Too high and give you nothing hardly on trade ins

This was my first time, first time in Frankfort. Came in town to see family. And I had to pick up a néw game for my son. We forgot our masks (we had a long road trip) and as we entered we were scolded by a middle aged white man for forgetting our mask. He replied “we’re a damn year into this, do better”. As far as I’m concerned we will not be back EVER!

I Always find the games Im looking for. Reasonably priced to.

Great place to find games if they have it in stock... but they usually do there hasnt been too many times that I have been there and they didnt have what I needed the customer service could be a little bit better but other than that I was satisfied 😃👍

Stock is sub par. Never have the game Im looking for. New or old. A game store should keep the past two years worth of games in stock for any major console.

Diamond hands. Holding until we hit 100k at least. We like the stonk.

Christmas has hit the store hard. Although there is less merch on the shelves at this time. It is still a geek Paradise.

The staff is always friendly every time i come into the store. The store is always well stocked and easy to navigate.However, youre better off going to a private owned video game store to trade in/sell games and systems because of how little they will give you. But, this isnt the employees fault. Theyre just doing their job 💁

Gamestop is pretty magical! My only complaint with this one: there is one girl that will follow you around like youre going to steal the whole store....which is quite insulting. I have many games on preorder and I almost want to cancel and go reorder in Lexington because of that. Other than that, it is a great place.

They are the only place in town that carries Karma Koin game cards. They carry $25 and $50 cards.If you play Mabinogi, look me up.Sage478 on the Nao server.

Its always dangerous walking in here because you could be walking in just to look around but everyone here always makes you want to buy the whole store lol 😂😂😂 great people 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Went in today because I forgot to preorder a game and wanted to see if they had a copy. I was lucky enough to find one, and had a discussion with Morigan about the assassins creed franchise and story.Astonishingly, she was able to understand and follow the overall story despite a new game coming out approximately every 15 minutes. I learned a lot, great store, even better employee.First time Ive ever filled out a survey. Good work, game stop Frankfort.

I consider myself a gamer. Mostly console nowadays and the older I get the less time I find I have for it. So with that being said I find that this Game Stop location has been able to treat me (the old wannabe gamer) with the same level of respect and consideration as the young kid who probably knee deep in new releases. I always like to see when a business talks to a child/young adult in the same manner as they would an older customer. In some ways I think the staff there connects with the younger crowd better. Whenever I go in I see excellent customer service for all ages.There prices on new releases are comparable any other location but its nice to be able to pick up a used copy of a game and try something out at a reduced price to see if you like it. Add to it that you can sell back your older/less played games for cash or in store credit and its an all around good experience.

Sold my ps4 & 8 games & 2 controllers & a Ps4 Camera to Gamestop & they just gave me $128.00 because they said it had dust in it. That was still better then nothing I guess. They guy working seemed a little rude but I guess they are a business & they have to make money just like any other business.

Outdated business model with what is offered for trade ins vs what is paid out for trade ins. Staff has always been nice.
