Save Yourself the disappointment. Went there, they played a great act of “professionalism”. Then had the nerve to try to charge me almost 7 thousand dollars in “fees”. From delivery for 1,025$, dealership 999$, Tax 3,000, any FEE possible they tried to add on. Then they played dumb. Please just save yourself the hassle and lies and scams. Go to a real dealership. It’s not worth it. I spent over 4 hours setting everything up for them to literally bring the paperwork with 7,000 in Fees. Beware!!!! Honest hard working guy here, I felt completely disrespected. I Don’t even know how it’s legal for them to do business like this. Beware!!!!!!!

Luxury motor club made my first car experience amazing. The place was very clean, classy and they offered complementary drinks and snacks, which was definitely nice and needed.My salesman, Jack, was amazing, friendly, very helpful, informative and was a great salesman! The only thing I didn’t like is that there seem to be miscommunication between the sales department and the finance department on warranty that could’ve a effected my purchase for the car, which is why I will not give them five stars. Also, after my purchase I used CarPlay in the car, it was glitching and not working effectively. I wish they would’ve checked and told me this before I purchased the car. Nonetheless, this will not be my last time at Luxury Motor Club! They need to just fix the information across their whole team to be on one according because there was a lot of back and forth with different information.

Great experience buying my C43, quick and easy ended up starting the process took like 20 mins, came back the next day signed the papers and left with the car within the hour. I am happy with my car, however I am starting to feel like the price of the car was inflated. My jeep grand cherokee was listed on the invoice as 41,000. This is a 34,000 mile used car. when I looked up what the car was actually worth Im seeing 33,000. I feel like the dealership raised the price of this car. I should have done more research, which is my fault. The sales team was very nice and so was the finance manager. Unfortunately, I doubt i will purchase another vehicle. I could have went to the Jeep Dealership and came off better. You live and you learn though.

Ive been searching for a very specific vehicle that they had 2 of. Worked with RAFAEL very professional and patient (Definitely was his hardest customer by far). I know I was a rough one I want what I want no bending nothing and for a fair price didnt really care what they had the car listed for. I dont know about every other sales man there but him definitely stood by me as I negotiated with finance team who were also amazing. We negotiated on price substantially interest rate was my issue which they couldnt do anything else about. Already gave negotiated almost $10,000 of their asking price. I ended walking away from the deal but would definitely drive 12hrs from Georgia anytime I get ready to buy again to work with the entire staff professionalism front entry to exit. 4 Fraternity brothers and 2 sisters Purchased from them in the past and every single one of them had not a complaint.

This place is a total scam. Please read the fine print on your financing. We attempted to buy a car with excellent credit and a large amount down. With their alleged required fees at financing the car damn near doubled in price. They are all in on it together from sales to finance. Their only goal is line their pockets off of you. Don’t be fooled by the presentation of water and coffee and cheap suits. If you are financially savvy and have just a little common sense stay away. Biggest scam I’ve ever personally witnessed in my life. Beware stay away. I will be reporting to the better business bureau

I had an amazing experience the other day at Luxury Motor Club where I purchased my BMW 5 series. I have to point out the professionalism received in the finance department from Nathan! He sat with me for a while and invested a lot of his time and energy to make sure the process was smooth from beginning to end. His strong knowledge about the industry, attentiveness in the closing, clear communication, and integrity throughout it all made me very comfortable in buying a car here. WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! There were many red flags in the beginning but I ignored them because they had the vehicle I really wanted. I went to an out of town wedding and explained to Nathan that I would fly to NY after wedding and complete the vehicle purchase on Tuesday morning then drive the car back to NC. Nathan called me on Sunday a day after the wedding told me that the vehicle that I wanted was sold on Saturday while he was out sick. I asked how someone got a vehicle financed, insured, and purchased, on a Saturday? He told me that they were able to do everything in one day Which seems highly unlikely. Not only did I miss out on the vehicle that they had me wait an entire month for, I also lost hundreds in canceled flight fees. Nathan, never gave me concrete numbers, never initiated calls to me, and never delivered on my vehicle. I will buy from a legit dealership next time and not get suck into nice website photos.

Was in conversation with a representative for about a week or two about a specific veichle. He told me stop by to check the car out and maybe negotiate the price. I told him I didn’t want to waste my time coming from Philadelphia to nyc, but he said he’d take care of me. Every time I tried calling they’d text me and say they’re in a meeting they can’t talk. When I went to the dealership the representative helping me couldn’t be found, not only that but the manager told me that the car was sold way over 6 months ago. They said they’d look for matches and send them to me to see if I was interested but never did. Worst dealership I’ve ever been to!!

