Staff here is super friendly. They were willing to look for any patterns that werent on the floor, didnt make us feel rushed since it was an hour prior to close, had a great selection! Even honored my Bday gift since I was 3 days past the date since I was on vacation in another state. Very happy with my trip! I come to this Vera Bradley store all the time and this past weekend I went to get a backpack for my upcoming Europe trip in the Lavender Botanical, this print is so beautiful! As soon as I walked in Lisa approached me which usually doesn’t happen there. She stayed with me the whole time and was so patient, nice and sweet. She helped me figure out which backpack I needed because I’m so indecisive. She is probably the best and nicest employee I’ve came across there!

I love this store and all the associates here. The ladies are always willing to go through the store with me and show me everything new and show me all the features. I brought my husband with this last Saturday to show him some things for my birthday and the ladies were very patient with all his questions.

There is a mexican younger girl thats works here very rude dont say hello cause she is on her phone is short with her answers dont want to help you

Took my wifes purse in over a defect. Called corporate and also text. They informed me I could take the purse in for inspection. Talked with Rainy the store manger and she would not do the inspection. She has never done a inspection or give a credit for defective product. Treated like how dare I waste he time. Will never buy from store again and also complained to corporate

I hate Vera Bradley. Crazy expensive, cheaply made, and wildly popular. I have to keep seeing purchases for this place on my bank statement. Not only that, but my daughters are now buying this pretentious garbage even though the stuff is just the usual cheap stuff from China.
