Renegade. The reason I came back the next day is because the intent was for my sister to purchase the car I had turned in when I bought my Jeep. We got talked into buying a new vehicle. So okay. That experience was somewhat okay. I was told since I referred my sister I would get a $200 referral check. I was told to come back and pick it up the next week. Well I got an excuse why it wasn’t there when I went to get it and I live an hour away. I called back again and was told it was in the mail. Never got it. Then I go back over the summer to get my vehicle serviced. Then I was told the person that sold me both vehicles was fired and this other guy told me “I will take care of it”. Still never got it. I called once again just being in December and explained I never got the check and was told they would send the request over to be mailed to me. Well it’s the middle of January and I still haven’t gotten it. So the moral of the story is I spent right at $70,000 in vehicles in 2 days from these people and they can’t even give you a $200 check back like they were supposed to do. Didn’t keep their word! I am about to get another vehicle and they have lost my business just because of the run around for a $200 referral check! You can be as nice as you want to be about it but when you don’t take care of something that YOU offered the customer it’s just not right. Period.

I had a 7:30 AM appointment to get a simple oil change and tire rotation done. I pulled in at 7:15 hoping to get in and out in a timely manner. I never received any kind of update from the service manager. After over 2 hours of waiting I walked up to the service manager to check on the status and found the Jeep was in the completed line of vehicles. If you have to get your oil changed, be prepared to wait, with or without an appointment.

Shady doesnt begin to describe their service practices. I took my vehicle there for some warranty work and they did substantial damage replacing the covered part. After several months of back and forth they finally agreed to replace what they damaged. They had my vehicle for 3 weeks and again returned it to me with damage that wasnt present when I dropped it off. They came back with a completely false diagnosis (proven false by another mechanic). Sadly Jeep Customer Care was completely useless in resolving the issue so this will be my final Chysler vehicle.

Angel, one of the service advisers, communicated with me all day to let me know how my car was doing. And he didnt pressure me to get things fixed. He was polite, professional and very nice. My experience was far from stellar. I purchased a brand new 2021 Jeep Cherokee. Within a month, I was already having issues. When I turned in the vehicle for service, I was told the rattling in the dash was the change in my cup holder and the loud grinding of the brakes in the ACC system was normal and Id just have to deal with it. The oil change and tire rotation was not done as requested. When I picked up the vehicle, it was covered in green pollen and bird poo from it sitting under a tree for a couple of days.

Experience was so-so. I showed up for a scheduled appointment on Friday and was originally told they wouldn’t get to my vehicle same day. I had to ask for Service Manager and then agreed to look at car.Unknowingly to me, the issue I brought my car in was actually a recall. After agreeing to pay $1100 to repair and asking them to repair any open recall since it was in shop already did they discover the same part they wanted to charge me for was recalled. Im glad I asked them to check recalls or I would have handed over money unnecessarily. No loaner car or rental was available due to recall so I had to pay for Uber on Saturday since no shuttle.I’m undecided on whether I would bring my vehicle back to this location or if I’ll take to another local Jeep dealership.

Ive historically gotten vehicles serviced at dealerships because I feel that they tend to understand their cars better than a generic mechanic shop. Whether that may be true at Franklin CDJR or not, I cant tell because their utter lack of attention to detail and lax approach to service stand far above all else. I had a fine car buying experience here, but recommend that you find somewhere else to service your vehicle. They will leave you frustrated time and again.

I have come to this place many many times with numerous vehicles over the years. My advisor was always Seth Jacobs and he is now the assistant service manager. Very well deserved promotion! He always is responsive for a manager and really takes care of the client. Always stands right by the client in any scenario against Chrysler. He stands for what’s right not just for the customer. I have always greatly appreciated his service and attitude over the years of service. His customer service is superb, even when mistakes happen, they are remedied without question. I drove to the dealership and the service person greeted me but he seemed like he didnt want to be there. When I addressed why I brought my car in he had his airpods in. After he took my information, I left and ran some errands. My service person called me and during the call he didnt explain why I needed to replace parts with my car. He would say it is in the manual, I wish he would have explained it. I feel frustrated and annoyed that this is the only Jeep dealership in the area and the service department is terrible.

I had an appt @ 1..for an oil change. It was after 5 when my vehicle was ready. There was a recall so that was taken care of. Also they told me they would replace e my radio because there was a problem with the screen...arriving @ 6:30 I found the service area closed. I thot they closed @ 7..I had to get someone to get my vehicle for me...Callaway could have told me they closed @ 6....I did get my vehicle but no paper work....

Cap & Stephanie are amazing. Buy your car from here. They Patient. Fair. Not pushy. And they will go to bat for you. I’ve worked in the industry for several years, and my wife over a decade. The sales experience I got with them was great. I plan on buying a second vehicle from them shortly.Side note- don’t get your vehicle serviced here. I had a great experience with the sale... but service is HORRENDOUS. Across 2 vehicles this service department has just failed me. I will NOT service my truck here anymore.

Ive been looking at locations all over for a 2015-2016 Dodge Charger with some specific features and was willing to travel from Virginia to get it. I found an exact model at this location and sent an inquiry in about the vehicle and spoke with Brian Harris over the phone and explained everything to him and he was so understanding and easy to work with, something g that I wasnt expecting for a long distance car buy. We exchanged messages, sent over a photo of the buyers order, I put down a deposit on the car to hold it until I was free to drive down to the dealership, all in all I was able to make it about a week after speaking to Brian. Headed off and we kept each other updated on the time left to get there. I arrived later on in the evening and there it was waiting for me in the front of the lot, and Brian came out and welcomed me, showed me the insides and out, and from there we flew through the paperwork and went through the financing with his manager David Vandiver who was so down to earth. Everything took about an hour before I was off in my new car. What I appreciate the most from Brian was that he told me he was receiving inquiries from various people even from out of state to buy the same Charger I was set on, and even then he still held it for me until I made it to him, that honestly meant a lot because he could have easily have sold it to someone who was readily available or in the area. Excellent service, great people, I HIGHLY recommend that you ask for Brian if you ever get the chance. Id buy from them again if I werent so far away but this truly was the best car buying experience I have ever had hands down. Thank you for everything!-MichaelP.S. I LOVE the car!

From start to finish, we had a very positive experience. Matthew Snow was the ultimate professional. Unlike previous purchases at different dealers, Matthew showed us what we wanted to see and didnt try to sell us anything else. He had paperwork ready when we came in to complete our purchase. When it came time for the finance department, Lanray treated us with respect and did his job quickly and efficiently. Matthew spent a good deal of time with us going over a variety of controls even though it was raining.Reasonable price, great service, love the Challenger!Thanks for everything.