I loved the ambience of the place. Alex and Javier were amazing! They offered coffee and water at the door! The original car I wanted and test drove, was told to me later that it had been sold. I was a little hurt but Alex suggested me another car without trying to make it seem like he was just trying to make a sale. I was a little bummed that I didnt get to see Chris, whom I thought owed the place. Also the payment is crazy but Im in it now! But theres an option to refinance so thats good. I think on the Instagram, you guys should promote a little differently, so people are not confused but I would recommend people for the ambience!

Don’t be tricked by the coffee and bottle water..BUSINESS is BUSINESS and they are BAD at it..they will Scam you out of your money and sell you a car with problems.. THEY are full of tricks and have shady contracts that if you sign you will not be able to go back to them, Javier only answer will be to finance out of the car into another..BAD BUSINESS DO NOT BUY HERE or get stuck with a good looking car with problems, and ALOT of regrets... like the other reviewer said “ I wouldn’t be shocked if they make their own reviews” I highly doubt they deserve the ratings they have, it should be much lower. SCAMSOne scam after another with these people. We 1st test drive a BMW, given the price of it, only to later be told it wasnt the correct vehicle or price. Ready to purchase a different BMW, meet with the finance dept, only to be shown $17k in additional charges, including mandatory extended warranty. If you dont take that warranty, the negotiated price of the car goes up thousands of dollars. We didnt buy the car, but weeks later Im getting letters from Farmers Insurance as if we own the car and are being covered. I guess this way the salesperson still can get a commission?Avoid!

MS. NAISHLEY was my sales lady...... I live in Delaware I wanted A luxury car so I looked online and saw that this dealership had a car I was searching for for a long time it was a gray BMW with red seats they had multiple cars like this from what I can tell from their inventory online. I called the dealership every day I’ve been till I actually went to the dealership to confirm that they had the car that I was seeing online which they told me it was available and they’re hold it for me for me to come test drive it and see if I want to buy the car. I drive all way from Delaware to this dealership in New York for them not to have the car in the same lady I was acquiring she’s the one who sold the car. So I get there they don’t have the car so she’s trying to get me to buy a different car that’s what they do they lie and tell you that they have cars on their website so they can get you to come to the dealership and get a different car. I got my own financing through capital one so when I got there I already knew how much money I could spend on a car. She was showing me all these cars I wasn’t really liking the options so I when I would like a car and she’ll try to tell me that my bank said I couldn’t get that car that happened to like three cars that I see she tell me that I can’t get that car they’re in the price range that my bank told me I can get it so I called my bank because I saw this Mercedes I liked I explained to my bank that the lady Is saying that you guys are choosing a different car for me and I’m not allowed to get the Mercedes. I put my bank on speaker it made her feel stupid for lying. Please don’t let them lie to you and tell you that your bank is picking a car if you could banks don’t pick a car for you because I don’t know exactly what’s on the lot. She tried to convince me that the bank was picking a car for me because they wouldn’t get that much money and interest for certain cars when that’s not true. I also had a trade-in that was actually worth $5000 and she tried to tell me that she only can give me $400 because my car had four previous accidents which that wasn’t true also. So I ended up getting a 2018 CLA I love this car even though I got the runaround

Dishonest. Worst experience in my life. Watch out when you go in. This is what they do.- Advertise a fair price for the vehicle. This is just bait.- When you go in they will do the documentation including adding the vehicle to your insurance policy which you havent even bought yet without disclosing the final price.- When you go in the finance managers office only then you realize the advertised price is bait.- Will load up about 4K in fess and will do their best to sell another 3K warranty. You have to stay on point to reject the warranty. Even if you reject the warranty you still have to pay the full fees.- With the fees price becomes unfair and they will not reduce a bit. You have to pay the full fess or get the warranty if you want to buy the vehicle.- When you are trying to walk out without buying the vehicle, then they will do the negotiations. Lowered my interest rate only because I tried to walk out.- Ended up buying a better vehicle for less. Dont waste your time going to this dealership. They will try to rob you for every penny.

They even stray you away from decisions with negative long term affects. And my experience was only 2 short hours vs a dealership you spend all day at negotiating. Would definitely recommend! But be warned, this is a luxury vehicle dealership so don’t go in looking to buy a regular car. While they have some available, the focus is the luxury vehicles.

I walked into this dealership not really knowing what to expect. My best friend Jeff told me to go check out their inventory and I was blown away! So many beautiful cars on the lot. Then I actually went inside. The concierge was beautiful. Then I met my sales woman and she made me feel welcome and she gave me all the answers I needed. Then a beautiful woman walked over and gave me all the info I needed, however painful it was. I think this dealership is beyond honest. Whither you are big time or small time like me, they made me feel important and they were very accommodating. If I had money, just being real, I would go there. I went for a Durango haha. One day I will get into a car with Luxury Motor Club for sure. You will feel welcome no doubt. Fantastic people at this dealership
