I got exactly what I needed. They even unloaded my old battery and loaded the new one. Got a good deal, great customer service, and Jose Vargas was very courteous. Easy access off I35 service road. Ill be back and highly recommend! Bet I wasnt there more than 15 - 20 minutes.

Metro Golf carts is turning me into a KarenI love to support small businesses, but the way this company treats their customers is pretty insane. Voicemails never replied to, promises theyll call you back....nothing. Be prepared to follow up once a week or even every day if youre golf cart is in the shop with them.I understand they had a fire, but was told everything was fine and we were still on schedule to have our cart fixed by this week. It was ordered over a month ago and I guess they never noticed the part never came in...and still hasnt shipped. They didnt think to check for the part until we called? I dont understand how they are running a business. this is all ridiculous. I plan on picking up my golf cart and taking it to someone who can at least return a phone call.Im fine with parts being delayed, but this blatant disregard for customers is infuriatin

Absolutely terrible service department. They list prices for services on their website, but then only offer those prices if you bring up that youve seen them online. Otherwise they want to hassle you and try to take advantage of you.

My wife and I have a vacation home on a small island in the Caribbean. They have no cars on the island so we needed a dependable golf cart. Not only did Metro Golf Cars help me with the correct model I needed and accessories they also handled the shipping. In my opinion that took a small miracle. Ben and Tony were there the entire process keeping me up to date and informed. I wouldnt consider going anywhere else EVER.

Worst customer service!!!!!! Went to this place twice. Decided on the cart I wanted. Their price For a Used 2018 model with over 400 hours was $6800. I agreed to purchase the cart for asking price if they would add a $200 winch for me. Was told no. I explained I could buy a new 2020 With a winch for $9000 in Burleson. I was told I was a liar. I then showed them on line the new cart for that price. I offered them one last chance before I went and purchased the new cart. I was told they don’t need rude customer business. They only want sheep as customers that will walk in and let them screw them over. What they didn’t know is my father had been buying a new cart from them every 3 years. They just lost both of our business. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!

My experience has been amazing. I am and only have been considering buying a golf cart up to this point and during my shopping they have had no point pressured me or steered me in any direction. They have only answered my questions and been there to try to fulfill my interests and needs. Their service alone is one of the two reasons why I am choosing to purchase a golf cart from them. The other reason is its clear that the quality is a step above all the other competitors that I have checked out and test driven. Thank you Metro and thank you Nelson for the outstanding service

Rental several golf cars here and bought some parts. Great service and a very friendly place!

If you rent carts from here, dont expect a loaner if it breaks down. Big disappointment that another cart WAS NOT delivered while our main cart was out of service.

We are going to start with five stars. I ordered a custom built golf cart. The owner said 3 weeks and I would love my cart when I get it. Lets see how it goes. lol

Wow! Never had a worse customer service experience. They had my Huntvee for three months and nothing was done satisfactory. Brakes don’t work, buggy won’t charge, and to top it off, they forgot to give me my key and instead of fedexing my key they decided to send snail mail even though I needed next day. I guess 20.00 is to much to ask for compensation for their total lack of service.

Brian with Metro Golf Cars is absolutely amazing. Was helping out my boss find a part for his golf cart and ended up being the jerk asking for a miscellaneous part off of a 2010ish cart (thats pretty much the info I gave him.... heres a picture, please help!). Brian knew this was going to be a cheap part and was still very patient and worked with me and tracked it down. Talked me out of getting an unnecessary part and just found the exact part I needed. Made sure to tell my boss he HAS to go to Metro Golf Cars for any future parts and when hes in the market to get a new cart. Im blown away with how good this experience was....
