Very good people, some workers very nice helpful, food come fresh, but not snacks don’t buy the chips or mixture very old and stale, the samosa good
Clean & well kept place, fresh, well labeled, well stocked, nice and friendly staff.Good selection of branded products. Easy to get in and out. Quick service and lines generally are attended well. This store has improved over time since last 3-4 years. This store is not visible in moving traffic and hidden in the back of the campus.
It is good shop to get all groceries & vegetables!!
Pretty neat place. Couldnt find almond milk but they had a ton of interesting things. Its certainly a nice market. A little dark and somewhat cramped when its busy, but plenty of good parking, prices seem reasonable, and a wide selection.
Most Indian food related groceries are present. Also Lamb and Chicken is available on all days except Tuesday and its quality is better.Price is a higher compared to another Indian Shop but its farther away.Goods are also kept in a densely manner.
If there was a chance to give 0 stars, I would have given zero. Whenever I come to checkout I hate the dirty conversation that the cashier speaks. We pay money and buy items and remember you guys are not giving the items to us for free. She is always crazy and so irrespective towards customers. I have been experiencing this for a while. It would be great if she controls her lose talk about everyone and be polite. And other request, Please let the near expiry items be not in shelves.
Good selection of vegetables and indian groceries. Meat section was clean and hygienic.
Expensive Indian grocery store and I think this is India bazar not chain of Indian bazar . We can find same grocery very much lower price in other Indian grocery near by .Limited items not a big store.we can find most of the items which are going to expire very soon.
My last few visit was not really good experience, every time we buy almost same kind of items but the price is increased, we can manage with the cost but if cashier dont know what item they are scanning and and putting in shopping bag that makes your bill crazy. Will switch to Patel brother they are better, I never had any problem with their service.
Great place to shop for Indian grocieries and bakery items
Great selection, great prices, and VERY friendly and helpful staff.
This is my first experience as a customer in this store, their products are ok, produce is fresh and good quality, they have nice customer service and my my experience as a client has been very pleasant, Nice store!
Vegetables are not so fresh and groceries are Ok. The people are not friendly, they never wish us or even care to give a smile. Try to treat the customers friendly .you are not giving your vegetables and other stuff for free . We are paying for them. Hope this review will change your attitude towards a customer
Good place in Franklin to get Indian and Pakistani stuff.
New snack sections. Sweets are so delicious
They have really great produce, a large stock of spices, traditional Indian favorites and an assortment of hot items, like Samosas. I bought 6 Samosas and had to eat one on the way home because the smell was driving me crazy.
Good indian grocery store
Rude behavior and no respect to customers at checkout. are you selling groceries for free of cost? We pay for it and be courteous to us. Remember you need customers to be successful in your business. Groceries & vegetables are over priced and my another request is to remove expired items and items that are expiring soon from shelves. Not sure if you are keeping it intentionally for profit.
Sweets introduced new is really bad not fresh ones. But butcher shop was opened new as well so far I see fresh meat and thanks for opening. Curry leaves quantity is too less for the amount costed.other than that I see we get all indian groceries in stock most of the time.
Not sure why this place isnt more crowded. The prices are crazy good. The amount you paid for your little McCormick jar of (whatever spice you can imagine) at Publix, can get you like 1/4lb of the same spice here.
Poor quality food
One of the best places around Franklin for Indian groceries and vegetables. Good selection of indian food and snacks available.
Store is convenient. But price lables of items are often missing or misleading. Its happening from the beginning. Thats not right for the owner to neglect about it. Hope care would be taken.
Good place for indian grocery
Indian bazaar closer to Brentwood and Franklin ! Limited inventory and not so nice promotions or prices.!most of the same stuff you get at other one with promotions //discounts ! Dont expect any rebate if your bills cross 100$ :( ..parking is free .vegetables are not that fresh but ok.non smiling, adamant counter staff !! Happy shopping !
Its a nice Indian store with lot of variety.Vegetables are fresh and store is well organized. They sell very good samosas for $0.99.Little pricey compared to other big Indian store. They can have cart stand outside the store to utilize the inside space.
Good place but small grocery store with all needed indian goods n products.
U get all what u need. Few things seems to be expensive as compared to Patel. Also watch for quantity in ur bills. They do sometimes charge u double for single thing purchased.
Very interesting market! Excellent selection of spices, a very diverse snack section, and a great variety of odd vegetables. Prices are lower than to be expected as well. Staff is friendly, especially when asking for their opinions on their favorite flavors and dishes. An inspiring place
Has a separate space for sweets and namkeen
Some of items are a bit costly.service is good. Now owners are getting arrogant since this is the only shop close by.
