If you are looking for balloons or mums or mum supplies, then this would be a good go to place. Good prices and good customer service. As for other party supplies I suggest maybe doing some homework and maybe going elsewhere, very low supplies or options for party decorations in general.

Theres a dry cleaner next door thats NOT on Googles map systems. They do cash only business at 25% less than any other cleaners in a 2 mile radius. Thats where I was. Party Warehouse isnt usually my first choice for party supplies, but I dont plan a lot of parties either. There are a few folks I know who go nowhere else and loyal customers for 20+ years so Ill rate it a 4 based on the good references of long term customers and tell you to drop your shirts next door before you pick up your balloon bouquet.

We needed Halloween ballons in January for my son. Tracy went above and beyond to make a beautiful display for him. I am beyond appreciative for this!

The owner has horrible customer service. My elderly grandmother patronized his business but could not enter the building due to quarantine so she was unble to see any ballon options. She explained to him that she wanted something orange for a young ladys birthday. He suggested a large 3 foot ballon, which she agreed to as she believed it to be a balloon that actually said Happy Birthday. When she arrived he handed her a large, BLANK, orange balloon with no decor or imprint to even indicate a birthday was being celebrated and charged her $27.05. When she complained he threw in 2 small, blue, latex balloons that said Happy Birthday. How he could even make that sale in good conscience is beyond me. Shame on this manager/owner for taking advantage of an elderly lady who was trying to give him business. If customers are not allowed into the store to see the merchandise, the least he could have done was offer some worthwhile suggestions and be clear about the merchandise he is offering instead of talking an old lady into buying a big blank balloon that she couldnt see for nearly $30. He wouldnt even offer an exchange or refund. I wish I could post a picture of this purchase. A truly pathetic transaction.

Havent been to this place in years and when we used to come it was so much better. The place is seemed so out of stock find a bunch of things. There were a lot of shelves empty and when I asked about a few things I was told we havent gotten it back in yet and we were out of said items. Oh well!! Headed to Hobby Lobby!

Custom printing on cups and napkins is super quick and affordable. The create, deliver, and set up balloon arches and columns. With three locations you are sure to find what you need to make your event special. I love this party store.

I love this place! The staff are helpful and the prices are easier on the pocket than the big party supply store a few miles away. Found this store when a party game broke just hours before my sons 1st birthday. I spent over $200 ordering special party supplies online when they had his favorite character in the store in a kit for about $40. I was excited and mad. Like I said, I love this place.

I was overwhelmed when I first walked in. Id never seen so many party supplies in one place before... and its not just volume, theres a tremendous variety, too. We were specifically looking for a life-size Elvis poster and we found 2 different Scene Setters with a total of 4 life-size Elvis images right away! Then we wandered around some more and found just about everything wed ever need for any party we might ever have.

Great customer service. The helium in the balloons last a lot longer than other party stores. They have a lot of decorations to choose from and can have stuff personalized.

Lots party supplies and a good deal for Helium baloons

I gave this place a second chance, the first time I dealt with this place I spoke with owner regarding a complaint, he was rude and not even willing to resolve the issue. After a few years later, I gave this place a second chance, bad mistake. I guess their employees learned from the boss about customer service because the manager had the same attitude. There are plenty of other places that would love to have and keep my business! Buyer beware!!

DO NOT rent helium tanks from this place... Rented a small tank for 50 balloons. Blew up balloons two hours before party. As soon as party started balloons were all falling down. Never gonna rent here again
