This review is only for the deli.Part 1: Ran in to get a couple of sandwiches because we were in a hurry. My gf ordered the turkey and Brie sandwich. The person making the sandwich couldn’t find a baguette so she went off to get more. While she was gone the other person making sandwiches informed us that each department is a separate p&l so they can’t just go to the bakery and grab a baguette.Meanwhile no word from the person on the baguette hunt. After 10 minutes we asked if they could make the sandwich with a different kind of bread, which of course they could (that was never offered). So the sandwich prep was finally under way. A few minutes later we see the first person following someone with a tray of baguettes and placing them in the oven (training her I guess). She then comes out to tell us it would be another 15 minutes on the bread. We had obviously already moved on.Part 2: My simple ham and Swiss sandwich. One slice of cheese and 4 slices of ham. $8.00. Pics included.This all happened at 1pm which is still lunch time. I’d think they would be more prepared or at least more communicative; not out looking for bread to be baked.

I wish there were more locations in Fort Worth. Great healthy place to have a good choice meal and get some work done you just cant do at home because of too many distractions. This is where I  normally get my soy free mayo and all natural soap bars. I also get one of a delicious variety of cookies or cupcakes in the giant showcase just as you walk in.

Had a need for some special order canned cat food for a friend. Asked John for 3 cases, he had them delivered the next day. I called the next day and Arthur ensured the cases arrived as scheduled. I live about 40 mins away so wanted to be assured product was there before I drove in. Arthur put my name on the cases in back so they would not be stocked to the shelves. Thanks for the great quality support both in person and on the phone. Well done.

I have two autistic kiddos 6 & 4. One of them is extremely friendly with no sense of stranger danger. He walked up to everyone giving them hugs, I called for him to come back to me. Each and every single person said, He is fine! I totally needed that. It made my day. My cashier, #2085152 was the best. She was very patient and kind. I would recommend this location for sure.

Always clean and neat with a variety of organic products. Found they didnt have broccolini even after I called and they said they had it. Good sale prices on some fresh fruit.

Really enjoy their grocery selection here. Their pizza oven pizza is delicious and you can order ahead for pickup. Great gift baskets for holidays.Also, they process Amazon returns here.

I go to Whole Foods all the time and this one is the best one I’ve been to by far… except for the employee who works in the meat department he is by far the rudest person, every time I come in. I wish I knew his name but he’s there all the time and that is the only reason I’m giving this Whole Foods 4 stars. If he doesn’t want to work he shouldn’t come in. If I figure out his name I will come and update my review

We had every intention of visiting your establishment but after reading the reviews and your generic callus replies, I mean really contact us you have their information you NEED TO REACH OUT TO THEM!! Whole Foods has vegan friendly, Keto friendly and everything else friendly foods. Theyre known for their organic produce too. I must say its really good! I always come here for my fruits and vegetables because they are so ripe and delicious. Not only that but even the avocados are priced low! Albertsons down the street has their large avocados for $2.50 but its mix match of good and bad ones. Whole Foods has theirs for $1.99 and theirs are much better. Come give them a try!

Everytime I visit this Whole Foods, the employees are friendly and helpful. I also order their cakes here and unfortunately they messed up one of them. One of the employees ended up catching me in the parking lot to correct their mistake, which honestly they moved quick when they realized as I was in and out with the purchase. Quality service.

My husband bought me a gorgeous white pumpkins and some beautiful flowers to decorate the front porch for fall.

Though I wish the prices werent so high, this place has a phenomenal selection of foods. Its always clean and organized. The staff are always helpful and kind. I also love that they have a little vegan section of sweets (doughnuts, cookies, etc...). If you have Amazon Prime, you can save a bit with each purchase at Whole Foods ... Though its not much, any savings is better than none. Definitely recommend as food selection is great.

We asked the best way to cook halibut. He shared amazing recipe. He was very kind and friendly. I followed that recipe I got from him after I got home. His recipe lifted my spirit. Thank you.

