I toured the facility and i was impressed. This used to be the Metroplex Pallet company and was purchased by Fricks. I toured the old facility and theyve have since installed a lot of new equipment and have implemented better quality control measures. The new setup is much more conducive to a quick turn around time and a better overall product

I placed an order for 100 pallets last week 9/29/2020 and was told there was a 1 week lead time. Called today a week later to see when we could pick the order up and was told that they could not fulfill our order due to being extremely busy.I would not trust this company.

Getting a job and they were very friendly