Fresh Indian Vegetables
Wanted to say this is a phenomenal place and the staff is equally amazing please make this in consideration a place to go for any need for original flavor and taste, they have recently expanded and made a nice cafe, the food is amazing and it’s just so good and fresh!
Great customer service. Thanks for selling fresh vegetables and groceries. Dhar
Best place for shouth Indian and North Indian grocery, snacks and fresh frozen fruits and vegetables.
After being a loyal customer since it opened (the only Indian grocer in the area) I purchased rice that upon opening was filled with insects!!! BUGS WERE CRAWLING AND FLYING AROUND INSIDE THE SEALED BAG! When I took it back, the manager refused to consider a replacement, refund or any consolation since I had not saved my receipt and I could not prove that the rice came from their store. BUYERS, BEWARE of what you purchase. These owners do not stand by their products. Small businesses rely on word of mouth and recommendations, and this store just lost me as a customer!
Got priyem batter. Good grocery spread. However, please do not buy kachori. There is no taste. It is just moving dal filling with no spice nor taste
My favorite place for groceries.
They get fresh stock twice a week.Nice place for Fresh Produce and Indian Grocery
Local, handy and easy access. Everything available.
Great place for Indian and Asian groceries. A bit bigger inside than I expected but still somewhat limited. Prices for staples like milk and eggs are a little high compared to other grocery stores in the area but the specialty items are about what you would expect. Credit and debit card purchases are a $10 minimum so if you just need a few things make sure to bring cash.
Big store with lots of Indian groceries,Vegetables,Rice, Flours, Spices, Oils and nuts. Competitively Average price for Vegetables. Moderate Price for Rice and flours. snacks are priced costly. They are giving deals for expiring items in snacks. They have Ready to eat Samosas, Chat items and some snacks.Liked the Shopping experience with India Bazaar.
Its a well maintained and well stocked store. Very friendly staff too
Only Indian Grocery Store in Franklin area. Lots of Indian vegetables, snacks, sweets and many more things you will get as you get in India for your cooking needs. Also you will get Indian ready to eat food. Every evening you will get yummy hot samosa & vada.
I visit this store at least once a week. Not just because its near to my home, but they have lot of grocery options with comparable prices. Sometimes vegetables are not that fresh. They have almost all the spices which an Indian may need.
Making butter curry chicken. Was able to find all the right spices.
These people dont even want to accept debit cards for any purchase less than $10. Credit cards is understood because it charges them if the purchase amount is too low. But I didnt expect the same will happen with debit cards too. This place is not worth my money.
The India Bazaar experience has improved for me. The main thing that interests me first and foremost is the stock that the shop is carrying and whether it has enough variety to choose from. Also, there are particular brands that have a consistent customer following and those should not be missing. I find that India Bazaar has slowly overcome all these shortcomings over the last few months and now, for the most part I can always rely on this shop for all the necessary items within the Indian grocery list. For the Brentwood and Franklin customers, this is very conveniently located and saves almost 7-8 miles of additional driving.
It has all the basic Indian grocery and fresh home made chapatis!
You can order online!Doesnt have as vast product collection as patel brothers
The workers were kind and helped us pick out exactly the ingredients we needed. Prices are excellent. This is a wonderful place to buy spices.
Great little Indian Market. Good selection of food and products.
Quality of vegetables is very good. Place needs to be little organized. We went in the afternoon and shop was not crowded. I felt the final bill was comparitively less than Patel Brothers
Good for Indian groceries
Helpful staff and really good prices. Two new areas, Meat and bakery.kitchen will open soon.
This place is great, they have so many snacks that are traditional Indian recipes and popular in India. They have plenty of vegan snacks and there is something for everyone here.Gracery store with produce, snack food, grains and breads, dairy, meat product, and plenty more; including delicious indian deserts (there is a vegan one) and samosas for ¢99 each.
You find so much variety that you feel like shopping in India. Just be careful with the product expiry date.
Till April 23 I had good experience at store though its bit expensive. On April 23rd I forgot my bag with some grocery items in shop either at counter or in cart. Next day when called they simply said no bag found. I got surprised as I have not gone to any other shop or place where I can forgot my bag. So all be careful try to collect all your bags and dont forget.
Easy and convenient
I stopped in today and was simply amazed by the amount of products they have. I dont live near here but when I am in town I will be stopping here.
