Took my vehicle here since it was local and had great reviews. Once there Sam and I discussed possible issues, knew he was knowledgeable and left my car in his hands. Hours later he figured out the root of the problem, handed a reasonable quote. Mind you having an AMG is not cheap so very reasonable for the work and knowledge he showed.Got the parts next day and fixed in a couple hours, now drives and sounds better than ever. Will now schedule regular maintenance with Sam every time.

I called Sam on the phone and got some information on how he works and all. I stopped in for a visit and saw that his shop was as neat as a pin...good marks already. After talking with him I decided to have him do the clutch replacement.When he got into the thick of things it was obvious the previous shop were hacks. All of what they did was not right. The turbo was not working right and a whole host of other things. They had cracked the valve cover and did a hack patch. I could go on...but I wont.Now, as he said it would, the car is amazing. The cooling system works as it should as well the turbo...I now zip along and have to total confidence in my wonderful JCW MINI Cooper!I will add that if you are looking for cheap budget work, move on to the next shop, you will probably not be happy with pricing. Remember, doing it right the first time is far less expensive than doing it twice, once again I have learnt this!

GREAT MECHANIC - BEST AROUNDI have had great experiences bringing my vehicles here. Sam is very fair, and puts emphasis on doing work thorough and correct, and using quality parts. Since I have brought both of my vehicles here, they are running amazing. Imagine a world where you pay for something to get fixed and it actually gets fixed.

Sam was able to diagnose the problems I was having with my Volvo within one hour and he had it fixed the next day! This is very significant because my previous mechanic looked at it several times over a few months or more and was not able to correctly identify the problems. We actually had it towed from the previous mechanic to A&Z. Sam is professional, incredibly knowledgeable and he’s very nice! We’ll be bringing our vehicles back to him for all regular maintenance and as needed! Don’t hesitate to bring your vehicle here!

They charge twice (up to three times) the value of the part, you can check the make and model placed on the vehicle, he lies about the prices and dont give you the receipt of the parts. With that the value of the service seems low, but it has already been compensated for in the parts!Totaly unprofessional. Business like that should over.

Sam is by far the most honest and knowledgeable foreign car mechanic in Massachusetts! I own a 2002 Mercedes CL500. The MB Dealership estimated the cost to diagnose and fix the Active Body Control system for $5000!!! Sam fixed the problem and charge me only for the cost of the hydraulic fluid. I highly recommend A&Z Auto Service!!!

A superb and excellent service!!! I took my car 2011 BMW 3 series to Sam after a few garages failed to fix my cold morning start....He got recommended to me by a friend, and all the way from Marlborough Mass. took it down to his shop at 23 alpine row in Franklin Mass., after a Quick diagnose he fixed it, and no problems after that.... thank you Sam for the great service!
