I am transferring my meds to Fry’s. I had the pharmacist scream at me in front of numerous customers and the clerk literally threw my meds at me after I waited 15 minutes to have them check out my meds because the pharmacist did not know how to log into system. I guess all the one star reviews are legit. Horrific customer service. Goodbye Walgreens. Everyone stay away!

37 minutes to get prescription and one was missing! Ugh

Kimberly is great. Shes a new face who is always smiling and makes sure to make you feel important. I shop here often and always look forward to be greeted by Kimberly the manager. I give her a 5 star.

Pharmacy customer service is so bad. Shatal is absolutely horrible to people. If you have to use a pharmacy on a regular basis like we do, I would strongly suggest finding a place a little nicer to their customers. From now on we will be going else where.

Let me start by saying, I am one of the most lax /laid back people you will EVER meet However, I have to say, most Walgreens stores employ RUDE employees, but the Fountain Hills and Dobson and Southern locations are the WORST!!!And Corporate Walgreens is no better....in fact much worse, as its their job to improve their dismal customer service and instead do nothing !Judging by several of the other reviews on this location, my opinion is pretty accurate.

Consistently, this is the most unprofessional pharmacy that I have done business with over the last several years. Subscriptions are never ready even hours after called in by my doctor and told to rush. Frequently, they miss a second subscription all together when called in with another med. I watched and heard the Doc do it yet Walgreens lied that all the meds were in the bag., when they were not. When you are really sick and in pain. this terrible customer service is unacceptable. I will no longer buy anything at Walgreens.

I love the Fountain Hills Walgreens! Especially Sammi! Great pharmacy crew.

Just left the FH Walgreens, prices there are $2. plus more then Target in FH. Cashier was nice enough to find me a coupon that gave me a dollar off. Wont go back anytime soon. Target is only a minute away. To sad for Walgreens.☹️

Lines take 20 mins to get through when there’s more than 2 people

I was on the phone for a full 15 minutes and they hung up on me twice and this was at 8:30 in the morning when it is not supposed to be busy. My prescription was called in by the doctor yesterday and is needed for surgery tomorrow. I wanted to find out whether it is ready. I am just going down there now and see whether I can get it. This is awful service and the phone answering needs to be revised!!

Pharmacy staff is awful except for one or two exceptions. Out of the last 4 prescriptions I had filled there, the pharmacy did not fill 2 of them, and one of the two they failed to fill TWICE and could offer no explanation. The last two I requested be filled, they failed to fill one of them. Mistakes like this are not acceptable in a pharmacy, period!

I went in to the store this evening and needed help finding something. I went to look for an available associate(cashier was busy). I found two associates(red-headed woman and another gentleman) and the woman was literally arguing with him/belittling him loud enough to where I could hear it from two isles over. As I was getting ready to leave, the red headed woman went to the cashier and started badmouthing him! WHILE CUSTOMERS WERE IN EARSHOT. Absolutely unacceptable. I will be complaining to the manager.
