This was my second time using them, the first was a holiday with a shipment delay. Nearly didnt made it fresh. I tried again without a holiday and arrived two days late and spoiled. I called and was given the excuse that FedEx has high volume delivery. I would say I would move service if the shipping company is costing you money. Time to move on to another company!

Never had a bad meal from Snap Kitchen! Ive tried a couple of other local meal prep places and this is by far the best quality. Tons of options for any diet, and their online ordering system and app are amazing -- I have a nut allergy and I love that I can filter out meals by ingredient to make sure I dont accidentally off myself.

The food is consistent, fresh and delicious. I pick up twice a week on a subscription, breakfast lunch and dinner Sunday- Saturday. The noted would be enough to keep me satisfied, but theres more. A specific bro named Scott that works there. I make it a point to call it out when I get consistent quality service, service like that is what gets my loyalty. Thanks for being rad Scott.

This is a cool way to pickup prepared meals. The location is small but well stocked. The parking lot is a little tricky but manageable. I just wish the employees that were there when we visited were a little bit more knowledgeable about what they were selling. It was a little frustrating asking questions because they either had to refer to the label or said they would have to call someone. I will definitely stick the online ordering and do express pickup. Food was delicious and loved the containers too they are microwave friendly.

They always have whatever I order bagged up in the.cooler ready to go if I dont see it one of the staff ( which are all good at what they do and extremely polite) will walk right to it, get it and hand it to you with a smile . Great experience! Super friendly and helpful employees, willing to walk you through their menu choices. UPDATE: I have previously enjoy Snap’s food. I recently placed an order and got sick from one of the entrees. I contacted customer service, and the person I spoke with was rather unwilling to help and seemed put out having to pull up my account. They did not offer to reimburse, but said they would send me a survey about the incident and investigate and perhaps issue a refund. I never got this survey. I never got any help or contact.

Every Thursday I place my order to be picked up on the upcoming Sunday. So far for three weeks now, my order is never ready and someone has to scramble to put it together. Thats kind of annoying but I can live with it. This week however, I placed my normal Thursday order and it said it would be ready starting at 9am for the rest of the day. At around 7pm I came in to pick up my order. As usual, it wasnt out or ready. Then, as the staff was putting it together, 3 out of the 5 items wound up not being available because they had been given out earlier that day. I placed my order Thursday so it would be all ready and the items would be there, but no one cared to ensure that and now I dont have what I was expecting. I use this service to take care of my lunches for the week. No one tried to compensate or help me further. Just told me sorry and goodbye. I was just very frustrated at the lack of care they had for the customer and dont really think I will be coming back anytime soon.