Worst whole foods Ive been to and Ive been a vegetarian a decade and recently half year vegan. Theyre options are so scarce that little old Waco heb and target has more options. Should rename this OVERPRICED LET DOWN. Go to Austins Lamar its better than this 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

The Amazon store workers messed up my return. They gave me a number to call that never picked up. I didn’t leave and they had me chat with Amazon and it didn’t respond. The worker had no phone number, email, or referral I could use to help me with a return that they themselves messed up. Drove all the way out there just to lose my return money.

Tofu selection was what I was looking for. Also Korea plant based chicken was a pleasant encounter. Clean and friendly.

Staff was ready to help me find whatever I needed. They even checked the back!Bathroom was nice and clean. All the items were very well organized, and the cashier lady was kind enough to explain to me that I could get coupons through my Amazon account (since Whole Foods and Amazon are linked somehow).

Stopped in to get a smoothie, and ended up waiting 30 minutes. There was one person helping customers and the woman in front of us said she’d been waiting at least 20 minutes. We should’ve left but had already been waiting and the drinks sounded delicious. We ordered and the drinks we received were awful, we ordered The Uptown smoothie and it tasted like grass. Worse than grass. We didn’t even want to get a refund bc we didn’t want to wait in line again. When I tried to call the number on the receipt, the phone didn’t even ring. They must know it’s terrible and don’t want to hear from customers. This was bad enough I will probably never return here again.

The store is fine. I noticed the cashier was not speaking or engaging if you will with the guest in front of me. So I didnt say anything and the only thing she said to me was receipt is in the bag. Just WOW! This is why I prefer Trader Joes always friendly and helpful. And the prices are better too. I will only go back if I cant find it anywhere else

Never have been in a Whole Foods store before. So I took some time and really took it in. Quickly I realized that shopping here is kinda pricey. Had to laugh at a gallon of organic milk that was over $10 a gallon. Even found the caviar. Thats when I came to the conclusion that this is a specialty grocery store.

This is the best olive oil Ive tasted and cant miss buying it when I come to whole foods!

Bought some organic fruit items where okay.Two... BBQ sliced Brisket sandwiches claimed 13+ hour slow cooked... Then steamed premium price tag. Wont do that again!

Amazon shoppers please check your orders before leaving the store if you do pick-up. It seems there is some type of scam going at this location. I ordered and paid for a 6-pack of soda. After getting home I realized instead of a 6-pack, there is only one individual soda. The 365 sodas are only sold in 6 pack. So, someone is actually taking the other 5 sodas for themselves it seems. It doesn’t take a brain scientist to see what’s going on. This is the 2nd time I have had this occurrence at this location. They need to do better background checks on the shoppers because anyone who would do this, I question their morals.

I loooove this store. Sure the prices are higher than say Wal-Mart, but so is the quality of the food and by far. I come to Whole Foods principally for their produce, namely the fruit, and for a dessert when cravings strike. Id also get oysters back when they were in stock regularly. Their coffee/juice bar is great, too. So is the ready made pizza and sushi Everything here is orderly and fresh.

Why sell fresh Seafood and no store made romalade sauce? Just bottled red sauce and tarter. Looking for twice baked potatoes and none. This store is nothing compared to Central Market.

I think its great when companies go green, but if a store is going to replace plastic straws with paper straws, they should at least work. I ordered a smoothie and when I took a drink through their paper straw, it felt porous and it was difficult to get the smoothie through the straw. By the time I was halfway done, the straw was coming unwound. I felt that i should have gotten 3 or 4 of their straws just finish the smoothie. I gave them three stars because the smoothie was great. But 1 star for their implementation of green when it comes to straws. I hope they improve.

