06/13/20Went here just to browse for the first time today. They have some really nice lawn mowers here and thank you to Scott for showing me around and there was another lady there but I didnt catch her name thank you to her as well.

Stopped in to buy a chainsaw. The sales associate made sure we got the best deal and even showed us a simple way of extending my warranty by another year!

Disappointing. Paid over $600 to overhaul a riding lawnmower and basically got an oil change and carburetor replacement. They didn’t grease the fittings, sharpen the blades, or replace the belts. It got through one cut and had to go back in for another $50 charge. Worse, they didn’t fix the flat tire even though both times I had it in I requested that. Two cuts later the PTO doesn’t work again. Too expensive, too unresponsive, and too frustrating to deal with again. I suggest you look elsewhere.

I was there and bought a lawn mower here and the service is really good, they recommend mowers off personal use and they know a lot about lawn service.

They were really busy today. Saturday March 16, 19 lots of guys buying lawn stuff. We had to get a trimmer for our trees. The storm on March 13 took out one of our big trees so we need to cut the branches off the roof and cut the tree down. This store has alot of great tools and was open late for Saturday which is why we drove from Arlington to Ft Worth. 🌳🌲🌳🌳🎋🐿️🏡✂️🚜⛈️

They had the part I needed in stock and had it at the counter waiting for me when I arrived. The guy at the front desk was polite and very helpful. I will definitely be returning in the future when Outdoor Power Equipment parts are needed. 100xs better than Lowes or Home Depot.

Got my carburetor that I needed for a Ryobi that my son gave me that wasnt working they had the right carburetor that I needed for a good price.

They flat out LIED to me. Will never use again. Said their distributor had 6 of part i was looking for, 10 days later told me they could not get it. Had to drive 40 miles out of my way to get my refund. SORRIEST EXCUSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I picked up my blower after having it repaired. The price was very reasonable and worked perfectly . I told them about a problem I had with my weed eater, they sold me a part to fix it and got me back to work ! Old fashioned honest place of business !

Their Tech guy doesnt know much about small engines he tried to convince me that my riding lawnmower blades were seized up I showed him that they werent then he tried to tell me that he would have to replace other parts under the deck and it would run about 4 to $500 I picked up my lawnmower pay them what I owe them and then fixed it in 30 minutes. Dont trust what they say they will get over on you if you let them. Now my mower works great and all I had to do was clean the deck thats it. Saved 500 dollars😁👍

Close, not too expensive, good customer service, repairs equipment however the completion of repair are lengthy and expensive. The repair dont last and theres the tendency to sell you new equipment then to repair the old.My 32cc Craftsmen has not worked properly since repaired. Now its broke after two runs. Not getting any more repair service there for the price.

Been coming here since I was a kid with my dad, theyve always had great customer service and usually always have the parts you need in stock, and if they dont theyll do what they can to order that part for you if they can get it. I had my weed eater fixed wouldnt start. fixed about 1 week. reasonable cost.

I have had a previous lawnmower serviced here before, so when my current one developed a problem, I took it here. I should have brought it earlier, like in December or January, as the current backlog for service is 7 to 10 days. Not too surprising, as this is the time to start mowing here.Besides mower servicing, they have all sorts of mowers and other lawn equipment for sale, and parts and supplies for such equipment. They also have a selection of hardware, like plumbing, irrigation, and electrical supplies.

I am old school and this place gives INCREDIBLE OLD SCHOOL SERVICE! John Carson is the best at the service counter. He knows parts better that anyone in DFW. And Corey in the service department is a very detailed and competent mechanic. Their prices are competitive too. I hope they are in business for many years to come.

Decent local small engine repair and hardware store. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Works on the big names like Echo, Stihl, Scag and others. Reasonable turn around for repairs. Ordering parts can take a while.

I visited the store and I was impressed with the selection of mowers they had in the back. There was a buzz about the store with other customers getting help from the clerks that is typical from a family-owned business. I even met the owner who was there with his son. All around great place to shop.

The only place in the ft worth area that sells ExMark. Very happy to not have to drive out to Burleson any more. Good deals, friendly and helpful staff. Will be going again for my lawn care needs.

I was initially drawn to this establishment because I try to support local businesses and as I live in the area. I have purchased parts from Lawn & Garden Warehouse for various small engines for more than a decade as they do have significant inventory. However, I have now twice been bitten with their small engine repair. A few years ago I had them work on a gas engine string trimmer and was not satisfied with the service/result nor the high cost. At the time my wife who handled that transaction informed me she did not have a good feel about the place. I brushed it off that they were not comfortable dealing with a woman as a customer. Most recently I dropped off a mower for repair and they failed to work on the mower in a timely manner as promised. So I picked the mower without them repairing. I was more disappointed with the arrogance and condescending attitude than I was the failed service. I will go elsewhere in the future. I’m willing to drive to Abilene as not to do business at Lawn & Garden Warehouse.

