I was trying to order a new wchair, so they sent a guy (Casey) to come get my measurements. Seemed very professional, but after that day never heard from him again.Called the office, told them the senario and they said Casey had put in the computer that I wasnt responding to him. Told them thats not true, Ive been the one messaging, calling trying to get ahold of him. They said they will have it fixed and Casey will be contacting me...Never got any messages, or calls.So I called the office, told them, they had no clue what I was talking about.And that Casey had written I wasnt responding. I have literally repeated those steps 4x and still no calls or messages.I was trying to buy a new chair! I was trying to spend a bunch of money to them, and still nothing from them. Wasnt calling for anything other than that.

Have bought new wheelchair and car lift from them. Any problems we have had they took care of!
