We always love going through antique malls when we are traveling for leisure. We loved this mall and highly recommend it all who are traveling in the area.

Buyer beware of booth # 81. I purchased two packs of Topps Baseball cards at this booth. Talk about bait and switch the packs had been opened and the Topps Cards replaced with some regular junk cards.

Always enjoyed going here. They moved and hadnt been there in years. Had to control myself, could have spent entire monthly check here.

Unbelievable poor, rude, harsh and unprofessional service. This woman refused to give her name but is fat, short with dirty blond hair and glasses,After I began to pay she demanded I pay cash (IRS? Issue) and then removed the lightbulbs from the chandelier. When I simply questioned why she took the lightbulbs, she slammed the money on the counter and yelled they aren’t included! She then yelled at my husband and I for being rude because we asked!The owner was not on sight and should be aware of this poor behavior and not have someone like this representing them.

This was my first visit to the Franklin Antique Mall but Id definitely come back. Lots of nice things, with a good variety for all. The creaky original wooden floors was fitting while shopping thru antiques. Being my first visit, the layout was a bit confusing, theres a chance I overlooked some things. I enjoyed talking with the lady who has a booth selling her dads old fishing lures, etc and hearing her story. Although I did not make a purchase on this visit, I enjoyed looking through it all and will definitely be back to shop in future trips to Franklin.

Pleasant antique mall with many vendors and a wide variety of antique offerings. Most items here are competitively priced. Displays are orderly and interesting and the mall is well let. There is plenty of parking.

Absolutely my favorite spot in Franklin to find great vintage finds...booth down in Old Ice House has great mix of authentic items.

Better, more selection than the Winchester Mall but still, if you have the option, stick with the outlying antique stores. MUCH better pricing.

Interesting things to see it’s fun to come and look at but a lot more nostalgia than actual antiques. Prices are very high for instance I saw one bench that’s $149 the exact one in home goods and they were selling for 699 here at one of the booths. I was going to buy a bunch of things from one booth I asked if they would discount to contact the booth owner and the woman employee wouldn’t even ask she she just said no and was very nasty. $900 worth of stuff I just left and took my business elsewhere spent my money where they were more reasonable and not overpriced like this place.

Interesting assortment to meander through. Well kept and merchandised. A little pricey. Not particularly welcoming staff today. We made a small purchase and passed on a couple bigger ones. Perhaps the warm welcome is saved for the locals.

Great place. We were burning some time in Franklin on a Saturday and ran across this mall. Lots of stuff for every flavor. We will visit whenever were in Franklin moving forward!

This place is always fun to visit. They have a wide variety of antique styles. Some of the prices are a bit high, but thats set by each seller so your results may vary.

Antiques mixed with gift type items . There is a fairly good selection and prices are average for other stores in Franklin, but on the higher end from other stores in the county - you are paying for the location.More than once I have been interested in an item that does not have a price. Every time this has happened the shop owners have take my contact information and have promised to call me back with price info. I have never heard back from them. I returned several months later, the items I was interested in are STILL there, and there is still no price.

Lots of knickknacks and not very much furniture. A majority of merchandise is actually boutique items, not antique. Perhaps somebody confused those two words. There were a few gems in the rough but most things here are overpriced collectibles and decorative brickabrack. Still, we bought a few things and will visit again. It just wasnt what we expected and that might be okay for some people.

Great place to visit in Franklin, always a lot to see and wide variety of merchandise. We look for unique hard to find collectibles and always come across something.

Im sure it is a fine place, had we not been discouraged from entering by the woman opening the store over the weekend. Our family parked in their lot shortly before they opened, only to be rudely told that theyre not open and we cant park there if were going downtown.Very bad experience and wont be back because of this rude woman. Little did she know, we recently purchased a house and would have likely given them a fair amount of business.Good news is - there are plenty of other local shops that would be thrilled for our business, even if were a few minutes early!

I found an awesome two-person bench for my kitchen at Booth 32 for a great price. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They have been in business for 37 years and they have an awesome variety of unique items with a lot of character.

An incredible place to spend an afternoon. There is so much to see. The prices are usually pretty good. It seems like they always have the neatest pieces. I have never left without buying something (or five somethings).

Not what is used to be. I remember 10 years ago when there were more antiques...now clothing and other things that arent antiques. Not knocking what they have to do to stay current, but really not an antique store. Atleast they greet you when you come in!

Decent size but very little antiques. Was very disappointed and felt like I wasted my time. There were more newer items and homemade items than anything. Prices were also higher than most places.

Meh. Not really a place for a true picker or treasure Hunter. Prices reflect the high price of rent for these stores and half the stuff isnt really antique. We found a couple things that we liked.

I will never come back to this shop. We drove up from Huntsville AL to shop in Franklin TN Antique Mall and had picked out a few things to purchase. My wife asked directions to their restroom and was rudely told theirs was broken and to go across the street. She went across to the Scarlett Scales Antiques and she was told by the very nice owner that she was welcome to use the restroom. Turns out that the owners of the Franklin Antique mall don’t let anyone use their restrooms and have claimed the restrooms are broke for a number of months now. Not only is this a health violation, but the owners obviously don’t care about the health and comfort of their shopping guests. Needless to say, we set down all the items we were going to purchase and went back across the street and purchased something from the lady in the Scarlett Scales Antiques instead as a thank you.

This mall has the most unprofessional and rude front desk personnel we have ever come across in our 26 years shopping for antiques. They are not helping their dealers that their rent. Will never go back and never recommend anyone else go there. Bad news travels fast.

Store is full of everything but antiques.The one lady that runs it is very rude and has know idea what customer service is.My wife wanted to buy some Marylin Monroe figures that were $10 apiece or four for $25.At checkout she told us it must be a set.Sign did not say that and there were not any sets.I told her that was false advertising and she said she was not going to sell them to us for that price.We have shopped there many times but will not be going back again.
