This is company to get hearing aids. I cannot believe I paid a fortune for my first set from another place. Here, I paid half of what I paid for the other ones and I am able to adjust them myself. No more appointments to go in and have them adjusted and I love the fact I can answer my cell phone using my hearing aids instead of my cell phone. I thoroughly enjoy my new hearing from Affordable Hearing Inc. The staff are are very nice, friendly, polite and professional.

I experienced Elder Abuse & Insurance Fraud yesterday in his Weatherford office. I have not in 4 years and will not ever recommend him to anyone. Beware!

This business is amazing. I recently purchased from another company and was not getting the service I needed, so I went to Affordable Hearing Aid. When I called Greg was very helpful and I could immediately tell he was very knowledgeable in the hearing aid business. I scheduled an appointment in which he and his office staff came in before business hours to help me. I could not be more pleased in the results that I got from Greg and how he adjusted my hearing aids. I am a very busy lady and have lots of meetings with my job. Many times I have a hard time hearing the person next to me. Even with getting my hearing aids I was still having problems because the place I bought them from did not program them correctly. After doing some research on my next set of hearing aids I decided I wanted the new Phonak with Bluetooth connectivity to my Android device, I stumbled upon this place after having called multiple hearing aids locations I determined that they have the best prices compared to other locations. Im talking thousands in difference. I called and got in touch with Gregg who is a very knowledgeable and very professional. Knows the field very well. I walked in and had my hearing test done and was well on my way with the Phonak hearing aids trials. Gregg would usually call in the mornings to check and see how I was doing with them. We would end up having an extensive conversation which is very positive, shows hes really caring for his patients.When my hearing aids arrived I was not disappointed, they fit very well and was provided with plenty of accessories!On my fitting appointment (when my hearing aids arrived) I told Gregg one tip was bothering my left ear canal so he changed them to a smaller size and the fit perfectly now. I forget Im wearing them!Im glad I was able to save some good money on some of the best and more technologically advanced hearing aids out there right now. Call them! You wont be disappointed! Several of my colleagues and I refer to Affordable Hearing, and I’ve never heard anything other than completely positive feedback from them all. The prices and level of service are everything you’d want it to be.

Very satisfied with the service provided at this location. The staff have been very accommodating and attentive to my needs and actually listened to my questions and input. Ive previously owned and worn three different sets of hearing aids and had experienced only limited success.The set of Phonak devices that I have from Affordable are by far the best solution Ive found. The initial exam, fitting and setup achieved a noticeable improvement in my hearing experience, compared to the previous devices and weve raised the hearing level further after some tweaks. I also have the Bluetooth Commander equipment, for remote listening, and its awesome!

Worst experiance ever .. Went because they said they had Saturday appointments. When my husbands hearing aids came in the audiologist refused and tried to pass us off on an assistant. When he called he yelled and was very rude . He told me my husband needed to take off work, he would have to if he was having surgery . This is obviously completely different from having surgery. We paid over 3600 dollars for his hearing aids, he couldnt afford to take off work .Then I went down there to buy 2 boxes of batteries, 50 more dollars, and they gave me the wrong size . I had to drive all the way back down there, my time, gas, mileage on my truck, they gave me 4 extra batteries . They obviously think their time and money is more important than mine . I will not get batteries or hearing aids from this place ever again .

I needed a hearing test for my CDL requirements. Affordable’s courteous and professional staff made an opening for me the day I called. Tested my hearing, fitted me with hearing aids and on my way within a couple of hours. Awesome folks, great service, great pricing. My spouse is next in line for a hearing test!

This guy Greg Keeney in Fort Worth is a complete quack, he will tell you anything to get your money. Hes a liar and a thief, I brought my mother in and right from the get go it was a sales pitch. Make many open promises without any delivery, many reviews of insurance fraud, I should of listened before coming here. Taking Mom else where for hearing aids. BEWARE!!! DO NOT GO!

Took my 80 yr old father at 3:30 appointment and he did not showed up till 5:00 from his Wratherford place I called to see if he can’t make it I can reschedule instead of apologizing he got upset at me and my dad that why did we called him .Please please I do not recommend …..
