I’ve been a patron of this store for a very long time. Not once have I EVER been mistreated or anything. Last night I was followed by one of the owners whom I’ve seen and spoken with many times but I was treated as though I was stealing. I’ve worked in retail for over 10 years so I know exactly what he was so boldly and rudely doing. Profiling. Typically I stop by after work with hair and makeup done but last night I came in after the gym so my appearance was very different. I picked up a bottle of crown and was looking for some other items when he asked my why I was looking at other items when typically drink crown by itself. I asked him if he was trying to make less money? Anyway. I felt very rushed. Will not be coming back to spend money somewhere where profiling is okay and tolerated.

The staff does a piss poor job in helping you with your needs.

Immediately greeted by an employee that had his mask around his chin while he mopped. When I approached the cashier he was wearing a mask, however another employee at the counter to the left (older man with gray facial hair) wasnt wearing a mask whatsoever. I wont be shopping here again due to the employees not taking the health of their customers and their fellow coworkers seriously. Go here at your own risk.

Great place! Huge selection. Could use some better signage to indicate liquors. But great experience overall!

I live in Saginaw and I purchase my alcohol from Cheers because I like the variety of the store. I began to noticed that I am always followed by a tall middle eastern man around the store. I asked the cashier who he was and she said he is one of the owners. I considered addressing this issue with him but I decided that he was not worth my time or money. I will no longer patronize this store because I am being profiled based on the color of my skin. To summarize the store is partly owned by a middle eastern man who likes to profile African American customers.

Prices are higher then Specs. I always get a 1/2 gallon of Jim Beam. At Specs it 20.99 and at Cheers its 24.99. the owner wouldnt cut me a deal on a case either

I have only bought energy drinks from here, so I cant speak to their general stock, but the folks are really friendly and its a convenient place to stop.

The staff is always friendly, nice selection, they usually have what I am looking for, and they offer a military discount.

Right when I walked in I was greeted by a smile and a friendly Hello! Do you need any help? to which I replied, Yes, but I decided to come here instead.
