Making our next record. Our schedule leaves us Saturdays and Sundays and the place is usually completely quiet and empty. Perfect condition for writing and recording. Only rehearsal space Ive ever had where its quiet. I love this place!!!

Great place to rehearse and get your practice in, great soundproof and large rehearsal rooms. 24 HOUR PLACE SO IT WORKS OUT GREAT FOR ME AND THE BAND.

By far the best rehearsal place Ive ever been to. Theres air-conditioning so the temperature is comfortable. The rooms are nice. Theres no riff raff. Theres a place that repairs amps and guitars. Theres security cameras. The bathrooms are clean and in good working order. The rates are very reasonable. Easy load in and out loading dock/ramp. Convenient location near downtown Ft. Worth.

This is a sweet studio. Place is off the beaten road, has great management, and its a lot of good space if you need to lay some tracks down. Im trying to learn the money beat myself. Highly reccomended♤

Went to help with some technical work for one of the bands there,,, security is tight,,, bad outside surroundings,, after getting to work and listening to all the bands play it was quit the experience,,, I would recommend this place for any band looking for a place to practice or record,,, really nice people and atmosphere

The rent isnt too bad, but it is by no means at all soundproofed.
