I recently picked up a load here and I can only wish that every shipping and receiving experience was as pleasant and efficient as this one! I was late to this pick up beyond their working hours due to being held all day at Estes in Dallas and a gentleman waited for me to arrive after their regular shipping hours. He showed zero anger or hostility for having to wait for me, loaded me up within 15 minutes and even offered me a bottle of water. 👌🙏
