Probably not the place to take $3800 worth of wheels and tires to for a balance. I have the tires off the truck, ready to be spun and balanced. I talked to Zach and was told that they would try to have them done by the end of the week, its Tuesday. Really?!? At least 4 days to balance 4 tires laying on the shop floor?! Ill pass, thank you for the big effort.EDIT: Spoke with Rich (manager or something) or really l listened to Rich. I had several things changed on my car. The new sound system is outstanding. In addition, the phone holder works perfectly. I also had new tires, a convertible roof replaced, and a wrap removed and in another place added. All modifications were excellent, and Rich stands by his work. I’m currently planning to get some work done on a new car and would not go anywhere else. Very highly recommended.

Great talent here. Always top of the line product. Surprised they dont charge more for what they do. One of the few shops in all of Tenneessee that does pure custom creations and one of a kind designs. Some shops say its one of a kind but they got their design off the web... not here. True to the phrase, one of a kind.

Absolutely a first class business. Rich went the extra mile and fixed equipment on my sons Jeep that wasn’t even supposed to be fixed. They knew it was wrong and fixed it at no charge. He let me know what was going on the entire time and answered every question I had.

Richard and the gang have already completed 2 trucks, both complete makeovers, for me and are now working on a third. Literally able to get everything done and done well with one stop. From brake lights to lifts to stereo to wraps... all at a fair price. Another great thing about Elite is they stand by their work. If there’s a problem the problem is fixed. An example is I had a switch that went bad nearly a year after it was installed and all I had to do was bring the truck in and BAM...fixed!
