Im in love! Just happened to saunter into this store looking for a cross body and was thrilled at everything I saw. I was very excited with the discounted prices and the beautiful patterns. They have cups, back packs, wallets, purses, aprons, weekenders, totes, luggage, hair accessories, tablet cases,... You just have to go and check them out. No, I wasnt greeted upon entering like others were but they might have been busy checking out other customers and Im so over expecting good customer service that it doesnt even matter. I was asked if I found what I was looking for while browsing though. Despite that, I will be back 😊

The staff at this Vera Bradley outlet store where helpful without being pushy. They had a wide selection and the prices were heavily discounted!Merchandise with displayed extremely well! I ended up making a purchase for my daughter and went back a second time because I could not pass up items for other birthdays.

It was difficult to locate the store as there was no visible signage to note its location on the outside of mall. The store seemed well stocked and the staff was helpful and friendly.

My goodness this store is the best!! The discounts are out if this world. Employees are always so so nice. If you have never bought a Vera Bradley towel, come get a few! They are the best towels I have ever bought hands down! Hold up to years of use including the pool water.

Walked into this store today around 5:15PM. Got all the way to the back of the store saw a clerk. No greeting even at 6ft away. Kept looking around, another clerk from the back comes up still NOTHING. I started digging around for a print I wanted then a manager comes out. NOTHING. 3 employees and no one said nothing to me. Its 532PM and the manager ask me, Are you ready to check out Your total is...Here ya go have a good day. Not customer friendly from 6ft or 20ft away. RUDE NO eye contact nothing. Disappointed!!!

Daughter in there to get a new bag prices weren’t too bad with the discounts I wouldn’t buy it out right without them though
