We previously purchased two beds from this Mattress Firm location and have always been very pleased with the store, the customer service, and the products. I stopped by this location last Saturday to replace an old mattress protector and was waited on by Steve. He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service by going above and beyond to help me by researching to make sure I received the correct product and by answering all the questions that I had. I highly recommend this store and Steve as a salesman.

We bought a new mattress at Fountain Hills Mattress Firm yesterday. Lonnie, our salesman, was extremely knowledgeable about all the mattresses in the store. The new mattress will be delivered with free box springs this Saturday and set up is included as well as disposal of the old mattress. All in all it was a terrific mattress shopping experience and we got an excellent price! I would shop there for a mattress anytime.

What a refreshing experience! I walked in knowing exactly which mattress I wanted. I was afraid Id end up having to listen to an hour of sales pitches on other models, but Stephen walked me straight to the back and pulled a sample of the one I wanted to the floor so I could try it really quick(the only reason I came in instead of ordering online). He rang me up in minutes and applied additional discounts that actually beat the online price! Stephen just converted this online gal back to a showroom shopper.Thanks, Stephen!!

The last time we bought a mattress was about twenty years ago. Steve at Mattress Firm allowed us plenty of time to compare all the different models of mattresses they have on the showroom floor. He was very helpful, answered our questions completely, and provided a very low pressure experience for the purchase of something that we expect to last us another 10 to 20 years. I would strongly encourage anyone who needs a mattress to go check these guys out.

After having terrible customer service at a different location when we didn’t but that day, I chose MF Fountain Hills (near our new home) instead to place our order for 3 King mattresses/box springs and mattress protectors. From the very first phone call Stephen displayed genuine happiness to help me out! It was beyond refreshing considering how completely stressed out I have been getting our new house prepared for our move on 12/16/20. Stephen was patient with me, answered all of my questions, honored the pricing we were quoted the day before even though the sale had just ended and even followed up with me later on that day to communicate some details about the delivery. Genuine concern for me as a customer meant the world to me that day. I really hope Stephen is somehow recognized for making the biggest difference to this stressed out girl! I will chalk up our other experience to the other fella just having a bad day, maybe has bills to pay and needed the sale that very day... I don’t know but we all have tough times that doesn’t make it ok to be passively rude to people (it bothered me so much I stewed about it for like 2 days!!) Had a great experience at the local Mattress Firm store in Fountain Hills. My wife returned home from Mayo Clinic after a kidney transplant when we discovered our 10 year old bed, besides being very uncomfortable, was just too difficult for her to get in and out of. I ventured into Mattress Firm to see if there was something available that would help make her recovery process a little easier. The store manager, Garrett, was more than accommodating in helping me to choose an adjustable split king size bed. This makes it easier for her to get in and out as well as allowing both sides of the bed to adjusted to different angles as well as allowing for zero gravity, which takes pressure off her midsection. The massage feature is a plus as well. I can’t say enough about how helpful Garrett was. He showed me the features of the different beds and compared different brands of mattresses. The entire process was made easy. We needed the bed right away and when Garrett discovered the delivery schedule was already full for the next day, he pulled some strings and made next day delivery a reality. The delivery process was seamless as well. The delivery team made quick work of getting the old bed out and the new one in, set up and operating in no time at all. I can’t say enough about the great customer service offered by Garrett and his team at Mattress Firm. I would highly recommend them.

Went in late at night about 6 p.m. on a Thursday, and received fantastic service from a wonderful salesman. He was very knowledgeable and did not try to sell us more than we needed. We got a great value and he threw in an adjustable base because our bed set was more than $699. Which is way cool because when I was younger Craftmatic was the only adjustable bed my grandfather had one and I loved it but it was explained to me immediately it was not a toy and how expensive it was. Needless to say Ive never been able to afford an adjustable Craftmatic style base until now! Bought a top of the line Serta iComfort mattress in May 2018. By December it was fully broken down and causing back aches for me and the Misses. Tried to initiate warranty claim but Mattress Firm website is not capable of uploading photos. Was told by sales person Garret to hire a photographer because my phones camera resolution was too large. After filing all required information received absolutely no reply from local or corporate Mattress Firm.
