Let me start by saying buyer beware, if you are willing to pay the well jacked prices that this place is charging then you have no reason to complain later, this is a business who is also paying higher prices and they have rent to pay like others, so while it is nice that they do get some items that others might not have you will pay the price for them..... I myself will not pay their prices and am willing to wait so it is what it is, the thing that irks me more is the folks in this place have an attitude which is not on the customer service side, they need an attitude adjustment as we customers are the reason they can pay the rent!!!

Cheaper Than Dirt is NOT Permanently CLOSED! I just got an email from them denying an order I recently placed today!Im sorry that I wasnt able to give Cheaper Than Dirt 0 stars they truly desire! There prices are cheap as well as their customer service and products they claim to be new and are actually used... A Big No-No when it comes to firearms! I always was told that seeing is believing so here is some proof of the used firearm I was sold as new firearm!I was willing to make amends and place an order over $100.00 and their customer No Service Agent Sara A. denied my order. I truly believe this company has earned the name Piece of Dirt!

This is ridiculous I ordered $1700 worth of parts thursday. I got an email Friday afternoon saying my card was denied. I also got another emailed the next morning saying “We have been notified by our drop ship warehouse that the following item was unable to ship on your order due to depletion of inventory.” After they already ran my payment and they have the lower receiver listed in stock. I checked my mobile banking and the $1708 charge went through. Called them got no response. Called my bank just to make sure and they said it definitely went through. Called them today (Monday) and found out they cancelled the entire order and I have now have to wait 3-5 bus. Days to get a refund. I will not be returning.

CTD is exploiting the situation, again. They sent me the wrong ammo and then ignored my attempts to get the issue fixed. Their website said it was a 50rd box and what they sent was 20rds. The ammo sent was by the same manufacturer but not the type ordered. Since they have a no return policy for ammo, Im stuck with it. I tried emailing them and got no answer. I tried calling them and got the call forwarding game until I was disconnected. Called back and got the same response. Avoid like the plague.

I used to buy from them in 2004 and had alot of cool things for a good price but lately its gone up up up with the ammo.

Went here thinking I would find a food deal. Nope. One 20 round box of ammo for 45$. Left and went to basspro/cabelas where the same box of ammo is 11$. I made the mistake of trying to buy ammo for my husband from this place..I do not know much about ammo (new to it) and had a hard time finding it in stock. Found this place and ordered. Right After I ordered I called them and emailed them to cancel the order because with further research, I realized they were charging, 3x’s what it sells for elsewhere! I bought 2 boxes at 69.99 ea. and paid 15.95 shipping..This place is unethical. Even after I tried to cancel they shipped the ammo anyways and ignored what I asked. Horrible people and horrible Customer Service. The response to the email From Sunday, the next day Monday at 4:00pm, was sorry we shipped it already. Well I am sure they knew what they were doing..and did not want to refund. I will try to deny package and dispute with my credit card. Price gouging at its best do not be fooled by their name. Is it possible to give a zero star review? Thats how little i recommend this company. Especially with their now second time (to the best of my knowledge) absolutely insane price gouging. Made an order. They shipped both items about the size of golf balls in 2 separate packages on the same day at the same time. I never received them and no one will answer the phone, emails, tweets private messages. Nothing works. They got my money and then blew me off. If I could give zero stars I would. Knows exactly about the laws of states like New York, but choose to run with their tails between their legs. Can’t order ammo from here any longer, although it is 100% legal in New York State. And if I could, I wouldn’t anyway because the price gouging is astronomical. CTD used to be my go to for ammo but after Covid they have gone INSANE on price gouging for almost every caliber imaginable

New Gun owner here . I wasn’t aware of the price gouging before placing an order and noticed I could’ve gotten 50 rounds of brass ammunition for $15-20 cheaper elsewhere . Additionally their shipping prices are outrageous compared to competitors . If you desperately need it, get it . If not look elsewhere I promise you it’s not worth the extra money they are leeching for .