A speciality store stocking most of the items preferred by Indian community. Both North and South Indian varieties are available. Many brands of rice, pulses, vegetables, frozen food, confectionery, pickles, masala etc. are stocked. Helpful staff. Good shopping experience.
Nice place to get everything you need!
Place has neighborhood feel and great place to get any Indian groceries. Definitely check this place out!
India Bazaar offers fresh vegetables always. The quality and variety of Indian vegetables is always up to the mark. One stop shop for all your grocery needs, you can get spices, produce, meat (both chicken and goat available), snacks, ice cream, dairy, eggs, fresh chapathi, samosa, rice, atta, nuts, sweets and many more.Good Ethnic Grocery Store. Convinient location, Fair Prices, friendly staff, Wide Range !
The only good thing about this store is its very near to my apartment, otherwise they are doing Monopoly on everything, products are not fresh, but overpriced, they know people here have very less/no option so may be they are like this.
Great location.. plenty of inventory!
Well managed business.
Overall nice place for Indian grocery. Staff are also friendly, they always help to find stuffs.
Plenty of Indian groceries and vegetables. Loved the sweets and snacks they put out everyday.
Has great selection of Indian grocery. One can find almost everything that makes an Indian kitchen and great prices to go with it.
Great selection comparable to Patel Brothers. Hosts a moderate selection of harder to find, quality fresh produce (Methi leaf, bannana flower, ect), with arguably the best prices in Franklin on popular items such as ginger, cillantro and limes. There is a large array of good quality massala meal kits and frozen favorites for the pressed of time. With an even larger array of ingredients you need to prepare regional Indian dishes and beverages from scratch! It may look overwhelming for the unfamiliar however it is well worth spending time browsing, you will find some inspiring ingredients.Staff are willing to help, just make sure to come at a quiet time of day if you have high expectations for customer service.
India bazaar is not spacious, I heard they get vegetables from Patel Bros and sell for profit. Patel Bros is a good option.Clerk/Cashier (aunties) in India Bazaar are awful. Replace Them ASAP
Oh boy! Im surprised that the review shows 4 rating. Its not worth 2 star too. They have rotten vegetables and onions, not a wide variety of stock and are priced at the top. The most expensive pricing for bad quality products. Dont be surprised if you find expired stuff. I started purchasing groceries in all other places never even turning to this side.
Good local Indian store. Wish it was bigger and had more variety though.
You can get most of Indian spices and food over here. However, make sure to check the expiry date on the products before buying them.
Nice selection of Indian groceries. The samosas are delicious!
Decent Indian grocery store. Most of the things are available and employees are approachable.
This is kind of one stop shop for daily usable items that we get in india.
Good place for Indian. We can get all type of Indian item
Does not look like a clean place n looks messy
Not good quality stuff... Most of the time n most of the groceries have some black colored bacteria.... evrn live items like jalebi, imerati, samosas are mostly stale and not fresh enough... they mostly remove the expiry date label on many boxes.... Not going to buy anything again from here... And the staff is always not interested in sale... They behave like that they are doing some kind of favour on us by opening a shop here in this neighborhood...
Good place I mean you can basically get everything that you can buy in India
Price are bit high( 10 to 20 cents) but vegetables are fresh
Good stock... Also almost all groceries are available and any type of ready to eat..
Super Convenient if you are in Franklin /Brentwood. Neat
Love their spicy sandwich with avocado lime ranch sauce, nuggets with graluc ranch sauce and the break fast bowl of nuggets WITH hash browns!!
Love their samosas and Gulab Jamons. Only Indian store in franklin!
You can get spices and Indian Grocery. This could be little expensive and do not expect any expired date as we have in India. You can get vegetables, fruits, Curd, Panner, Maggi, variety of Rice/White, and expect maximum things are organic. And maximum things are directly coming from India.
Options are moderate, suitable for moderate Indian day to day needs .very reachable in the franklin nd Brentwood area people.decent stuff But try to maintain the veggies as fresh
Fresh vegetables but not all the days
Organized and good store to buy Indian foods
If you love Indian food and need authentic flavors, this is your joint! They carry many items youll have difficulty finding elsewhere.
Indian product food veggie and all other indian goods, sweet s
The most expensive pricing for bad quality products. Its Robbing such a horrible price than in every other indian Grocery store.Dont be surprised if you find expired stuff. I started purchasing groceries in all other places never even turning to this side.No price tags most of them were removed.
Love trying new snacks... yum
Off late i noticed, the billing staff is very sad they dont even smile back at the customers. They give back serious looks. Why?? I dont need special greetings, just a smile back.
Best and only Indian store in the area.