Took my lawnmower in over a month ago for repairs. Brought it home and due to a busy work schedule and not too much growth I didn’t use the lawnmower until after the 30 day warranty. Boy am I upset at myself for not using it before then. I made it one time around the lawn and the lawnmower died. It ran for less and less time each time after the initial run. Called them and they refuse to look at it without charging. They gave some tips on self repair and to give them a call if that didn’t work. I know I’m partly at fault, but with their high prices and refusal to even just look at it without another charge I can’t help but to feel cheated. Think I’ll try my luck elsewhere.

Great folks. They have gone out of their way to make sure my service need was addressed promptly and professionally. They could not have been more cordial.

Took in my pole saw for warranty repair. 3 things were wrong. Told me only tightening the chain was covered under warranty after being assured when dropping it off that all 3 things would be taken care of. In short, they had my pole saw for 2 weeks and tightened my chain. Since apparently I dont have an end wrench and am incapable of doing that myself.

The service here is on an entirely different level most other places I have been to for lawn equipment. Brought in an old Echo trimmer that was having problems and within minutes had the problem fixed for less that what I would have thought. The guys in there are knowledgeable, and helpful. Would recommend them to anyone.

Took my pressure washer here for repairs. Was told three weeks behind. 5 weeks later, no call and no repairs!Received a call 6 weeks after dropping off the pressure washer to find out that they wont repair the actual pump valve, they will only replace the entire pump for $400!Then my wife goes to get the broken pressure washer and they tell her its going to be $30 for diagnostics and estimate fee. I was never told there would be a $30 fee for an estimate that I had to wait 6 weeks for.I call up to voice my frustration and the salesman was extremely rude and unprofessional. He said What do you want your money back? I said yes I do! He replied, Then come down here and get it! And hung up on me! - super mature!

Fixed our lawnmower. It ran like new. The store is not very big but it will have what you need.

This places isn’t huge, but they were great! I needed a replacement part for my Honda self-propelled mower and they had it in stock. They were super friendly and definitely know their stuff!

I bought a chain saw that was lady friendly and the service was fantastic.

Took my lawn mower in for a simple repair. They told me they were behind and it would be two weeks. A month later the mower was still not repaired. The sales associate told me their service is like waiting in line at Six Flags the sign says 20 minutes to the front, but you actually wait in line for 2 hours. Not kidding! I took my lawnmower back and took it to A&B Lawn and Garden. Their sales associates were professional and they got the job down when promised. I would recommend A&B Lawn and Garden unless you prefer to be treated with Six Flags customer service.

Excellent selection of outdoor power equipment. Great place to go to skip the big box store, they have quite a selection of hardware and plumbing items.

They had exactly what I needed.

Terrible business. I called with the specific Toro part number and they said they had one in stock, I drove 30 minutes to their store and then they said they didnt have it and they all stood around and acted like they didnt know what I was talking about. So if you do business with them, get a specific persons first name and last name, be very specific about your part and very careful before using them because they may change their mind after you get there. Ive learned, just use Amazon. If you wonder why stores are going out of business right and left shop at this place and you will understand.

Bought Toro 22 GUARANTEED TO START mower 04/11/2016. In March 2017 took it in because it WOULD NOT START! We were told there is a manufacturers flaw in that this machine does not have a fuel filter and it will be $108 to clean jets. They tried to charge us $35 to pick it up when we declined repair, even though their own paperwork said $35 fee for repairs over $125 if declined. After much arguing, we were able to pick it up without the fee. Toro was no help as they claimed the store told them their was water in the fuel which was not what they told us. BEWARE!

Bought a universal trimmer head 2 weeks ago for a toro trimmer, that did not fit when I got it home. Took it back to exchange or return for a part that would fit. Talked today to the salesman that sold me the part and he refused to return or exchange without the original receipt. My wife threw that in the trash, but the item was unused, in the original packaging with the price tag on it with Lawn and Garden Warehouse on the price tag. I offered to show my credit card statement showing the date, time and amount the item was purchased from their store, but the salesman refused without the original receipt.It was only $24.00, but I was actually going to talk to them about purchasing a $8000.00 Zero Turn from them today. They have lost that sale and my future business, I will never give them another cent of my money and would suggest that others do the same.

I thought this store had only been open for a few years since every time I came in there is always new staff. Come to find out they told me they have been here for over 30 years.Its very frustrating when I have to teach their sales staff about what they are selling. The manager always says the new teenagers working the counter are new. Every time I come here. I guess teenagers will work for minimum wages but they are extremely incompetent. Todays visit was in regards to an air box for an fj180v engine. Anyways Im wasting time here I need to get over to A&B or even Leonards if A&B is closed. Its just so painful going to lawn and garden warehouse.

Waited three long weeks to get our lawn mower back. Only to have it come back to our house with the same problem we had when we took it in. I can get my car fixed in a day - didn’t realize a lawn mower would take longer and still have problems .

Horrible customer service have a lot of great stuff but their people skills need some major improvement. Also the lack of knowledge these guys contain is beyond amazing.