This place is so amazing with their dairy free and gluten free options! Plus I love that I save more money by being an Amazon Prime member. The staff here are super helpful as well. It was my first time here and I probably asked the poor staff hundreds of questions to find where everything that I could eat was at! FYI they have the really good brands

I went this morning to buy a cake, I didn’t see the one I wanted in the right size. So I asked the baker lady…I said miss like 10 times before she looked up at me. I asked if they had anymore cake she said no come back in an hour. I walked to the front. I walked to the bakery to ask a question. Again she didn’t answer me til the 10 times again. I asked if she can put one on hold and I wanted to add a msg on it. She said no we don’t hold them, Someone is always here. She was rude, I felt like I bugging her. This was my second time going to buy a cake. But it’s my last. Rude BAKERY lady messed it up for me.

Their produce is almost as good as sprouts store. Their specials are truly special. I bought crab legs for a good price. When they give you a good price on water, I appreciate the discounts.

I wrestled with 4 or 5 stars on this one because it just doesn’t seem like a full WF. They seem to have 95% of the usual items but it feels like something is missing. Of course this entire area is new and fills a long needed higher end niche in FW. This store may still have the training wheels on for local residents.Great ready made foods and I love that I never have to worry about getting fresh, respectably harvested meats and seafoods.

Matt in the seafood department was super knowledgeable and helpful. My curious 8 year old wandered over to that section and began asking him all sorts of questions and he was able to answer just about single question and informed me about the sustainable fishing program that Whole Foods is apart of. When asked if he was required to have the level of knowledge and he said he wasn’t. Whole Foods, Keep hiring passionate people like Matt!

It’s a great Whole Foods in a great location. I come here after I teach my yoga classes to refuel. 🧘🏽‍♀️ The store is what’s clean and good service. I like that they follow procedures to keep us safe during covid. The area is extremely peaceful. You can walk the trail right behind the store and go by the levee water to chill and decompress. One of my favorites especially for those that live in towns like Godley or Burleson.

Such a nice store! Of course it’s higher and so is higher prices but the fact is it is such an enjoyable shopping experience, and the store is gorgeous. I love browsing through their deli and specialty items. Bakery is fun too. I find items here that I can’t find anywhere else.

I rarely give a five so dont think this place is not great because it is. They didnt dont have hamburger sliders so they took some regular hamburger meat and made them for me on the spot great service

I’ve come in twice in the last week, I gotta say the staff here is abysmally rude. They’re not engaged with their clients, or care to assist. In the years I’ve visited this location I have encountered one great employee, a charismatic lady that usually works in the weekends—unfortunately not enough to remedy her colleagues subpar performance.A young lady with black hair was conversing with one of her colleagues last night, super short and seemed sort of upset I had come in to check out with her. This morning, another woman, was not responsive to my greeting. I just don’t see myself shopping here anymore.My advice is that if you want to provide this sort of service go to other retail environments that would welcome this Terrible attitude, you will be a shoe-in.

They provide a nice service and quick. They also sell the original goods and organic.

Very clean and orderly atmosphere. Very helpful staff, as well. Really enjoy this location. Its also right in the middle of a unique area with some interesting restaurants/stores. Also, they have these cool carts for kids with two steering wheels so the kids and pretend they are driving the cart. That helps a bunch with little ones.

Some bits a bit pricey, but if you want good healthy food this is the place to check out.

I typically don’t write bad reviews and I actually enjoy grocery shopping. I’ve been to this location 4x and every time I have the worst experience, from the rude customers who think they own the whole store and rude cashiers. Today, the customers were the most impolite I’ve ever seen, anywhere, and the cashier was commenting on the price of my goods to the lady bagging my groceries, very bizarre and rude. I will never be back as it’s truly discomforting & it’s not even busy! As a business owner, I know you can’t please everyone but the management should truly be ashamed.

Felt invisible at the deli counter. Waited patiently for my turn. Eventually I was acknowledged and told Ill be right with you, she walked away and attended to one of her duties, then walks back and begins serving a customer who had just walked up. I remembered the sub shop died the street actually cares that Im hungry.

We got good local beers from the bar. They seem to have a knowledgeable staff. They have a wide selection of organic foods, snacks, and cosmetics, though all at a much higher price than their less eco-friendly counterparts your find at a regular grocery store.
