Fast unloading. Opens at 7am was able to check in at 6:45am. FCFS Unloaded before appointment. Use docks closer to Shipping & receiving office to unload OTR Truckloads but check in first. Parking available on street for overnight stay. Friendly Staff.

4 hours and still waiting.... 20 trucks in and out, in some occasion I have been only me and they said they have to finish with others trucks...😳 no serious place the guy at the office said he cant do nothing and I dont have to take this job... I dont want a face like this in my company...

Was a good experience for delivery in and out in 30 minutes. Very nice people friendly.They have inside restrooms during hours.U can park in street out front quiet .they close at 5pm

Cole and Manger Brad are very rude and unprofessional people. First and the last load delivery here. Arrived @6:45 manager says appointment at 11:00am broker said appointment was @10:00am. Filed complaint.EVERYONE>Start filing complaints against these in human foolish actors at these shipping/receiving facilities.

1 unloader to unload all the trucks... That makes a ton of sense. Why not make the drivers who get paid by the mile wait. Its not like their time is important or anything. They open at 8am and havent unloaded 1 truck yet and its 11am. Why is it that the default position for most companies is inconveniencing the drivers to save a few bucks. I find it hard to believe margins are so thin you have to save less then 100$ while costing drivers 10x as much collectively instead of having someone help the 1 unloader catch up. If you have 1 unloader why are you making him do other jobs instead of unloading? Its an easy and not very costly fix.

I have been working closely with Victory Packaging for over 2 years now and must say that I have upmost respect for the both their inside and outside sales representatives. Initially, I worked closely with Esperanza and was sad to hear that she had been moved to a different area at Victory. Adrian has been my most recent contact at Victory and has come a long way since he has started. I can understand that a previous reviewer may not have had a good experience with him initially, but he was new to the position. I would suggest that reviewer to give him another shot. I fully trust that whatever task I ask of him will be completed as asked and in a timely manner. (I will admit that I am probably not his easiest customer either). I will continue my business with Victory Packaging and look forward to working with Adrian in the future.
