The service has always been great. The cost went up once more. I did not like that being a low income VA person. Over $60.00 is to high. I may have to go to some one else.

It was great as always . Dan and Mark are great representive of the company. They make you feel welcome and work with you on what you want in a vehicle . They work with you and your budget and never try to pull a fast one on you. Great guys to work with

I recently went in for an oil change, the experience of checking in getting the oil changed and checking out all went great. After leaving the shop and driving 10 miles, I got a low oil warning on my truck. I immediately pulled over, crawled under the truck and checked to make sure oil drain plug was in and not leaking, then I checked oil filter for leakage both proved to be ok I looked for any other oil leaks and found none, I then popped the hood and checked the oil level and found no oil on the dipstick. I called Bensons and got Josh on the phone, after I told Josh my situation he said he would send someone right out to my location. When the mechanic arrived he checked for leaks and the oil level, he decided, just what I had thought that not enough oil had been put in by the mechanic who had done the oil change. He added oil to fill it and I went on my merry way. All this could be prevented if on the oil change check list the mechanics would recheck the oil level after starting and running the engine for a moment./

They ordered the tire i needed and i had a fast appointment to have the doughnut changed out.

Quickly got me an appointment and repaired my flat tire almost as soon as i got there.

The whole experience was amazing. Best car experience I’ve ever gone thru. Marc Hastings was truly amazing and he made the process so easy. He listened to exactly what I wanted and made it happen. Everyone there were sooo nice.

I scheduled an inspection and was able to pick a date and time that worked very well for me. Check in was quick and easy. There is a small cafe across the street that I was able to grab breakfast at while I waited. About thirty minutes later I was back in my vehicle and on my way.

Sales person Dan did the best Ive seen in long time my old car would not have gone anymore, and the sales dept did their job and got me into a new vehicle. All in all Ive had an excellent experience thanks to Benson auto

Excellent experience from start to finish. Dan and his team were excellent. Finance department was non threatening and throughout my experience there were benefits built in with the consumer in mind. They are in a small town and you feel like they take care of you. Bought my Chevy here several years ago. Traded in for a newer one and I love it. The staff is always friendly and very professional. Often get my cars fixed her and they supply a free loaner vehicle often if you call in and check if ones available.

The Silverado we bought from Benson Auto Company was refreshing, from no sales person being overbearing or pushy to following through with communication and pricing. Also my family and I did not have to stay at the dealership for 1/2 the day when buying the vehicle. Our process took only 2 hours and we drove home in a new Silverado. The service department has been over the top with any questions I have had about the truck and any service we have had done to the truck. They get a five star rating from my family!

On vacation in Tilton NH. Engine light comes on and we end up in Franklin NH at Benson Auto Co. Outstanding service ! Professional, prompt and courteous. Upon arrival an older gentleman approached us and promptly escorted us to the service department where upon Joshua Beauchemin courteously and promptly was able to have our vehicle seen, diagnosed and parts replaced in a timely fashion. Suggested a restaurant close and called when said vehicle was finished.We are so grateful to Benson Auto staff. You guys Rock!!
